Wingstop is a typical wing joint. TVs pumping ESPN. Music playing, probably satellite radio. And a menu that consists of wings, fries, wings, beer, and wings. The wings are decent, the fries are good (I think they may put a dash of sugar on them) and the portions of both are large. One good thing about this particular WingStop is that when all the other restaurants in the shopping center are crowded you can usually walk in and get served quickly. Usually an uncrowded restaurant in a packed shopping center is a bad sign. But I think people don't consider chicken wings for lunch (I'd eat them for breakfast if I could). They can be messy and there are certain gastrointestinal consequences when you eat spicy buffalo wings. These may combine to keep a typical cubicle dweller on a lunch break away from the wingy dingys. Most people wouldn't want to show up for that afternoon meeting with wing sauce on your shirt and a rumbly in your tummy. I'm rating this place 3 stars because of the manager. He's very friendly and makes sure you get the right order. Ive been there when he wasn't working and didnt get the great service he provides. I think he's the manager. he's tall and thickish. If you read this your doing a great job. I only like to go there when he's working. The food itself is average but I havent had any good wings since I moved out to MoCo. The lemon pepper are the best flavor in my opinion and the fries are good, they're seasoned. I've been here twice. I tried the atomic wings and their just hot with no flavor. The second time I did half and half the louisiana rub and original hot wings. The hot wings were okay. louisiana dry rub wings were a little bland on flavor. Their fries taste okay. I ask for old bay seasoning and was told that is an extra .80 cents...really? My boyfriend had the lemon pepper and Louisiana rub wings and he described them as tasteless. I ordered a 6 piece and only could manage to eat two wings, because the food was that bad. While the food was flavorless and not well cooked, the only thing that is saving this place is the service. Ever since going to Wingstop for their infamous bone-in lemon pepper wings about 9 years ago in NY, my husband and I have been obsessed. I have even tried to remake their lemon pepper, but it doesn't come exactly close to it. Being new to the neighborhood, we decided to get Wingstop and took part in their 19.99 All-in-One Bundle: 16 boneless wings (option of 2 flavors), 6 tenders (option of 2 flavors) and a large seasoned fries. The bundle is a good deal and it definitely hit the spot. For the boneless wings, we went with the lemon pepper and hickory BBQ and for the tenders, garlic parmesan and Hawaiian. All flavors were pretty decent, except the Hawaiian was just okay. Next time, we definitely want to go for the bone-in, but you can never pass up a good deal, especially if it's coming from Wingstop. Order on their app or website and it's a easy pick up from there. This restaurant is practicing proper social distancing so no need to worry about that. Wingstop always hits the spot when I'm looking for some fast food style quick and easy boneless wings. The prices are a little steep for what you get, but average for the area. A wide array of sauces to choose from. I would say 4 stars for food but 5 stars for the service. I have always been more than pleased with how courteous and attentive all of the staff members are. They bring your food for you and casually check on your needs as they walk by (even though its not a wait-staffed restaurant). I'm craving hot boneless wings with blue cheese and fries now. My recent visit to this wingstop has me questioning where I stand as a customer . I placed an online order for a pickup which is normal. I get to the location I see there is one associate in the front who is on the phone but bunch of people in the back some working some just standing there. I pay it no mind and patiently wait for the associate on the phone to help me which took about 10-15 minutes. As I'm waiting one of the associates kept staring at me but won't come to the front to ask if I need help again I pay it no mind. So as I'm waitng another customer is waitng behind me now.The associate is finally off the phone and ready to help me when the customer behind interrupts me as I'm about to talk then the associate starts helping the other customer. I step in and say hey I was the next customer in line and associate replies oh he has a pickup order not giving me a chance to tell him that is what I have as well. Ironically once I showed I was displeased with the display of poor customer service the associate who was staring now wants to help me but stared at me for 10-15 minutes. So now I'm trying to figure did I have the wrong skin tone or what. I have no idea what the hype is about Wing Stop. I definitely have had better wings in my lifetime, but their prices are better than most other wing places. My significant other and I ordered cajun, teriyaki, and hot wings off the menu as well as some fries with veggies (celery/carrots) served with ranch for $20. The cajun wings were not very tasty at all. I ate them first just to get rid of them. Probably won't be ordering those again. The hot wings tasted like the tabasco hot sauce. Very funky tasty in my opinion and not spicy. The teriyaki wings were actually quite alright. The fries were kind of salty, but they give you quite a lump sum. I've been searching for buffalo wings that remind me of home. Wingstop didn't meet my (lofty) standard, but I would definitely label these as passable for a wing craving. Got the mild, hot, and boneless BBQ wings, and some fries. Fries were good, but cold. Threw them in the broiler and saved those. As for the wings, flavor was good on the hot. They were tasty. Perhaps I have a different definition of 'mild', but to me 'mild' wings should have a small, but noticeable amount. First off, I agree with the wait time complaints; I went and it managed to be a 10 min wait time, but the first time I went [earlier this yr] it took almost the entirety of my break time. Going (or gone downhill) - let me start by saying this used to be one of our favorite places to eat. We love the simplicity of the menu - just wings and a few sides and Brian, the previous manager, was hands down the best restaurant manager I have ever met! Today we went back after not having gone for a while and had a few issues - I don't know if it was just an off day or if this is the new norm - will probably try again because frankly we love the wings. So the good parts - the wings - when they are done right they are delicious - really crispy and tender - the first one I ate today (in the car on the way home) was a garlic Parmesan (our favorite flavor) and it was just sublime. We've had lots of the flavors Teriyaki, Old Bay, Cajun, Atomic, Lemon Pepper, and today we tried the Brazilian Citrus pepper - all good. We also love the sauces - particularly the big chunks of cheese in the Blue Cheese. Cold, crunchy carrots and celery and occasionally fries will round out the meal. So what's the problem - well service is just lackluster - but mostly the wings are suddenly tiny! In an order of 30 wings we got at least 8 that were half the size of the others - I noticed and wasn't going to say anything but then the boys brought it up too - we are pretty easy to please but these wings were just bones with a tiny bit of meat attached (see pic). Just nasty. First try, and will never go back again. The chicken tasted too salty, and I only ate two: could barely make it through the second one. Whatever bque sauce was used needs to be thrown away in the trash where it belongs. And the fries were a bit greasy, but okay. To top off that unpleasentness, the staff was very unfriendly.
