So we order Wingstop pretty often!l but this will probably be the last time . We decided to give this location another shot instead of taking a drive but omg! Never again . We picked up our 40 wing order and I don't even know where to start But the photos will speak for themselves . by the time I got home which is less then 5 minutes away we noticed the oil was all over my seat , in my new car , I'm so pissed! Overall the food was gross! Seems like they packaged my food so carelessly we've ordered 2 other times from here and the fries were cold and food was just terrible! I would not recommend this restaurant, spend your money elsewhere read more

Employees their weren't doing their job Very bad service and I did cancel this order and I never back to that place anymore read more

Was honestly highly dissapointed with today's service. I ordered 6 bone in mild & 6 boneless, when I arrived home I saw my order was wrong. It literally looked like no sauce or pure dry rub. I went back & told them it was wrong if they can please fix it but all I got in return were 3 sauces in a small container & told to just mix it in my wings because "their sauce is weird today" uhmm excuse me but by this time my wings & fries were cold. I wasn't even requesting my money back just my wings fixed but instead I was basically told to fix it myself. Very dissapointed honestly. read more

Waited almost 40 min for just 10 boneless wings and fries, even though when we got there it was empty. Fries were soggy too and the wings had like no sauce. Go to buffalo instead lol read more

COVID19 WARNING!!!!! A few weeks ago my son did an online order in this branch. He went to the restaurant after a 12 hr shift work at a hospital. He ordered the 30 pieces all lemon pepper well done wings. As soon as he arrived in the restaurant, his order is ready. However, he noticed that staff in the kitchen have their mask on - under the nose. Meaning, their mask only covers their mouth. While in the restaurant and about to leave, he also noticed that front staff let customers come in without mask. Son took home the 30 pieces of wings and decided to throw them to the trash. He said that the money he paid is not worth getting COVID19. I called the restaurant and spoke to a supervisor named Naomi. She claimed all staff are wearing mask. What a lie! Yes they are wearing mask but THE WRONG WAY OF WEARING IT. In wearing mask, both nose and mouth must be covered. There's an IGNORANCE going on in AMERICA. If you cannot properly wear mask, you must not be in public because you are putting everyone at risk. Will not ever go to this WINGSTOP. If you read, this review, YOU need to consider not buying any food from this place as well. read more

Can't find lemon pepper wings anywhere else that taste this good! Fries are the best when crispy! Mark helped us out. He was awesome, super cool. read more

ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!! Wow I called ten times not once did you answer but from all the one star reviews it makes sense!! This place should be closed down. read more

I would have given 1/2 star for the customer service at this place! I don't think they deserve a star!!! Who ever is answering the phones tonight 9/11/20 needs a few day in customer relations. Oh Boy! My kids love wings and this has been our go to spot but just recently service sucks. I get it, it's a pandemic it's busy! this is what you want in business (other businesses are dropping like flys)but and they act like we are disturbing them in their personal time and taking it out on customers who just want what you guys are selling. So it's busy? It's dinner time! it's not personal, it's freaking Friday night busy. Don't be rude! She must have had a bad day? And I've chalked it up to that a few times but tonight after 3 calls and her hanging up after waiting 10 minutes on hold, first of all 10 minutes? I guess we are not going for CS Award anytime soon! Not going into details just that customer service blows so I'll drive 10 minutes further to Pomona for a much friendlier bunch. Peace Out! read more

Garbage timing and even worse employees. Pick up eta was 8:39, I get there, they say it wont be ready until 8:48 to which I say okay. It didnt come out until 9:05. Then some employee in the back somehow touched the alarm system so she starts screaming at everybody to "STOP MOVING!!!" "WHAT DID I JUST SAY, STOP MOVING" "WHY ARE YOU MOVING" and then just drops my order on the counter 25 minutes after it was supposed to be ready with no word of apology or acknowledgment or anything. Trash. read more

I ordered my wings on the app . I got here when the app told me they were ready to pick. I got here and they didn't have them made yet. They weren't even going to make them cuz they didn't even see the ticket order. Why even place an order if they're not going to be ready when I get here ? Like what's the point read more

People sure do complain a lot, I haven't had a bad experience even though I'm not a big fan of wing stop. Wings and fries and good.

OMG there's people in Here waited 45 minutes another gal waited 30 minutes for their order. I don't know that's kind of bad considering the grand opening. They have lots of people working by for whatever reason it's taking a long time read more

Placed an online order. When I got there I asked for a side of carrots paid for the order. Paid for the extra carrots and was told they were sold out but saw them packing up carrots for orders. Maybe my order wasn't large enough for carrots. Charged me and said bye read more

I seriously cannot believe how they manage stuff here. About a month ago, I ordered 25pieces of wings parmesan/lemon pepper flavor. We ordered it online so we went to go pick it up after 30minutes. First of all, we waited 20min more just for it to be ready. Second of all, I asked twice if everything is in there and if he checked. He assured me the order is correct and that he checked it himself. So I trusted him and drove home. However, when I opened the box, there was only 20 wings. I called and the manager Francisco asked me if I want to come back and pick up the rest of the wings. Are you serious???? You want your customers to drive back just for that 5 wings??? I complained and he said he will just give me a credit, and he said since it is in his notebook I didn't have to keep receipts or anything. Today, I called to make an order, and this lady told me Francisco is not there anymore and she is the new GM of the store. She said my name is not on their notebook, and can't give me any credit for the wings I paid. Wow, who is going to compensate the money I spent for the 5 extra wings that I was supposed to get??? Is this my fault ??? Aren't new GM at least try to help out the situation???? WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE THE CUSTOMER WHO PAYS PRICE FOR THEIR STUPID MISTAKES??She even hung up while I was talking to her. This particular location was my favorite place to go to for late nite snack, but now I see why they have such bad reviews. read more

I prefer Wingstop over BWW. But the customer service is horrible. So bad! You have to wait a very long time for food if you go in & order. You have to always double check your order to make sure its correct. Most of the time the place is not clean. Very unprofessional while they are in the back cooking they forget that customer are right by the cash registers. I gave it 3 stars because I like the wings. My favorite flavors are Korean BBQ , parmesan & mild. The Ranch is also the good ranch. I mostly only order online now. The wait isn't that bad. However there has been times when they are mixed up and you have to wait. Let me remind you that the customer service is no bueno! read more

Everyone was so nice and welcoming as soon as I walked in. The wings tasted really good and came out really fast.

I've had excellent service here all the times I have ordered online. My food has been ready within the time frame. The only time they have messed up my order, the young lady there quickly made a new order for me. If the wait is just too long from ordering there, I highly recommend to order online. read more

I don't know what's with all the negative reviews but I always order at least once a week. I order online so it's ready for me to pick up after I get off work around 10 or 11. My food is always ready on time and there is always someone there to help me when I walk in. Now I only gave 4 stars cause they messed up one of my flavors lol. Word of advice, don't walk-in during rush or dinner time and expect your food to be ready right away. Order online instead of calling because they are busy and they prioritize to help the people inside first and would usually put you on hold. read more

These people really probably on work to get their check and bounce. As a Pomona Local, My boyfriend always tells me to never go to this Wingstop or order from here because it's all a bunch of youngsters who don't give a F about their job or food. l only ordered today because of pregnancy cravings, but this place has not ever gotten my order right, especially today! I did deliver through DoorDash & I order 20 wings 3 flavors & I was SHORT like 4 wings plus no third flavor (my fave Spicy Korean Q). On top of that I ordered 2 sprites & the drink were literally WATER or the drinks didn't have CO2 or whatever but I almost puked when I tried it. Does anyone check these? Also I understand ranch is given upon asking but if I order 20 wings and 2 drinks I would expect at least 2 ranches, one per drink. no need to be stingy This franchise should hire people who actually care about serving quality food instead of hiring people looking for a quick check. read more

I don't even know where to start but I had such a good experience. Me and my friends felt harassed by one of the doordashers last night and Vince one of the shift leads was there and he stepped in and made sure we were comfortable and made sure that if we needed anything he was there. That speaks volume about the establishment and the good people they hire. read more

Horrible service!!! Placed a 20 piece order and was told 15-20...I'm still sitting here now approaching 53 minutes watching 5 employees laugh and talk in the kitchen while 2 work...super unprofessional and ridiculous!!! read more

There was one person in line ahead of me. There was only 1 cashier working. It took her 11 minutes to take their order after they constantly repeated their order to her. When it was my turn, I told her my name and then I told her my order slowly in detail. She kept saying, "Oh wait." Then she started all over with my name, again. Then I told her my order and the flavors again. Then she punched some buttons on the register and asked, "Okay, what flavors do you want?" I couldn't help it, I asked her, "You smoke?" You must be on a good one. She said, "Oh no, but wait, you wanted two flavors or one?" Then she told me it will be 30 minutes for my order. NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN. Not this location. read more

I've never experienced something like what I did earlier today. First of all, took like an hour to get my food and when I finally got it and took it home, two things were missing. We called and they told us to bring our RECEIPT (keep in mind I never once heard anything about bringing my order). So we drive back another 20 minutes just to try and get the two things we were missing and when we did, I was told that I had to bring my order. I explained that I didn't ever hear the woman mention that I had to bring my order and he completely cut me off and starting giving me an attitude. I was just confused on their "company policy" and was being super civil. I had to bring my older sister to talk to him and try to reason but he walked away. I don't understand why hes angry at me for HIM not doing his job correctly. This wouldn't have happened if he just got my order correct! Worst Wingstop Ever. read more

Service is always fine, staff does a well job of greeting and servicing. The issue lies with the wings. I have been to plenty of other Wingstop locations and this one never seems to make the wings correctly. The wings are either over cooked or over seasoned and sometimes not even seasoned enough. Highly recommend going to another location as Wingstop has the potential to be really good. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This place used to be good then they first opened and had older people working there. All of a sudden they had teenagers running this place and the food went down hill. The wings became under cooked and the fries over cooked. I live 1 min away from this place and I haven't been there since COVID due to their food being disgusting. Look at the reviews! Management needs to hire new people and get this place back to how it was when they first opened it. read more

Great Service and very helpful employees would definitely recommend it. Fresh and crispy wings

How can a place that's been open less than 2 years have such a bad reputation already? Most (not all) of the employees are pretty ghetto so they attract customers of the like. The wait time for your chicken is easily 45 minutes, even if there's nobody in the joint. What are you guys doing back there? There's tables to be cleared.. even if you call in your order, they'll tell you it will be ready in 20 minutes and they won't sauce them until you get there. I understand doing that, but the times are wildly inaccurate. After phoning in an order and then coming in 20 minutes later, you'll still wait at least 30 minutes. Seriously guys get it together. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the chicken is good (when i finally get it). Oh and they charge for sauce that's supposed to be a part of the meal. Where are your managers? read more

Great service! Came during the night and was welcomed up front , that usually sets the tone for me when it comes to dining out!

food was good but y'all need a new cashier every customer she "helped" all walked away and said "damn she was rude." i get that y'all are just a fast food joint but it wouldn't kill y'all to have some decent customer service skills. i'll just order online next time. read more

Great service, kind staff, the food was fresh. As soon as we walked in the food was served fast

I usually love Wing Stop but this location is always so SLOW! I don't know if it's because they're new or what, but it's been open over a year and they still never have your food ready when they say they will, busy day, slow day, any day of the week, it's gonna take at least 40 min! read more
