First, no…read moreone was behind me, but yet they asked me to pull through and park in the parking lot, which has always so frustrating. However. Or in a 12 piece family meal and after getting the food and driving home, found out they had only provided eight pieces of chicken. Also ordered the mixed selection to ensure breasts were part of the meal and again failed me by only giving me dark meat. The worst part was, I had to convince my wife to try this place as she was adamant that they always mess up the order, and all this did was solidify the fact that this location cannot be trusted

Hi corporate, time to check this location out because what the heck! Some very serious training is…read moreneeded at this location. I asked if they had nachos, the guy said "yeah would you like me to read the kinds of nachos" Me: "sure" Employee: "uhhh we have shredded chicken and uhhh uhhh actually I don't know" Not a great start. I asked what came on the nachos and he stated "cheese sour cream and chicken" I said "sounds good can I get no chicken?" He said "sure. Your total will be $15" (extremely high for fast food nachos but whatever) Then I was handed the bag with the container completely sideways they practically just threw stuff in the bag and threw it at me without a care in the world. I open the bag. The nachos have chicken on them, guac, pico and all this other stuff my grandson would not eat and we would asked for it without (although we asked for no chicken and still got chicken so doubt they would have listened anyways) I will note that el polo loco corporate website explicitly states that you can substitute or remove toppings. No straw for our drink but put SIX forks in the bag which was just offensive at that point. So now I'm $15 out with a meal my grandson wouldn't eat with some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Then I went and spent another $15 for a dinner he would eat somewhere else. So really I'm out $30 based simply on incompetent employees from this place. I literally had never been to el polo loco before and certainly will never return.

Bob ordered the prime rib, which was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. I had the salmon, and it was absolutely delicious. What really made the evening stand out was our server, Antonia. She was friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. She made us feel welcome as first-time guests, checked on us at just the right times, and helped ensure everything went smoothly throughout the meal. The service felt genuine and never rushed. Between the excellent food, the comfortable patio, and Antonia's outstanding service, we had a wonderful experience. We'll definitely be back and would be happy to recommend Cool Hand Luke's to friends and family.

Not knowing if they do open seating at the bar, thinking it was possibly all one area for the restaurant. I walked to the front the hostess was some what helpful. I felt a little judged when she gave a little giggle when I asked questions of where the bar was, is it open sitting, etc. We went into the bar, sat at the bar and the bartender was very helpful. We tried one of the spring drink specials. A Just Peachy Marg and Strawberry Marg I am sure mine would have so delicious, but it was a tad sweeter than I would have liked. The person I was with got the Strawberry Marg and she said it was a little too sweet too! We ordered an order of the potato skins... They were on a happy hour menu and it was a great portion for 5 bucks and pretty tasty. Wish ranch would have come with them as well as the sour cream. I finished off with a tall 805 and to be honest... I felt it was a great price... $8. I swear it's been more at other chains. Will be back before our movie again, but might just stick with the beer.

He said they would have to CHARGE ME $2.50 extra for choosing the ones I would want. This was the second time this ridiculous comment was made; I didn't believe them at first. I proceeded by asking them 'why they are doing this?' They said it comes from the management and that they couldn't do anything about it. I was absolutely disgusted by this type of robbery. This is FRAUD when they are marketing a price and then try to CHARGE me extra for what I am already paying. The customer service was complete GARBAGE! I am paying by the LB! They treated me like I was robbing them for even asking. I will be REPORTING this to the better business bureau as this is a shady practice. The butchers were even mocking me when I was paying at the cash register. They began to laugh and even sing. It is NOT about the money. It is about the PRINCIPLE! This isn't how you run a business.
