food was supposed to be ready 6:10. wasn't ready until 6:35. it was only a 30 piece family meal

Food undercooked and no properly seasoned when busy. Lazy workers and just rush to get whatever they can get out without actually caring if it's properly made. Just make the drive to Waxahachie read more

Today I came in to pick up a DoorDash order. When I first walked in, I let the young lady at the front know I was there for DoorDash and gave her the customer's name. She told me the order was almost ready and handed me the cup for the soda. Since I was trying to hurry up and complete the order, I went ahead and made the drink myself. When I brought the drink back to the front, I politely asked if they had a sticker or seal to place over the top of the drink so the customer would know it had not been tampered with. I explained that drivers normally are not supposed to prepare the drinks, but since I already did it, I just wanted the drink properly sealed for the customer's safety and comfort. The employee then responded by asking why I made the soda anyway. I stayed calm because I was simply trying to do my job and keep the order moving. She later told me her name was Nicole and said she was the manager. I again politely asked if she could place the sticker or seal on the drink, but she refused and stated she did not have to do it. She also accused me of being hostile, which I do not feel was true at all. As a manager, I feel customer service and professionalism should be handled better, especially regarding DoorDash orders and food safety. I was not rude or disrespectful. I simply wanted the order properly sealed so the customer would feel comfortable knowing their drink was not tampered with. I believe Nicole could benefit from additional customer service and management training based on this interaction. read more

Second time I've been to this restaurant (had about the same experience with the food the 1st time as I did the 2nd). I ordered takeout online, food was done at the time I requested. However my wings felt like they were days old, super chewy and overcooked as well and both my hot sauce wings and garlic parm wings had very minimal sauce on, and the root beer coming out of the machine was white, and tasted like a sparkling water drink. I love Wingstop but this building has been the same experience both times. read more

This was my worst Wingstop experience ever thanks to Da'koya. I ordered 2 combos 8pc and a 10pc I came to pick my order before the estimate time the order was suppose to be done to make sure it's HOT. Sadly to say I made it home NOTHING was FRESH wings were dried out fries wasn't fresh corn was over fried, after talking to Da'koya telling my experience she didn't make me feel valued as a customer. She was very nonchalant and inconsiderate she refused to replace my corn that went with my order, after being inconvenienced by driving 17mins back. She rather give me a refund than replace the corn that goes with rest of my order. That she showed very poor managing skills I feel that the managing position she has is beyond her skill level in my opinion. I never received a refund or food will be contracting corporate about this matter. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Red Oak, Texas

We ordered food for delivery at 8:25 and it was ready within 10 minutes, our food didn't arrive until an HOUR AFTER being picked up. We were 15 minutes away. We tried to reach the store and were only answered once when we asked if our food was picked up yet. at that point it had been 15 minutes since the order was picked up. after 9:10 we started calling for our food to see what was taking so long but no one would answer or it would go straight to voicemail. never this wingstop again. read more

Wing Stop at 102 E Ovilla RdUnit 200 Red Oak, TX 75154 is the worst location ever, every time I go there its an extremely long wait for poor quality food , the customer service is poor often they giving customers old dried out food and get attitude when you request a remake for fresh food. read more

They were very nice when walking in! Definitely will come back the service was very good. great restauran!

First time at this location and also my last. Spent $60 on wings and they were horrible. They were undercooked and had no flavor whatsoever. They tasted like raw chicken. I was sick and ordered some for my kids and my teenage boys had to put them in the air fryer. I'm so upset that I wasted $60 on this establishment. All the wings smell like unseasoned chicken. It was a big disappointment. Just I'll keep going to Desoto or Camp Wisdom which is my favorite location. read more

Shouneilla was so helpfu great customer service! Food was amazing and came out very quickly!

How do you run out of ice an still sell your drinks at room temperature. So gross. Took forever to get our food. We both worked late tonight and did not want to go home and cook. Not a great Wing Stop. **** Timothy I assume you are the owner or the manager of the Red Oak I location. I went through and read your response to me and obviously it is a generic copy paste response because it is the exact same response you have given to every bad review which is 99% of the reviews on your page. I guess it's just to write off for you are you or you don't give a crap about Your location. Try and do better, just do better... It's ridiculous. Your customer service is awful. You tell me to contact you via private message, yet you did not leave me a number or an email or anything of that nature. You really need to do better and your employees need massive training , they don't give a crap either. Pathetic... read more

WingSTOP - Follow the directions per the name of the restaurant. Get the wings, then "STOP" and check the order. We always get the correct wings. But we NEVER receive the additional items. And I mean NEVER! We just know from the past that it will continue in the future. This place is clueless. We return only because we crave the wings. It's just the norm to not leave the premises without checking the order. Last night they forgot the fries. Other times, the vegetables. The dipping sauces. Please just take my advice, save yourself the headache, and check each order before leaving. I wouldn't trust delivery to be correct. It's just easier to order to go and pick it up. You can then resolve the issue while there. read more

Absolutely ridiculous! Will no longer be ordering from this location and will continue to order from the Cedar Hill location. As this location is closer to home the service is very unprofessional and food was cold when received. I waited 35-40 minutes and it seems that my order was done way prior to that. As soon as you walked in the ice was overfilled and spilt on the floor as well as sticky syrup on the counters and overall the facility was poorly taken care of by the evening workers. I was unable to get the full attention of the cashier when speaking to them regarding my order as they were having side conversations to customers about their age. Very untrained staff in my opinion. Thank you. read more

NEVER order from Red Oak location! Worst wings in DFW AREA! I placed an order for a party. The guest expressed dissatisfaction and stated they had never had wings made so badly. The wings had no flavor & were under cooked. I contacted the store and asked them to remake the wings. I gave proof of purchase. MJ accused me of lying about the taste of the wings, the order and experience. He didn't remake the order and would not give a refund. read more

i've been working at this location for about over a month. Working here has been one of the best experiences ever. Everyone is so nice and being able to put smiles on peoples faces is huge to me. My supervisors help to ensure that everything is done correctly. The environment is extremely friendly. I've even had the chance to try the new flavors and they are good. working here has been amazing! read more

Horrible service here they are always forgetting stuff and they take forever with orders

this event took place on Dec 7 2024 8:15pm the service is unprofessional! places an order at 7:30pm online and it was suppose to be done and ready at 8:02pm. I go in there and the manager at the moment screamed across the room "yo are you gonna want your order or not" I ended up cancelling and still no one gave me the refund or a receipt or emails. No one wanted to help no one wanted to give me corporate number. Terrible management everyone inside was waiting for an order. do not go to this location read more

This location so trash. They've messed up my order so many times the only reason I keep ordering is because it's the closest location to me. If I order 20 times the order is messed up 15 times. My last order I asked for 2 flavors. They made the whole order the same flavor but still put the paper in the box to separate the wings like they were different flavors. Ordered a lemonade and got water bro. YALL SO DAMN TRASH read more

They take a while because they're always busy but DEFINITELY worth the wait!!! Employees were nice and respectful!

Everything is terrible here. Do not recommend. Wait time is crazy long every time. Wings are over cooked and hard.

The worst experience ever! There was so much grease in the package that would have spilled all over my car. Also the place is dirty. There is a pattern on the table to camouflage the food and dirt on the tables. Everyone is standing around. Not sure what operation this is. read more

We've been going to this wingstop for a bit over 1 year now. At first, the service was good and as time has progressed it's gotten worse. On New Year's Eve I wanted to order wings for a part that I was having and they disabled their online ordering options(WHY?). So we ended up having to go to the DeSoto location where they had the doors locked during business hours(that's another story for another day). The last few times I was able to order they did just okay. Tonight we went and the fries were almost burnt, I asked for extra fry seasoning not extra char. The lemon pepper strips were hard and over cooked and the original hot strips lacked sauce. Now I know you have to specify extra wet if you want a lot of sauce but can I get enough sauce to cover the strip at least. Needless to say we will likely still go to them but it won't be as frequent as we're use to which is every Friday night. Guess I better find another wing joint. Just do better. read more

I want to like this place because it's so close to my home but they make it hard. Placed an order for pickup and half my order was missing! The manager was so casual about it. Didn't acknowledge me or apologize for the mistake. The wings looked liked they just threw seasoning on top, didn't try to toss. This wasn't even a busy day. It's ridiculous that I now will either drive to the wingstop in desoto on beltline or the wingstop in Dallas on camp wisdom. FYI...they never miss. This was the weekend of March 11. read more

Will Never order from wingstop again! Ordered at 9 pm and was told my order would be at my house at 9:55' time kept changing saying the door dasher is at the store! Called the store and they answer saying they are closed but I don't have my food! Get a notification while on the phone with them and it says my order has been cancelled. But y'all are telling me at the store the door dasher picked it up at 9:42!!! Make it make sense! read more

EVERYTIME I order from this location something is wrong. First time I was missing wings second time I didn't get any sauces plus the extra ones I paid for. This is the third time I order from this location and the have my VERY BURNT FRIES. I hate being the person who takes their stuff out i front of them to check if everything is there and fine but I suggest you do that at this location. ( red oak ) never ordering from this location again I rather drive the extra 15 mins to desoto. read more

I've given this place so many second chances but this was the last straw and will not be going back. They never have enough sauce. This location is garbage. Horrible service. Incompetent employees. And a manager who doesn't seem like he commands authority over his employees. Ordered 65 wings online and was told they'd be ready at 7:55pm. Arrived at 8pm and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Got home and was only given 20 wings. When going back up to get the corrected order, they still made an order of wings incorrectly. If you want wings, DO NOT order from this location. They seem to run within the same theme of all other Red Oak fast food spots. Crappy experience. The horrible reviews are ACCURATE!! read more

Some of the worst wing stop I have had. The garlic Parmesan wings were hard and they didn't taste like anything. It tasted like the pulled them out the grease and shook some Parmesan on them. UNACCEPTABLE! I placed an online order at 5:52pm for pick up at 7pm. I have seen nothing but horrible reviews for this place and I just wanted to hop on and say that my boyfriend and I live just up the road and order from here all the time. At most we've had to wait a bit longer than we were told but otherwise the wings we get both boneless and bone in have been amazing. The lemon pepper and garlic parm seasonings are so good we always order to go so we haven't really had much interaction with anyone whose worked inside other than to pick up our food. So we'll continue to come here because we receive good customer service and good food. read more
