Waited for 50min for my food. This isn't a one time episode, it's every time I order. This is the nearest Wingstop to me so it's either this place or traveling 15min for the next place, but after waiting for 50min, it is probably a better idea. Mind you I called the order in 20min in advance and was quoted a 21min wait time. It's probably best to not waste your time and order ahead and just order when you get here, you will wait the same amount of time either way. I've never put in a review for this place but there is something that has to be done. If any manager or business owner for Wingstop is reading this, yuh have to do something about this place. Don't waste your life bothering with this location. Don't order online; your order will be used to fix a mistake in a previous order. Don't call in; you'll be put on hold until you get sick of waiting and eventually hang up. Definitely do not drive over there, unless you want to witness the clown fiesta I just described take place with your own eyes: only to waste an hour of your life you'll never get back. I ordered at 8:00am in the morning through the app for pick up at 5:45pm. That's more than 9 hours to have my order ready and correct for pickup. I still had to wait for 15-20 minutes. Then when I got home, I order a total of 95 wings but my order was missing 15 garlic Parmesan wings. I tried to call three times but no one answered. So I went there to get the missing 15 wings. I asked how long will it take and she said it will take 8 minutes. After 10 minutes, I asked how much longer and she said they are just starting it now. I said what do you mean? I see all these orders coming out, you should've worked on mine first because I was here earlier, waited an extra 20 minutes and I had to come back because you f**ked up my order. No apology or anything. All she said was it's still raw. I was so PISSED OFF. I like wingstop but we will not come back to the certain one. I ordered the meal for 2 and one of our flavors was the Mango habanero. When we got them they had very little sauce. They were extremely dry and hard. Our second flavor was the lemon pepper and most of the wings were rock hard. Not only that but about three of the "wings" were just small fried fat. They gave us some of the tiniest "wings". The person who took our order was bad she made us wait to order because someone she knew came in before us and she let them order first which is not cool. I say that assumption because of the way they were talking to each other. It took a long time for the serves to remove trash from tables and clean them. They have two bathrooms I used know of them and the urinal barely flushes any water. The bathroom was dirty and the "soap" in the soap dispenser seemed to just be watered down hand sanitizer. The soda machine and tea machines were trash. First of all they were out of Coca Cola. I know because some other customer told them when he was trying to get some. They have very few soda flavors and most of them weren't carbonated so they just tasted extremely watered down. They also have a tea machine with a few different types of teas. All of them just tasted like water and had no flavor at all. The location is nice that's why I expected more from there but I will not come back to that location. read more

When I sent my kid to get some the lady told her it's .98 cents each. I find this hard to believe. I always go to the San dimas and other locations and you get ranch with tour order. If you want more they charge. I'm standing at the register while the lady ignored me twice. She made me pay for my ranch as my wings got cold. Then I watched people get ranch with there order. How unfair. I would not recommend coming here. If you do expect to pay for everything, slow service and employees who simply don't care. If you tell me something like you just started with my order I'll probably feel better tbh. Whoever owns or manages this store needs to shut it down. I came into the restaurant with 4-5 patrons already inside and on time or later of when my order was supposed to be ready. There was no organization of a line, first-in, first-out. I gave my name, they stated it wasn't ready, I stood to the side away from people and mask on and several more people came in and waited inside. I was asked to wait outside. Only me. I complied, more people came in and waited. An employee came out and called a patrons name and nobody responded. I stepped in 10 mins after and called for my order, which had been sitting on the rack and no employee bothered to ask anybody outside if waiting for orders. A couple who were outside and waiting came in and was waiting for almost an hour. I asked them if they were asked to wait outside and they said no. They also said they saw me standing away from everyone, not understanding why I was the only one asked to wait outside. By the look of other reviews here, I see why it's like this.
