Probably the best wing stop I have personally been to. I stopped here after getting some boba. They were friendly when I came in and the place looked clean. The wings tool about 20 mins to come out. Place prides itself on being made to order so it's stamped everywhere. They had beers which were reasonably priced. When the wings came out, they were great. Came well sized and well fried. They also put plenty of flavoring and cheese on my wings. I thought the Parm wings were great. I only got some tea but that was good too. Overall a great experience for this chain. read more

I love Wingstop. Period. I was craving wi msg and gave this location a shot. Super glad I did! Plus I had it delivered with the Doordash options which made my happiness sky rocket! The food was super hot and fresh and for once my order was spot on and perfect (I've had issues with other Wingstop locations messing up my orders) So it was so nice to get my food I actually ordered and eat is while it was still piping hot!! I'm stuck like Chuck to this location!! read more

Great customer service. We've been coming to wingstop for years! They messed up on my order and quickly fixed it. The best wings in town.

Order online and skip the wait... LOL... Online order indicated a wait time of 18 to 23 mins. Came in at minute 26 to pay, then was informed they 'upgraded' my wait time to 40 minutes. That's not the type of upgrade I want or need. Ridiculous!!! Food is good but not wait 40 minutes for it good. How about a drink while I wait? Nope, thank you customer, we upgraded you already... Skip the line, skip the hassle, skip this restaurant. read more

Good hot food. Customer service is average but fast. On random nights, don't expect clean tables. Every table (not embellishing either) was dirty while the employees were lounging around. read more

First before anything getting the food was good they told me 18 minutes to get food got it in less time which is fine. The one thing is when getting my order taken it was to fast i placed my order and no chance say what i wanted different just to be interrupted so they can finish taking my order which i wanted to get a mix of original hot and atomic since on the menu you get to pick two flavors, but only got to pick one. Then when paying they hand me the receipt and tell me to sign it, but no pen, yet they tell me to "sir i need you to sign," this multiple times. Then end up looking for a pen myself to be able to sign the receipt they want. So i didn't get to pick my second flavor that i wanted nor a chance to up size my drink. So if you want fast service and you food quick, but not get a chance to say what way you want your order then this is the place. (Update) got home with my order, and guess what my wings where there but the sauce which i request to be blue-cheese is ranch which i had requested. read more

Best wings ever! Best fries ever! The ranch dressing is amazing! I love Wingstop! They make everything fresh so I recommend ordering on their website before you go, but even if you don't it's worth the wait. I haven't had a bad flavor but my absolute favorite is mango habanero (it is sweet and amazing but careful, it heats up as you eat). You can specify what types of wings you want. I'm weird so I like to get all flats but I'm guessing most people would opt for all drumsticks. It's amazing! read more

I got wingstop 2 days ago because i hadn't eaten all day, keep that in mind. After finishing half my wings and my fries i started feeling super bloated and i thought i just ate too fast. The next morning I woke up with diarrhea and i was throwing up all the wings and fries i ate the night before. As previously mentioned, wingstop was the only thing i had eaten the day before so after the wings and fries i was throwing up straight acid and seasonings. I went to the hospital because my tonsils and throat felt super swollen only to find out i strained my esophagus. Day 2 after eating wingstoo im unable to eat anything or even keep water down. I'm still throwing up uncontrollably and im dehydrated. By the end of day 2 i had to be admitted to the hospital to replace fluids. I'm now on day 3 of recovery and have missed 3 days of work all because i wanted some wings. I'm beyond nauseous and feel dizzy every time i stand. I have food poisoning and salmonella poisoning from this wingstop. Do not come here. read more

Ordered online. App said 23-25 minutes. Order was not ready when we arrived. Was finally ready after 1 hour and 26 minutes. Counter person had her mask around her chin and rolled her eyes at us twice when we asked about the status of our order. The only thing they were quick to do was take our money. And...when we got home, part of the order was wrong. Will NEVER go back to ANY Wingstop. read more

Most stores are 1.5-2 hr wait. Apparently no ones answering phones, the app is done, and so is the online. Bad customer service! This one at least has wings, went to another location and they were out. But it's not worth the hour wait or so that they are giving. Half the the restaurant is waiting for food and the other half is in line out the door. read more

This is not the wing stop you want to order from. I ordered online and my receipt said it would be ready in 20 mins. I get there after 30 minutes and they aren't ready. They tell me 10 mins. After 15 mins I go back and they tell me they have no idea about my wings. Then after a while they tell me mine is next and there's still a bunch of time that passes. I don't think they know what they're doing here. Go to another wing stop or a Buffalo Wild Wings instead. read more

Went to this place for the first time and it will be my last. They have cold beer in their fridge but can't sell it due to no one, mot even the manager, has a TABC certification to sell beer.. What kinda goofy restaurant is this.. If u have it then you should have someone who can sell the products. What crappy experience and last time ever coming here.. read more

The food is decent but the service is absolutely terrible. Every time we order, it is either incorrect or cold. Our last order they gave us garlic instead of hot, and this order they forgot to give us a box of boneless wings. Decent wings with decent flavors. The boneless wings are the ones to go with here. The bone in wings are plain but still decent

I ordered through an app said wait time was only supposed to be 44 mins ended up being over two hours. Then when I called to ask what was taking so long the girl on the phone had the nerve to say well we got the order out 10 minutes faster than the app time. Second time ordering here after this there will not be a third. read more

The food is only great when they get the order correct. I order wings here all the time, and as of late, they have consistently been wrong. The other day I was picking up my corrected order when one of the cashiers got off the phone with a customer upset that they had forgotten their fries, so it's not just me. read more

Ordered online and had an issue with the order when I arrived home with it. Called the store and was told by the employee it was my fault for the way I ordered the food. Proceeded to speak to a manager named Andrew who told me the same thing, it was my fault for the way I ordered it. Whether or not I incorrectly placed the order, the restaurant should do a better job of addressing the problem. While they did admit they've had many complaints about the app ordering process they never offered any reasonable solution and rather continued to point out that it was my fault. Good thing I can order Buffalo Wild Wings and get them delivered through Door Dash. Thanks Buffalo Wild Wings for saving the night! read more

Disappointed! Called In 5:33 pm for pick up. Drove to Wingstop and the order was not ready. Ok no problem , called after waiting in the car for about 39 min. The order was still not ready, provided my cell phone number and they said they would call when the order was ready. I waited until 7 pm curious, why was the wings not ready ? So got off the car 1 1/2 hours waiting for food. Nope not ready, they lost the order, on top of that they were dropping the wings on the floor , receipts were being dropped Inside the bag with food. Very unorganized, a little dirty ok ok very dirty. The employees are a little lost, management well what can I say ! LOST !! So just a heads up , they might drop your food on the floor or misplace your order! But they are great issuing refunds ! Lol good luck to all the future Wingstop foodies ! read more

Great service and my wings were great as always. The service is usually on point and the issue Ive had is with the fries being over cooked but they were replaced immediately. I've always ordered wings Togo great food. This time we dined in. Food was great as always, service was good, did not wait long. Only thing is no paper towels. They have one roll mounted on the main counter top. Its made of recycled paper. Which does not absorb much. Point is, this is a finger food place, the food is greasy, very greasy. Not one table had paper towels. read more

Manager got confrontational because I inquired about an item on the websites menu. According to him, he doesn't need to honor all of the offers endorsed on their company website. He repeatedly told me that Wingstop is franchise based, and if we didn't like what he had to say, we should leave and go to another Wing Stop. Super unprofessional. Didn't know I was in for a barrage of ridicule when I decided I wanted a couple of chicken wings. Crazy how a manager thinks it's okay to give someone an ear beating for just asking them to do something they advertise on their website. I live in hidden lake apartments literally 200 yards from this establishment, but if I get a craving for overpriced chicken, I'm taking myself to another location - it's worth the effort, this franchise needs new management read more

Ordered a 6 piece boneless with no sauce. Nothing too complicated, right? Took 45 minutes for them to get me my food AS I was asking for a refund on my order. They then took my food off the counter and to the back--never to be seen again. Employees look like they don't want to be here, the customer service was practically nonexistent and there seems to be a significant lack of experience/concern from the girl at the counter. Would give less stars if I could. Never coming to this location again. read more

Yesterday was my second time having a bad experience with this restaurant location, so I decided to leave this review. My husband and I ordered 40 classic wings online. When we arrived to the store we picked up our ordered as usual and proceeded back home. When we got home and opened our boxes, we were clearly short on our order. We counted all the wings and realized we were short 10 wings. I immediately called the store while getting in the car to drive back to the store. We live roughly 8 minutes away and I was placed on hold for most of the driving time. When the manager finally answered the phone she apologized and offered me 15 free wings with a free ranch. While we was waiting in the store another customer was complaining about how he didn't receive his order also. Once we finally got our order I opened the box and guess what, no ranch like she promised. I will not be ordering from this location again. If you do, please check your order before you depart the restaurant! read more

"All Wing Stops are the same" no! Not this one! This one is different. This place is exceptionally clean of course except during rush hour which is understandable. They are the best in town! So go get them!....now! read more

Have been going to this Wingstop since it opened and have been Wingstop fans for over a decade. So obviously the wings are great. But over the last few visits 2 in May, 1 in June, the service has been below average. Take out orders messed up. While they have made it up, i expect more when spending 50 bucks on wings. Also they were boasting larger wings, but they are about the same, do you have to request them? Perhaps 2 or 3 are bigger than the rest. Also they need to give their cooks some autonomy. If they drop 10 boneless wings to cook and they see that some are the size of chicken nuggets give the customer one or two more normal size ones. Getting 3 or 4 out if 10 that are the size of Wendy's nuggets is NOT cool. Especially when you are paying Wingstop prices. Attention to detail folks! read more
