I need to vent for a second. Ordered delivery from Wingstop earlier this week -- got the wrong food. Called the store and was told my only option was a refund (7-10 business days) or to come pick it up... even though I paid for delivery. Gave them another chance today. 76 minute wait. No call to say they were out of sauce. When we called, they said the order "didn't come up with a number" and there were no drivers to deliver. At what point did basic customer service just disappear? Mistakes happen -- but leaving customers without food after paying for delivery is wild. Just a heads up if you're ordering from that location. read more

At a restaurant with the name "wing" in its moniker, one would expect superior wings. This is not the case. The wings that we had were overdone and dry. The skin was crispy, but the overall texture was tough and dried out. The complaints of previous reviewers about the timeliness of the prep time at this restaurant could probably be addressed by not over-cooking the wings. The sauces were okay--not delicious. The Korean barbecue was very sweet and soy sauce-flavored, but it lacked the heat that I was expecting. It tasted like an imitation of "Asian-style" flavor. The Buffalo-style sauce lacked a combination of flavors--it tasted like Texas Pete from the bottle. The lemon-pepper was heavy on the pepper and had an artificial chemical smell that turned my stomach. I could not get past that odor. The fries are seasoned with sugar, which our table found distasteful. They were soggy, oily, and sweet. The fries are really sub par here. The bleu cheese dressing is excellent, with chunks of genuine bleu cheese in it. The service is meh. There were plenty of people working who walked about, but no one seemed to be doing anything. Ordering was awkward, and it was difficult to hear over the media. The individual at the register lacked people skills. We were not greeted when we came in and up to the register, and the whole transaction felt uncomfortable. The restaurant itself needed to be tended to. The table tops were all dirty. There was a spill in front of the soda machine that was never taken care of and could be a slipping hazard. The chairs and tables needed straightening. The restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived and had very little business, and yet there were no clean tables. We didn't see anyone wipe down a table until we were leaving, when we had been there close to an hour. The space is very loud with televisions all on blast, and there is also loud music playing. The volume of one of the three televisions was reduced when we asked. With the place being empty, there was nothing to absorb the sound (and no one to listen to the games and shows playing). Even with the sound reduced on the one TV set, it was still too loud for conversation or even comfort. There are no trash cans anywhere in the restaurant, nor are there convenient napkins in this restaurant. At a wing place, there has to be more napkins than just a single roll of paper towels by the drink station. One would expect napkins on the tables and to be handed out with one's order. When we finished with our try, we had no idea what to do with our trash. We asked and were told to just leave it at the drink station. There is no separate place to leave trays or trash or to throw anything out. The bathroom was clean, but I am really concerned about the lack of water pressure in the sink. It is nigh impossible to rinse the soap from one's hands, which make me think that the staff hand washing may be less than sanitary. I hate this Wingstop. They are trash. The wings are sooo disappointing. I've never had dryer wings in my life. Other Wingstop locations have not been like this so I am very confused. Garlic parm is my favorite flavor and they only do them in a dry rub which is sad but okay... they were so gross I didn't even finish them. The wings are also small. Like ridiculously so. The rolls aren't good either and I love Wingstop rolls. The fries were cold when I got them. Calling into this Wingstop was such a waste of time. I called in my order before 9pm. When I arrived, they had my order in the system. I paid for my order with Whitney and it was pretty straightforward. I wait... And I wait... Other people come in and place their orders.... I wait... The people who came in, about 4 separate people, began receiving their orders. I've been waiting 20 minutes for a call in order at this point. That's ridiculous. I go up to the counter to see what's going on. Another server looks around and realizes SOMEHOW they lost my order. Ok. I've been sitting in the front for 20 minutes and there's no other customer inside. That lady gives me some standard 'with purchase' coupons. Whitney is standing there but she didn't apologise for the mix-up, the wait, anything. I stood at the counter until they finished making my order. This was about 10 more minutes because, remember, they lost my order. The food was ok and that says a lot because I do like Wingstop. The wings weren't fully sauced. Again today received some wings that were not even coated in the bbq sauce. And the wings were prepared while I waited inside. I came into this location on a Tuesday around 3 PM about 20 minutes after placing my order through the app. The inside is blocked off as to not allow indoor seating at the current time because of COVID but there was seating for those waiting on pick up orders. Someone helped me right away and the staff was very friendly. I waited about 10 minutes or so for my order to be ready which was quite large. It was clear that they had good communication in the kitchen as I could see several people working together very well to get the orders ready. The facility looked very clean and there was another staff member wiping everything down as I waited. I saw staff change their gloves several times while working on the orders.The staff was even nice enough to help me carry my order to my vehicle. The food was delicious and the order was correct. Everything was fresh. It is apparent that this location has great staff and is well put together. I would return in the future and also recommend to others. read more

This was my first Wingstop experience and I have to say it was pretty fabulous. I stopped in at lunch, ordered the atomic wings and was pleasantly surprised that they were not overly atomic and cooked perfectly. The ranch dressing was a huge surprise - it tasted homemade, one of my not-so-secret loves. Steniesha was super nice as was the cook (owner?) - I'm sorry that I did not get his name. I got to try the Korean sauce and it is super super tasty although I think if I got an order of wings with only that I would go into a diabetic coma (being a diabetic and all) - maybe half atomic and half Korean would work... It takes every bit of 15 minutes to cook the wings so I recommend using the app if you're not into waiting. The dining room was pretty cold but I imagine that's because the kitchen is pretty hot... there were three large TVs on mute and the music was pretty loud but it was a beautiful day so I sat outside. This is my 2nd time coming here for wings. The first time, due to them being fairly new, they did not do to well Well making my wings as I asked. It's been several months later and I decided to try them again. The wings were cooked well this time, but to put the same wings in the same container when one is a dry rub and the 2nd is buffalo chic wing sauce is crazy. They think that putting a piece of paper between the two wings the liquid sauce wasn't going to run down into the lemon pepper dry rub :-(. Buffalo and lemon not a great mix to say the least. :-(. One of my favorite chicken spot so many different flavors to choose from but I stick to my Lemon pepper and Old bay seasoning. They also have goof fries make sure you get the seasoned ones and if you wanna catch a game they have a sitting area with televisions as well. read more

The wings are Always fried too long and hard at this location. I don't know if they were trained to cook them that long or if the hard wings I always receive is just a coincidence. The flavors I requested just kind of rolled off since the chicken was so hard. Today was my first time going back in maybe a year. Customer service was subpar. When I'm in that area and I want wings I'll stick with Zaxby's. They taste better and you don't have to wait as long. Carenna's jerk wings are great too. I doubt I will return to this location. My husband really likes the wings here. We have ordered from them twice and both times our order was messed up. The first time was trough DoorDash and our drinks were not given to the driver. DoorDash refunded us. The second time we ordered online through Wingstop. We had a 10 piece combo of regular wings and fries and a 10 piece combo of 1/2 boneless and 1/2 regular wings with veggies. The second combo came back all regular wings and no veggies (or any other side). The wings are decent, but I think we will be ordering elsewhere since we are 2 for 2 with having some issue with our order. read more
