I had heard that this Wingstop was very slow, but I figured that if I ordered ahead on the app I could bypass the wait. So I order and the app says ready in 20 min. I show up 30 min later and they tell me it's not ready. While the app quoted 20 min, it took 45 min total. I wouldn't mind the wait had that been what I was quoted as wait time on the app. Once there, the service was also pretty bad. They all seemed busy in the back and one girl seemed to be coming back and forth to register. Idk what it is about this location but they for sure move slow. I have pretty much grown up eating Wingstop and do believe they are a special chain compared to other "fast" fried chicken wings. Although majority of my visits have been amazing, my most recent one was definitely the most negative and traumatizing. I ordered a pickup order on a Tuesday night to take advantage of their 70¢ boneless wings deal. The garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper are hands down one of the best I've had compared to other places. Perfect crispy, great size, and great flavor! I had an option to try their new Thigh Bites when checking out my order. I decided to go for it and got it hot. Everything tastes great and normal as can be. When eating the new Thigh Bites, I bit into something very hard. I come across to see it was a chicken bone! Like what?! Their website and advertisements clearly state: "juicy, breaded, bite-sized boneless chicken"! BONELESS! I didn't think much of it, but then I bit into another one!!! I look at my food more closely and see there is a few more bone pieces. And they are not small whatsoever. I posted photos immediately as proof. My experience with this location and Wingstop in general has always been fine. I would say I'm more upset with the fact I almost lost my teeth since I was eating without hesitation or worry when it is advertised as boneless. I did write a complaint in the Wingstop website. The manager for the location did reach out to me days later and apologized for the experience and tried to settle, which I still have yet to hear back. Not sure how bones got into my meal but this is NOT okay and it could have been a lot worse if not more careful. What if it was a child consuming the meal? Haven't had issues with this Wingstop location like other reviewers. I found out you can ask for the fries to be cooked "well done." It's a little bit less soggy than normal. The fries have a sugary, salty seasoning on them fyi. Overall, I enjoy the lemon pepper flavor for the regular wings the best.
