Having been to several Wingstop locations, I was looking forward to some delicious wings. I have never been more disappointed. I ordered online and was at the location at the specified time, but my order was not ready until 20 minutes later! The wings tasted like deep fried cardboard. I ordered online and bought 55 wings. When I got home, instead of having 35 parmesan boneless wings, we had 21. We called the store and were put on hold for 8 minutes, so we hung up and called back. I was rudely put on hold again. I hung up and called back and then someone picked up the phone and hung it up right away. The last time I called the "manager" who would not give me his name said we had to bring the food back for a refund. We live 15 minutes away. We only wanted a refund on what we did not receive. He then told me I would not be getting a refund and hung up on me. I spend $61 on an incomplete order, get helped by someone that looked like he had never seen a shower and then get treated like this on the phone? Never again!! Co Worker and i went here for Lunch today at the RED Oak Location and we both ordered the BBQ boneless wings, when we received the order the food was hot and looked really good, the problem was the place did not have any forks in the building to eat with, this was an issue considering they were hot and full of BBQ sauce. Also there were tables that had drink spilled all over them and looked like this was left from the day before because we arrived as they opened the place. This place confirms that customer service no longer exists. The kids running this place have bad attitudes and are incompetent. Starting with the pissy attitude while taking my order and then ringing it up wrong. If you would listen to the customer, you could ring it up correctly. But when you have the attention span of a squirrel, you are going to get it wrong every time. I suspect there is a high error rate. Then to plate an order that clearly says "TO GO". Clearly the next employee either cannot read or doesn't really care if they do the job correctly or not. Each time I have attempted to eat here, it takes 30 minutes to get an order. They cook fries and chicken wings - I can't understand how it takes that long to cook orders - clearly there is something wrong going on in the kitchen. Wings decent because it's wingstop but worse than other locations. Service is very poor. Very slow and seems to be exclusively staffed by rude, unconcerned, undertrained, high school kids. No greetings, no thank yous. It's almost like they feel they've done you a favor by preparing your wings and you didn't pay for a service. I was elated when wing stop finally made it to Red Oak. It took me maybe 3 months to finally try this location.So.... I finally had an urge for wing stop and tried this location and the experience was horrible! Some of the wings wasn't evenly covered with the special sauce nor seasoning. Came to this location and upon arriving was told the wait for an order would be 27 minutes! The location I frequent on a regular basis is in Addison and I have never waited more than 16 minutes! Took 40 min to get our order on a slow Thursday night. The employees were not polite either. Others who came in after and had not ordered over ahead of time were getting their food before we were. First off, I'd like to say that I've been there many times. I won't be discussing every visit, but just know that each and every time it's be absolutely terrible in terms of customer service. Wings are OK. There are not many places to eat in Red Oak, so it's a shame this establishment won't last... Three co-workers and I went there about 1 hr ago (11:00am...right when they opened) and dealt with a short girl with a nose ring that had an absolute terrible attitude. I gave her my order, and wanted to make sure she heard me right... "Can I make that a combo with a drink?" I said. She replied: "I assumed that's what you were getting..." and rolled her eyes. After about 30 mins, our orders we ready. My ranch sauce had hard chunks of dried ranch on the bottom of the container. Having worked in food service a good bit, I knew this to be half frozen, old, re-used ranch. I'm getting sicker as I write this review. Absolutely horrid would be how I would describe my feeling. A co-worker asked for un-sweet tea, which of course, wasn't ready. After asking when it would be ready...he was told (from the same "pleasant* young girl): "I'm WORKING on it..." That's when all of us couldn't hold back our frustration anymore. We were all very vocal about our feelings and have already made complains via the corporate office and we will be following up with the store manager shortly. I understand a *pleasant* young girl probably doesn't want to have customers at the crack of 11:00AM...but that's when the restaurant opens. Generally, you'd have employees come in at least 2 hours ahead of time, to prep ingredients and prepare the store for service. This was not the case. Cooking these items shouldn't take @45 mins to complete, regardless of how many customers are in the store. These kids were either high on something, and/or had no respect for anyone but themselves. The manager should be ashamed of hiring these childish excuses for representatives of his/her company. If you can't have the restaurant ready to go at 11:00AM, then maybe open later...say...12:00PM. That way, you can miss out on all the profits from Triumph down the road while everyone spends their precious lunch time elsewhere. Wing Stop in Red Oak TX, you are lucky that your "proprietary" and "unique" sauces allow you to have some semblance of a tasty meal...but your customer service will be your downfall. I give this negative -3 stars.... Hello Wingstop on Ovilla Road in Red Oak Texas. I work for Triumph Aerospace just down the road. The amount of people that work here could support your business alone but I will be passing on the word about this establishment and the lack of talent that is employed there. To begin with, the young disrespectful Latin decent girl with the nose ring was the rudest person I had come across in the restaurant industry. I went in with 3 friends and as each of us ordered, 10 mins was added to every persons order with only 2 additional people in the entire place. I asked if the unsweetened tea was ready and was told she hasn't finished it yet and waited 10 mins and went back up and asked for a time frame of when it may be done and was told, "It will be done when I am finished with it." At that time i told her that her attitude is doing her and the establishment a huge injustice. I sat down and waited and watched several people go thru the line and get the same treatment. At the end I witnessed three ladies come in and before they could barely get in the door they were told that by the same girl there would be a 45 mins wait at which time they immediately turned and walked out. Mind you, there is only three tables filled at this time. One table with 2 people, another with us (4) people and then a larger group of 7 people. After they walked out then rude lil punk girl turned around to her work buddies and gave them a big smile and started laughing. I'm glad she takes such pride in ruining your business and turning away your daily profit. The ones in the back were no better. Not one person seemed to want to be there in the least bit. They would bring out your order and you would say "thank you" and they would look at you like they were high on something or just plain dumb. If i was the owner they would have all been fired on the spot and would have still done a better job running the place alone. Like i said, the worst experience i have EVER had at a place like this or any other for that fact. I am spreading the word as well as my friends. This place will be a past very forgettable memory in the next 6 months and replaced with a much better establishment not to mention that WIngstop's product is only OK at very best. have been to wing stop many times and they have yet to win me over.... the food is normally fine...the serice on the other hand is awful! i think one out of five times they have gotten the order correct, it has been placed online so its printed correctly. they literally laughed at me when i called after i got home to tell them my what i got home with was not my order and proceded to tell me i would be at the back of the line to have my correct order made. when you place an order online the time is never right if it says 30 minutes it will be an hour, which is frustrating and defeats the purpose of placing the order before you go, just to get there and wait. v e r y s l o w....the staff could care less and not very friendly.... they are fine while talkinh to the other staff members but if you think you are gonna recieve help with a smile you are wrong! read more

I will never return to this "Filthy Mess of a Business". Horrible service, filthy from the counter to the floor to the restroom......even the trays to carry your food were filthy. I had to ask the cashier to clean a table because every table in the restaurant was filthy and dirty. The tables needed to be sterilized with a cleaning solution not just the dirty grimy towel that has been used in the kitchen to clean up ALL of the grease spills. The floor was sticky from what I assume was several soda spills and no employee taking the time to go get a fresh mop with some type of cleaning solution to clean it up prior to every customer coming in and stepping in and tracking soda all over the already dirty filthy floor. As far as the wings, they were undercooked and over seasoned. The fries didn't have any of the seasoning that usually makes the french fries worth purchasing. The counter where you get your condiments was identical to the floor...sticky and filthy with soda spillage and the employees continued to place the trays with food in all of this filth and once you touched the trays your hands are immediately feeling like what your shoes were feeling nothing but sticky, grimy, filthy. and dirty. All I could see were a bunch of "kids" trying to run a business and no adult to be in charge and therefore this is why when I asked the cashier to have someone to clean at least ONE table so that we could sit down she replied " we have been really busy today and we cant get out here to clean". Ok somethings are better left unsaid. Its obvious that you all are busy, but hell keep your mouth shut and just have the Adult supervisor or manager call in additional backup. You all aren't slashing your hi prices for you all being busy and giving customer far less than what they are paying for. When I asked the cashier for a ranch she said "That will be 89 cents". Once I get back to give her my dollar for some ranch, another employee gives me two ranch containers and when I hand him the $1.00 for just one, he waves off the $1.00 and hands me both of the containers. Ok I like is someone trying to pocket 89 cents or is someone so tired from working that he is giving containers of this "GOLD" ranch dressing out for free? I don't know but 89 cents is a tad much and basically they needed to be giving out much more for free considering that the service and the food quality was BEYOND horrible. I drove further to this Wing Stop because it is newer and I assumed that newer meant better, but I was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO wrong. The owner of this Horrid establishment needs to put up a hidden camera so that he can see how bad his business is being run by what seems to be several "Pre Teens" who don't know how to do two things at once obviously. read more
