Tbh I thought online orders take about 30 min but nah... this shit took me an hour an half just to get some wings on the time when it's not even busy.. smh wing stop wasted more of time than ever. Fuck this place tbh but the wings are still bomb tho lol just fuck all the workers read more

Worse experience ever. After waited for more than 30 mins for my online order. Found a wavy long hair stuck to my chicken. GROSS!!!!

Waitedb20 minutes for an online order. The two young ladies working assisted 4 customers that came in after me and proceeded to ignore me. Favoring doordash drivers for some reason. I'm currently the only one in the store and they have yet to acknowledge my assistance. And they just helped 4 more customer whole I stand here. Absolutely terrible service. read more

Whoever owns or manages this store needs to shut it down. I came into the restaurant with 4-5 patrons already inside and on time or later of when my order was supposed to be ready. There was no organization of a line, first-in, first-out. I gave my name, they stated it wasn't ready, I stood to the side away from people and mask on and several more people came in and waited inside. I was asked to wait outside. Only me. I complied, more people came in and waited. An employee came out and called a patrons name and nobody responded. I stepped in 10 mins after and called for my order, which had been sitting on the rack and no employee bothered to ask anybody outside if waiting for orders. A couple who were outside and waiting came in and was waiting for almost an hour. I asked them if they were asked to wait outside and they said no. They also said they saw me standing away from everyone, not understanding why I was the only one asked to wait outside. By the look of other reviews here, I see why it's like this. Not coming back. read more

Giving up on Wingstop been waiting for over 20 minutes for a 10 piece lemon pepper. I finally ask the girl when my order is going bro be ready and says oh you still have 10 mins. When does it take 30 mins for 10 wings on a Wednesday night? All the local locations have the worst customer service.. it's a shame the wings are good but the company is terrible read more

Wings are good, one of my wife's favorite places to eat wings , always gets mango habanero

DO. NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS RESTAURANT. The theme seems to be the same, ABSOLUTELY NO customer service and the over priced wings NEVER meet the expectation. We walk in and were completely ignored by the person working the register and all other staff. No smile, no "we'll be right with you" the people have attitude and are unable to complete an order correctly. Gave the place 1 star because 0 star rating is not an option. read more

Horrible customer service. I placed a order online 2hrs ahead for my guest. I arrived at the location to find out it wasn't made. Total waste of time. I will never dine here again. read more

This is my local wingstop and so far I haven't had anything really wrong with my orders. Always accurate and on time. However, I only get Louisiana rub and a lot of times there's just WAY too much oil resting at the bottom, while the other few times it's been mostly drained out before placing the wings in the container. Please keep it consistent without a puddle of oil at the bottom! I can almost feel my heart crying whenever I see it. read more

I really wanted wings. And Wingstop usually always takes care of my wing craving. However I went to this Wingstop cause it was closer then the one I usually go to and First off let me start by saying that 1.) I walked in and so many tables had trays from previous costumers there, looked super gross and unwelcoming. So I was already a little turned off. And then I order my food or whatever and I wait and I wait and I wait and I wait till I see two people that ordered after me get their food first (25 mins must of passed) and so I finally go ask where my food was at? And they had it waiting on the side for phone orders when I CLEARLY said for here. So then they proceed to literally just take it out the bag and put it on a tray after it had been sitting there for god knows how long. So I already knew I wasn't gonna be happy cause it wasn't as fresh and as hot As I like my food. And not only was the food not fresh but then they got my sauces wrong so I was very very upset. When I went to go tell them, the girl clearly got upset which I didn't get, if you messed up why are you mad? Like I paid for this! Why are you upset!!!? You gave me cold food that wasn't even what I asked for???? And after that I waited another 15 mins for fresh food. And these people could not even put it on a tray for me, nor give me ranch. Like yeah my food was good after 50 mins of my life I wasted. The employees literally do not care. The restaurant was a mess. No ketchup, nor containers. Looked unorganized. Like the whole vibe was messy. Not what I expect or want when I go to a Wingstop. Very very disappointed. read more

Great service! Always greeted when entering. Friendly employees and food is delicious!

Horrible wait times, and they do nothing to improve them. Very slow service, even when they are dead in there. The wings are overpriced and kinda dry. Definitely not worth it. read more

Tuesday, May 2, 17. Me and my family stop at this location for lunch I ordered 5 boneless 15 regular. 20 mnts later I notice cashier put all 20 boneless, I went front desk to check if they had started my order if not I would like to correct it, cashier asked the cook "have you start # 18?" Cook answered "no I haven't I am on 16" then I said well I would like to get it right. Only 5 boneless and rest regular, cashier said if I change that you would have to wait between 20 to 25 mnts extra because we do it by order , I said well you haven't even start Mine, what are you talking about. She insisted I would have to wait another 20 more mnts at least... In my personal opinion this place is the worst from all the others. They don't know how to work out easy situations like this. They definitely need some one with restaurant experiece. read more

Tried calling to place an order, called not once, not twice, but three times and didn't get an answer. The last time I was there I waited about 35 min after paying to get my order. These people need to get some new management. Needless to say I will be sticking to their arrow location, even if it is more of a drive. read more

Fries not cooked they're soggy not crunchy like they are supposed to be This is the worst wingstop on the map in California PERIOD I have witnessed the workers place fries back in grease to warm them up. Very rude worker Danny tried to give me tap water as a drink when I said I wanted water instead of a soda because their soda is always flat. She tried to tell me I had to pay for the bottle of dasani water. read more

So, I went here. I ordered it took a while, but that was fine. I get my order, get home began eating. I get 6 wings in and find one with feathers still on it. I mean it's battered and fried and as many feathers as there are they couldn't have missed them. This means my food wasn't washed properly, or had the feathers removed. That is extremely gross, unsanitary, and down right wrong. read more

Worst service, even from managers. First off they told my order would take 25 mins... took one hour! Then they forgot my ranch that i paid for!!! And then i called to speak to management and they said i would get a called back from their high ups in 24 hours or less to get my issues resolved...48 hours later still no call. Against my better judgment I came here to satisfy a pregnancy craving, called and phone order @ 6:42 told me it would be about a 25-30 minutes. Arrived @ 7:15 it is now 7:30 & I'm still waiting.. don't understand but should've gone based on the reviews read more

This location is absolutely horrible. I had came in and ordered food for dinner and realized after I got home that they gave me the wrong order. When I called back the cashier that helped me answered and said he would write my name and number down to reimburse me for the meal they messed up whenever I decided to come in that week. I call a couple days later to redeem my reimbursed meal and they then tell me they have no records of me. They didn't care about my frustration when I spoke with them and completely disregarded me as a customer. I won't be coming to this location ever again. It's a shame because this happens to be my favorite wing place but after experiencing the worst customer service I don't dare to come back. read more

Amazing wing stop location the food was very fresh and delicious. The workers were all very respectful especially one. Jonathan was our server and had the line moving like Sonic. He also kept a good conversation while taking our order at the same time. We also proceeded to see him take many others orders and help prepare the food when there was a break in orders. Maybe next time not so much salt on it the fries but that's okay because of our amazing experience with our server Jonathan! read more

Serving up some great wings any time of the day the craving hits. Fries are the way to the heart.

So annoying when you really like the seasoning on the fries but they don't put even a grain of the said seasoning on your fries. Seriously, wth?! I didnt ask for bland fries. I asked for regular seasoned fries. This is becoming a trend and I'm not here for it. read more

Ordered my food online to "skip the wait", still had to wait over 20min for my order once I arrived, than to top it off, one employee wanted to argue with Me about how many ranch dips I was supposed to have, when I clearly showed him on my acknowledgment email what was to be included in my order, needles to say this location either needs some additional help to get orders out faster or needs to train their employees on better customer service. read more

This location is pretty ridiculous as far as their customer service goes. This is not the first time that they have claimed to not have received my online order, but even calling to confirm is pointless since they put you on hold for more then 15 mins and then just hung up. This is happening too often. Management need to seriously take action. read more

I have lunch with my Sister once or twice a year due to our work schedules. I had day off so I called her and asked her to choose somewhere close to her job and I would meet her there. She told me this Wingstop close to her. She took her 1 hour lunch at 11:30 and we were ordering at 11:42, the place was empty, 2 or 3 people were sitting there eating. We sat and talked and after 10 min she went and asked about our order, they apparently never started our order of 15 boneless, half Buffalo and half Louisiana Hot. They never apologized and just said it would take another 15 min ...Somehow it was ready after 3 min, and she brings our food to the table. Now, you might not believe me with all the great reviews on here but, our order was WRONG... They gave us Lemon Pepper instead of Louisiana Hot, big difference. I just decided to eat it, not her, she took it back up and I could hear the Cook say rudely "Whats wrong with it now Ma'am" which were grounds for me to get up and start shit with him, But hes lucky I am a very laid back guy, next guy might not be though... With 5 min left until she had to leave, she just ate them and she left. I left 5 min later and no "Goodbye sir, Thank you for coming" from them. With so many bad reviews, I'm surprised this Cook and Manager still have a job there. The Cashier was very nice though. One more thing, the Coke had run out too... read more

This Wingstop has the worse service. I tried to give them a chance but after multiple times I have been here I can't hold back. I normally order online and that is still a 40 minute wait! But what pushed me over the edge tonight was I was standing at the counter with two others girls, who both were helped before me and then a new girl showed up and was helped before me. Worst experience I've ever had at a Wingstop. Over 40mins for 8 wings and some fries.

Before you order on-line know upfront you will NOT get your food at the pick up time listed on your receipt. I placed an on-line order and arrived a few minutes before the scheduled pick up time (It was supposed to be ready 20 minutes after the order was placed, which seems reasonable). The ONLY people in the place were some other folks waiting for to-go orders (i.e. NO ONE was eating there). My scheduled pick up time came and went. I finally received my order almost 35 minutes after I placed it (yes, I double checked)...which worked out to 15 minutes after it was promised to me. I complained about the slow service and how much LONGER I waited than than the promised pick up time. Their excuse is that they could not adjust the pick up times listed for internet orders. Really?? The place was EMPTY except for people waiting for to-go orders. I can only imagine what the level of service would be if the place was filled with people... read more
