I've passed this place more times than I can count, but I finally stopped in. Plenty of parking, service is decent - a bit slow, and not particularly friendly. I showed up as they opened, so it was relatively quiet inside though there's plenty of seating for groups. Got the chicken sandwich lunch combo, which was quite good. Fries were thick like steak fries, and would be excellent if they were were served hot instead of lukewarm. Sandwich was served hot, though it was a bit bland and did not come with the two sauces I requested. (Since I was in a rush, I just used ketchup instead of getting back in line to ask for sauces.) On the balance, I'd give it 3 stars on the 'CTJ Scale', as noted below. 5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Would be OK passing away after finishing a plate here. 4 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Mary good. Would be OK having a nosh here with Mother Mary. 3 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Joseph good. Would be OK having a beer here with Jesus' Dad. 2 out of 5 stars: Come-to-the-Apostles good. Meh. Wouldn't have my last supper here. 1 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Nobody good. I wouldn't have my penultimate supper here, either. read more

" Oh no! What could improve ? " Honestly everything, I've had two experiences here both while on lunch break. Both times I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order ( I ordered online waiting the max of 15 minutes the showed up ). And the food was cold ! How is food I waited 30+ minutes for cold ? You would think it would come out fresh. read more

I called in an order, i arrive and while waiting in line i see a person (probably the manager) checking an order. Once I pay I'm told that was my order. After waiting for a couple mins I'm handed my ordered then it's checked again by the same person who messed with my order and it's confirmed that she is the manager, I'm told that they confused orders. I'm thinking since they checked the order TWICE that it was correct. Clearly not. I get home and they messed up my order. I go back to the restaurant and ask to speak to the manager, she decided to talk to me while she's in the kitchen. she is a coward and doesn't talk to me directly, or apologize for getting my order wrong. By the time I arrive home my food is cold. Never ordering from here again. Don't waste your time here, if you really want wing stop just order from any other location. read more

Stopped in on Tuesday to get lunch, and I was not told about the 70 cent boneless wings, and I ordered a combo to share with my son. I paid extra for veggies with Bleu cheese, and my sister ordered a sandwich combo. We waited about 15 minutes for our food even though there were only 4 others dining in. The sandwich came out first and our combo came without the fries. I asked about the fries and the girl that took my order explained that I got veggies instead. I asked her how a $16.49 combo was $22 if I didn't pay extra for the veggies. She again told me that the sandwich had fries and I had to get her to come look at what we had, so then she believed my claim about missing fries. Mind you, we ordered separately. The fries were dark and very salty and looked like the oil was either old or unfiltered. Bleu cheese was thinner than normal. Not worth my $22 read more

Super Bowl Sunday!! I was anticipating a busy and chaotic experience but I am so glad I was wrong! I placed my 30 wing order online at 10am for pick up at 5:45pm. I got to the restaurant at 5:40pm. I was greeted at the door by a friendly face, then I was immediately asked for my name for the online order. I saw a stand of 2 orders that were ready and was told mine was next. It was just me and one other customer waiting. As soon as I sat down thinking that I was going to have to wait a while, they called my name. I got home with some fresh HOT wings and no headache! A huge shout out to the staff hustling and staying organized on this busy day! read more

Walked in and seemed to only have one small four person family waiting for their food, who knows how long they were waiting for. Placed my order and 45 minutes go by with employes only glancing at me. After 15 minutes I went to the front and seen the workers in the back eating, no issue but when the family AND I are both waiting for our food, highly unprofessional. Do not go here. read more

My Fiancé and I came to this location to eat before we grocery shop as we entered the restaurant wasn't busy barely anyone a couple of minutes later a young female worker approached us telling us it would be a 45 to an hour wait yet again barely anyone in the restaurant I had then said are you guys backed up she looked at her co- workers and said yes with a smirk on her face we absolutely left and don't recommend coming her unless you want to waste your time and want worst service. read more

Placed an order online. It never arrived! Called. They said it would be 30 mins because they made a mistake. Waited another hour and found out it wasn't submitted. They tried to make me pick up the food. They did offer a refund. I took it because I lost just over an hour and a half waiting for dinner. read more

This location sucks. Placed an order online for pickup , wasn't ready when we walked in, had to wait about 30 minutes and when I looked in the kitchen they were all just standing around talking instead of making our food. Also this WS needs a revamp bc it looks like it's old and worn down in there. There wasn't even a drink machine like at the nice updated locations. The employees were nice just not efficient at working read more

Order included two ranches and i got it delivered, checked the bag and there's only one I NEED MY WINGSTOP RANCHESS

About mid week I always end up craving wings and this is my go-to stop. I have tried many wing places, and no one can beat their lemon pepper and Hawaiian or even come close. The customer service here has always been friendly and the order is always ready by the time I get there and always correct. Another favorite in my house are the original hot buffalo. But for the iron stomachs go for their Atomic, and you won't be disappointed. You will be crying tears of joy and maybe some tears of pain. I recommend going on Mondays and Tuesdays and catching their 60 cent boneless wings. read more

Great Wingstop location. If you haven't been, do so. Some locations can be a bit long with their wait times, this place is fast, efficient, and never flawed with their wings. read more

We had a delivery order and asked for well done/extra crispy - they tasted perfect! The order arrived hot and done just the way requested. Thank you! We enjoyed! read more

We order all the time but this time was very disappointing! On Christmas Eve We ordered a 40 piece with 3 different flavors and 4 dipping sauces and 2 large fries as well as two orders of veggies. Well they forgot all our dipping sauces as well as one of the large fries. The boneless wings were soggy and breading coming off chicken. It was gross. The worst part was it was for a gathering and most of it sat there because they wanted dipping sauces and some was soggy. When we tried calling back they were closed already because of holiday. I understand everyone needs to spend holidays with family but I felt that they just put my order together half asked. Very dissapointed. read more

Now I usually don't go to Wingstop as often as I like but after yesterday i am more and likely to comeback. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the Cashier Giovanni. He was very informative on specials and told me about the 0.60 cent boneless deal Wingstop offers on Monday's and Tuesday's which I didn't know they offered.. Since I haven't been to wingstop in awhile I was unsure about which flavor to order. Giovanni let me try a sample of the sauces and ended up going which "atomic" flavor which is the hottest. And "lemon pepper" now at first I wanted to do a 10pc meal and fries but Giovanni mentioned the survey and hooked me up with the fries. Which I was very pleased with. I Sat down and wings were out quickly and were made to order. They had a nice crispy yet juicy bite to them and the fries we also very fresh. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely come back more often to get some 60 cent wings on Monday's and Tuesday! Great job ! read more

I love this Wingstop location! Service is always fast and friendly! My order is always correct and the food is consistently good. If I pick up my order I always use the app because it's so much easier. You can now ask to order all "drums" or all "flats" which is awesome! Of course ordering all drums costs a little bit more. This is my regular go to spot when I'm craving wings. read more

Roaches Everywhere. Very Unsanitary place to eat. Would not recommend. Tried telling a higher up to which he just stopped and laughed.

Food is always good at this location but the service provided by Kevin was stellar! He was courteous and attentive, even while very busy. He is definitely an asset to Wingstop! read more

Throw the whole building and staff away. Order is always wrong. Not to mention, you cant even call on your order because they turn off the phones. Its pathetic. Staff is always pissed off and the customer service is piss poor. Never will me or my family come back. Shut this place down! read more

Wingstop - 31 calls that never went through at carious times cause they disconnected the line. I drove there myself to see it. - Chicken Wings Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

I had a friend introduce me to Wing Stop and now I am hooked. I use to say, no one can touch Hooters Lemon Pepper wings until I tried them here. These are some of the best wings I have ever tasted. The lemon pepper wings are a perfected mix of dry and wet seasoning. If you like flats, they will know what you are talking about and do not charge you extra. I am not a fan of drums. The people here are really friendly. I am pleased with the service at this location. I will keep coming back. SN: They play some nice music. read more

Great wings!! Especially with the coronavirus outbreak, they've been so diligent about taking orders and making sure there is social distancing when waiting in line for our food (although, my husband and I waited in our car since they did have a line outside). Our latest order was 15 wings with two drinks and parmesan fries. We had ordered mango habanero and lemon pepper for our wing flavors. So so good y'all! And their fries are usually salty but the parm fries was quite delicious! Definitely our go-to wing spot when we're in the mood for wings. read more

Placed order for pick up at 8:54pm . Order then said pick ready at 9:17pm. Walk in at 9:15pm expecting to wait a few minutes and pay. 9:27 rolls by as people are getting their orders right in front of me. They then ask me to wait outside for my order and they will call me. As 9:37pm hits I walk inside, no one called, nobody in the store. At this point I knew they had just forgotten that they took my money and not given me my food. I'm hungry, so I'm not Complaining I just want to eat. I live 2min away and the food was cold. Not even warm. Highly disappointed in this place. Customers use to be taken care of, food isn't great anymore I go for the fries. Won't be returning, y'all try a new Location. read more

My family and I have been coming to this location for years. Giovanni always helps us out and try new sauces! He showed us the mango habanero and that's been my fiancé's favorite since! Lately, we're very patient because my fiancé and I work in the restaurant industry... but seriously do you not help this poor guy at this location??? He makes sure our food is hot and ready even when he is busting his butt off. We had went by the other day and no cashiers, just the GM. We're rating Wingstop 5 starts only because how we see the GM and his cooks bust their butt when they are busy! Keep up the good work and hopefully you get help soon! They deserve a raise! read more

Wings weren't anything to write home about. My boneless 10 piece was dry. Thank goodness there was ranch because I doubt I could have made it otherwise. Decent service with a clean location. Expensive menu for nothing special. read more

Worst service and order completing process around. Food is good but dealing with their lack of organized order completion and delivery makes it difficult to choose Wingstop. It may just be or this this location but have had multiple negative experiences and there seems to be no worry on there end about correcting. Would recommend Wingstop only because there is no closer wings place around. read more

Literally the only wing stop we will order from that never messes up our order nor gives us crappy wings!

This place is great. Amazing service, good music, tasty wings and a fun time! Food: I'm very picky when it comes to wings. So I order the BBQ sauce boneless wings practically every time I go there. And it's always been great. I asked my roommate what he has to say and the only thing he dislikes about the place is that the Mango Habanero wings are only for a limited time. SN: Fries are very good Price: Its a little much. But it's got great wings and beer. So, understandable. I would recommend this as a chill dinner place maybe once or twice a week and not everyday due to cost. Wait: They make the wings from scratch(so I'm told). The wait time, like the price, is a little longer but understandable. Anywhere from 10-20 minutes from order. I've only experienced a longer wait than 30 minutes once, but they looked understaffed and busy at the moment. Conclusion: It's an amazing wing place, cost a little more and you have to wait a little more but understandable. Good job Rick Ross for making this beautiful object called Wing Stop. read more

While I do feel food is overpriced for what you get. The establishment very clean. Friendly fast service.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Wings tasted like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp all day, they were rubbery and honestly I won't be shocked if I get food poisoning from them. (Wouldn't be the first time happening from a Wing Stop, but I figured it was just a one-off instance.) Also, the lady working the front counter was one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. Instantly pi**ed that she had to help me even though I walked up to the counter and smiled at her. It shocked me how rude she was, and just her all around BAD attitude. I'm sure they receive complaints about her often, given the way she treated the majority of her customers who came in while I was waiting. Awful. read more

I am coming out of my Yelp hiatus to review this horrible restaurant. Poor customer service when picking up my family's to-go order. Extremely over cooked fries (no, we didn't order them well done). Dry as a bone boneless wings. The hot buffalo wings were so soggy, they were almost inedible. My kids got the plain boneless wings with extremely tough, burned edges. The veggies were soggy with brown spots on both the carrots and the celery. The cherry on top was the black, short hair in my ranch dressing. RUN, don't walk away from this disgusting place. I can't even imagine how gross things are IN the restaurant. read more

Second time here in 10 years. Will definitely NEVER return!!! Online "SMART" features are very annoying & a BIG turn off!!!

Yes! You CAN eat here as a vegetarian - they have carrots and celery as a side item and it it quite an ample offering at a low price.

Got all the workers in the back literally eating fries while I'm waiting for a chicken sandwich that was placed 15 mins ago

Trying to have a good evening but was provided with horrible service by JT and his team. They were too busy chatting and not providing customer service. I'm so disappointed with the service we were provided. We complained to JT about the service and as we walked out he and his team started laughing about it.
