Normally, I don't post reviews if they're bad I just won't say anything, but I'm like annoyed right when I walked into this location everyone was on their phone and no one greeted me. I had to walk and say hi excuse me to even get someone to come take my order. Just the overall customer service of everyone in this place was not good. Surprised by how many bad reviews this Wingstop has! This location has been one of our recent go-to spots and we have not had any issues. We often order from this location on Doordash or we order from their website and go in to pick up. Our orders have always been correct, ready on time, and just as delicious as other go-to wingstop location! We usually get the 15 piece meal for 2 then change it up between the mango habanero, lemon pepper, bbq, and garlic parmesan. We have eaten here a few times and every time we are highly satisfied. Today I made a mistake and put in an online order through the app and forgot to change the location. When I went to pick up my food I realized my mistake but the employees were super nice about it. I put in my order in person and then called to cancel my mistake. The food was great! But I was worried that I might be charged for the other order. I was told a few days and it should be good. My daughter had a basketball tournament in Ladera Ranch, and afterward we decided to grab Wingstop. I Googled nearby locations, checked the reviews and ratings, and chose this location because it seemed to have the best combination of both. We arrived around 1:30 p.m. on Sunday. Immediately upon walking in, I could hear a woman sitting at a table in the indoor dining area yelling and going off on someone over the phone. At first, I didn't pay much attention because I assumed it was an upset or disruptive customer. I placed our order, we were planning to eat there but decided to take it to go with all that was going on. I do want to give credit where it's due, the young gentleman who took our order was great, and our food came out perfect. I have absolutely no complaints about the service we received from him or the quality of the food. However, as we went to fill our drinks, the woman became even louder. I heard a chair move aggressively, which caught my attention. I looked back and saw her pacing up and down the aisle, going in and out of the outdoor seating area, still yelling on the phone. That's when I realized she wasn't a customer, she was a Wingstop employee! She is either a supervisor or manager and her name is Jen. At that point, it became clear she was speaking to another employee who had apparently called out of work. She was berating this person, saying things along the lines of how she showed up because she needs her job and has kids, and implying that the other employee must not need theirs. She continued yelling, using profanity, and carrying on this conversation loudly in front of customers without any concern for how inappropriate or uncomfortable it was. I don't know how long the call had been going on before we arrived, but from the time we walked in until we left -- roughly 15 to 20 minutes while waiting for our food this behavior continued. I recorded a short snippet because I plan to send it to corporate. I even asked the young gentleman working if she was always like this, and he shook his head yes. That response was especially concerning. As a former supervisor myself, I found the entire situation extremely unprofessional. No supervisor or manager should be publicly berating an employee for calling out, questioning them in that manner, or discussing staffing issues while yelling and using profanity in front of customers. An employee calls out, you follow company policy, document what needs to be documented, handle the staffing issue professionally, and move on. You do not spend 15-20 minutes humiliating or intimidating someone over the phone while customers and other employees are forced to listen. I could never and would never work for someone who treats their employees that way. And as a customer, I cannot support or give my business to a location where employees are treated like that. How a business treats its employees matters to me just as much as how it treats its customers. I hope someone from corporate sees this and gives her proper training because it's clear she needs it. read more

Ok, so I typically love going to WingStop. This was my first visit at the RSM location. My oldest kid loves chicken and had been begging me to take them here. I caved, but I was not satisfied with our experience. I would likely not return to their branch in all honesty, at least not in the near future. There was a lot of people ordering for pick up or a food delivery service, so immediately we noticed that they were kind of busy. That's good in my opinion. There is not a lot of seating available inside just like any other WingStop. They have an outdoor patio for dining, but it was a cold rain evening, so we stayed indoors. The staff member who helped us was nice and patient, while we tried to figure out what we wanted. Details on what we ordered is below. All was going well until the worker realized a lot of people had already picked up their food, including patrons who ordered way after us. Our food took a very long time. People were coming and going. I know this was a fluke and I can totally forgive that. Our order getting overlooked was not the reason for our disappointment. WHAT WE ORDERED; The 30 piece crew pack, split between 3 people, plus an order soda. The crew pack came with the following; -10 classic pieces - Garlic parmesan -10 classic pieces - spicy Korean -10 classic pieces - plain -4 sauces - we just asked for ranch -Fries -Veggie sticks The garlic parmesan is always a good choice at WingStop. The spicy Korean, is sweet but not as sweet as I have had at other similar establishments, but it had a nice kick to it with the heat. I would recommend either of these as a good place to start. The fries had a nice crisp to them, possibly a bit over salted but the ranch helped with that. You can see the salt in the picture I've attached. The texture of the fries were perfect though. We had water with our meal and ordered a soda since we love to have Cherry Dr. Pepper. Now, here is where we weren't happy. Although the food was ok/decent, we could tell that the chicken had freezer burn. How long had the chicken been in the freezer, what is their food turnover, literally how old is this chicken, why do some parts feel a bit dry? All this was in my head. The kid who had the plain chicken, this was especially obvious with their food since there was no sauce/powder/etc to cover the meat. I circled all the visible freezer burn in the picture, you can't see the pieces underneath which also had freezer burn but it's there. It was the same for the other 20 pieces but difficult to see because of the sauces. I understand that WingStop doesn't claim to have fresh chicken that is not frozen, however, freezer burned chicken just shouldn't be served. That's my opinion and I am sticking to it. read more

Just when I think this place can't get any worse, ordered multiple 10 piece wings, and a 8 piece wing order, the wings are bone dry, no hot sauce on the wings. You can see from the pics I posted, my lemon pepper wings are plain wings with no seasoning. I paid for an 8 piece order as well and only got 6 in the container. A wonderful woman named Jennifer was at the register with a smile on her face greeting the lobby full of guests that were in the restaurant. I love this store and I love their wings, however today visit wasn't pleasant. I placed my order at 10 AM and when I went to pick it up, I was told that there was no order. Once I provided a copy of my confirmation #, they decided to prepare my meal. No apology no nothing. It's an ok place to get food, not the best but it's ok. I usually just order wings and really nothing else. The fries are usually not very good, they feel soggy and just a bit weird even eating them with a dipping sauce. But the wings itself are actually very good, they are meaty, lots of flavor and a little bit of crunchiness to them. I get the bone-in wings with lemon-pepper flavor and a side of ranch, my wife gets bone-in Parmesan flavored wings with a side of ranch and a coke. We have tried dine-in and we have tried delivery through Uber eats and both experiences have been good, but like I said before, NO fries with my order. Wings are always great, really have no complaints about them. Tables could use a bit more cleaning, the ones out in the patio, I like staying inside because of that. A side of dip was $.89 (ranch, bleu cheese, or honey mustard). I went ahead and ordered the Hawaiian, Garlic Parmesan, Lemon Pepper, Louisiana Rub, and Citrus Brazil wings. All of these wing flavors that I ordered were extremely mild in terms of heat. There are some spicy ones including the atomic, mango habanero, and original hot, but today I wasn't up for the challenge. If I had to rank my favorites from the wings that I did order, the ranking would be: 1). Garlic Parmesan - By far this was my favorite. I really loved the buttery Parmesan cheese flavor along with the garlic. 2). Louisiana Rub - A hint of garlic and some cajun seasoning provided for a great combination. 3). Lemon Pepper - I liked the nice balance of the zesty lemon flavor and the bold pepper taste. 4). Hawaiian - the wings were wet and had a sweet and tangy flavor. 5). Waited around for the second order to find out they gave it away to someone else and tried to give me another persons order. Ehhhh. I really wanted some good wings tonight. I had dinner to cook... but its so hot... and I just wanted wings. I should have stayed home and cooked my own dinner. The only positive part of this experience was the online ordering, was very easy. I ordered half mild and half teriyaki original wings, fries and a large ranch. The ranch was good. The wings had hardly any flavor. The mild had hardly any sauce, and there was an oily substance in the bottom of the container, not even extra sauce that dripped off. There was nothing to drip. The teriyaki had more sauce, but not much flavor either. The fries were completely soggy. The girl behind the counter who helped me wasnt the friendliest either. Not horribly rude, just not overly friendly either. Online I was quoted 20 minutes, and I showed up in 10. My food was already off to the side, ready. I cant imagine how soggy the fries would have been had they sat there another 10 minutes for the original pickup time. Parking for this location is pretty slim as well, at least real close.
