I would give no stars if possible. I walking at 9:05 there's no one dinning in the phone is not ringing dead in there Ans the girl says it'll be 45 minutes. Confused but decided to wait Didnt get my order till 10:15. The gave the wrong order to a guy that came in after he opened the back dug through the bag realized it wasn't his order let them know and they just but it back on the shelf for the correct customer. That's is so disgusting. The cashiers were too busy filling up their own drinks or on their phone or flirting with eachother while my order was sitting on the line waiting to be bagged. Worse place ever.. the table was also broke missing a leg I sat my drink on the table and the whole thing flipped before I got it from hitting the ground and my drink spilling. read more

Wingstop - This was the cashier that just placed the order back after the wrong customer received it and touched it - Chicken Wings Near Me - Pomona, California

I went here 2 weeks ago, I ordered on the Wingstop app and paid ahead of time. When I went there to pick it up they were quick to give me my order and I was on my way back home. The app told me to wait Atleast 40 minutes until it was ready. However when I got the food it was cold. Furthermore I ordered it extra well done and it was not. It seems the wings were undercooked in general. But that's not even the worse of it. The worse part was that when we opened the box of wings they were floating literally in a puddle of butter. Like literally 3 inches of butter inside. The wings were soggy and disgusting. This is the 3rd time I gave this particular wing stop a chance. Never again. 3 times a row they failed at giving me my wings well done and warm. On the 3rd time it was in a swimming pool of butter. I guess the other reviews are right. This Wingstop in particular can never seem to get the order right. This seems like a management issue. read more

After 3 bad orders from this store, I decided to contact the store manager. I spoke to Gilbert the store manager and I explained the issues with quality, taste, and presentation of the food. Initially there was silence on his end, I asked if he had a response to my complaints and he explained that the corporate offices were making changes to vendors selections in an effort to improve quality. He finally apologized after several prompts, but never offered any customer satisfaction solutions. He really didn't seem interested or moved about my disappointment. I made sure that he understood that WingStop isn't what it used to be. It's too bad that I had to rate this with 1 star. Sometimes the customer service response can make all the difference. read more

I ordered on line 39 minutes ahead of time for pickup at 5:15 pm and my order was not ready or even being prepared when I got there at 5:18pm. The service here needs to improve. This is not the first time I have had a problem with their service here. The whole purpose of on line ordering is to avoid the wait!!!! I don't want to give a star but I can't take it back They cut the fries way too thick and way TOO MICH SEASONING I am so upset with this whole experience NEVER AGAIN read more

Screw this place took over an over for an order. 1 dude cooking and some girl dishwashing on her phone. Pay them better/ motivate them or shut your crappy business down tired of businesses trying to stay alive when they obviously can't. If you don't have dedicated people or the manager themselves ain't there just go bankrupt this is stupid just wasting people's time, if buffalo wild wings takes less time you got a serious problem fix it or shut down you clowns read more

We made an order this past weekend. Our Louisiana Rub and Lemon Pepper wings were only 2% seasoned and the celery had dark coloration (Spoiled?). As of this writing... 1.5 Stars? More than fair, based on our past experiences. I don't think we're coming back. read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would definitely do it. Service is ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE. These people have no idea how to work in a restaurant. The owner needs to stop hiring horrible workers, serving horrible food, and sell this place already. How this place hasn't gotten taken over by corporate is beyoooond me. Why even have a phone if you aren't going to answer it??? I've been inside many times and notice at least two of the workers on their cell phones. Can you give me their numbers instead? It's the only way someone would be able to actually talk to someone on the phone. Seriously, called 40+ times to cancel our order!!!NO ANSWER. If you want good Wingstop, make the 10 minute drive to the one on Arrow and Towne in North Pomona. Their service is incredible and the food is amazing, unlike this sh*thole. read more

Undoubtedly the worst wingstop location on planet Earth. You're better off going to Winco or Walmart and frying some wings up yourself. This location never gets orders correct and the customer service is terrible. The employees could give 2 Fs about the food they serve and it is a direct representation of this locations management. Would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

They take so long to make their online orders. 16-19 minutes took 40-50 minutes. If customers are waiting for their orders in the front maybe you should get them the orders instead of stacking all the finished orders in the back and continue working on other orders. Never seen a fast food joint filled with this much incompetency. read more

Worst Experience and rudest disrespectful staff and manager ever. I received my order and the box with Chicken had Sauce all over the exterior of the Box and the Corn pieces weren't even in a box but was inside the bag not even in the tray. Went back inside and told them what they heck are they doing. The manger stared arguing with me and wouldn't take blame for error. Last time I came to this location the food was cold.. I highly recommend going to another Wing Stop. This one is a Big Fail. And very unsanitary read more

Greetings, Do yourself a favor and skip this location. I hadn't gone to this location in over a year and still nothing has changed since the day they opened it. I place an online order at 11am to be picked up at 1:30PM. I leave to my lunch at 1:30PM, get there at 1:45PM, the cashier goes to charge my card and then proceeds to tell me that they will barely drop my order because of system issues. She did offered to give me extra wings but I was on a strict time schedule and I was already upset. All I know is that I will not be going to this location. Now I'm here in my desk hungry and upset. read more

I don't know who runs this wing stop but do better we had to wait over one hour and a half for food because they were so short staffed and the people who actually show up to work have to work their butts off to try and get everyone's orders out aside from that they kept getting online orders non stop our Sunday dinner was ruined but I couldn't help but feel bad for the workers being overworked please reward them because they kept their cool while dealing with angry customers and overflowing orders !!!!!! Managers and owners can come and help the staff they are drowning with orders !!!! BE BETTER !!! read more

Good customer service, from that staff, very friendly staff And food always on time, great promotions and more

Like I stated in a previous post...with wing stop it depends on the store location. This particular location isn't a good one. At this establishment the Wing aren't seasoned enough. The wings may or may not be cooked thoroughly so be sure to order them well done. The Ice machine may or may not be working. The soda from the machine is often bland. Customer service here makes McDonald's service look like chic fil-A. But for some odd reason this location is always packed. So good luck dining in as the seating area is pretty small. Point is...Do your self a favor and take white all the way down to fruit and foothill and eat at the wing stop in la verne. It's a 10-15 minute drive (depending on traffic), but the quality is a lot better. Better tv's to watch the game. Better soda dispenser with WAY MORE flavors. Better fries. Hot and fresh wings with more flavor. Better location. Better everything at the La Verne location. I haven't been to the wing stop located on arrow highway, but I would assume it's better than this location. read more

Nice and friendly staff. The food is always done in a timely manner. I definitely recommend out of the other ones in the areas.

Another amazing experience. Staff is always welcoming and make quality food. Go for the new bone-in thighs and they will not disappoint

worst place to ever order from, 9 times out of 10 you will not get what you ordered. i've lived in this god forsaken place and had this only option for wings unfortunately and every time i trust them i am disappointed. you order fries; they come unseasoned. you order wings; they come miscalculated and the wrong sauce. don't order from here, especially delivery, they suck so bad you won't even get your sodas correctly. read more

The management here is disorganized. The line for customer was ridiculously long due to the fact that it was mixed of both wanting to order, waiting for their order, and for pick up. My brother had waited 20mins to stand in line just to be told he can't pick up the order because he needed to provide the credit card that was used instead of showing proof of the order (with the order number). People were pissed off because some people had to cut off the line due to that reason. I understand it's pandemic and everyone is doing their best to give a better service BUT please, being disorganized, it's just plain management system's fault. There was so many staff in the store yet only one is "in-charge" the cashier (and she was on the phone), while the other staff was unattentive until you say something out loud. There was so many orders ready to be picked up and people were waiting outside BUT still the service was AGAIN disorganized and slow. This place needs to have a better system, put a note outside (tell them to get their debit or credit ready before picking up their food). I suggest you guys have a separate a line for customers who already paid(keep them lined up on the left) and is picking up their food and customers that are ordering in person(have them lined up on the right). SIMPLE! I hope you guys have a better service, my experienced tonight just discouraged me to order anytime soon. read more

I've had my last straw with this location. Every single time I order my fries well done they are soggy and slimy, which is weird because even the normal fries that aren't well done shouldn't even be soggy like that. But they completely disregard the request for well done. Today I ordered a wing bundle and some of the wings were so small they were half the size of the normal boneless wing. The fries were complete slime. And the two ranches I ordered were not in my bag. When I picked up the order there was a girl working who was not paying attention to anything and gossiping about her love life..seemed to have no care in the world about the food which is maybe why the fries were barely cooked and the ranches were missing. I'm not coming to this location anymore which sucks because it's the closest to my house. But I'd rather drive than keep getting undercooked food and bad service. read more

Standing here as no one answers the phone.. I tried calling before hand because I know they take 30 minutes to process an order and couldn't get through. Now I know why.. the customer service is horrible and it's as hot as the devils armpit in here. Sloooowwwww ass service. Said 30min and I've been here for a hour. And it's a slow day with 2 people besides me in here. No wonder this place has 1.5 stars. SMH Edit: I finally got my wings and they were cold. Avoid this wingstop at all costs read more

We've been placing orders to go that my girlfriend picks up after work, but that ended after yesterdays horrible service. Order placed online & confirmation said order ready by 6:42 which is perfect for when she gets off work. She calls to let me know it would be another 20 minutes & other customers orders placed online were also really late. She said the staff was saying they were really unorganized due to staffing issues. Our preferred flavor is Louisiana Rub so I know what they should look like & taste like. I can tell without tasting that they weren't seasoned...normally inside of container has excess seasoning & these were just greasy looking with no visible signs of seasoning. I called & was asked if I could hold for 1-2 minutes & after 10 minutes I called back & not even an apology for forgetting me on hold. I was transferred to a manager & was told I would have to bring the wings back for a refund. It's a good 25 minute drive one way so not even practical. No thanks...we can easily replace this establishment from places we'll patronize. read more

I am so upset, I wish I could leave no stars. I was on the way to the fair with my siblings and family, we wanted a quick spot to eat at so we came to this wingstop. They told us it would be a 40 minute wait so we were okay with that. We get our food and my sister finds a hair on her wing......Once we were leaving we see the employees aren't wearing a hair tie or hairnet especially the cook. He got home and my food was in bag but his wasn't so he went back they said he would have to bring the entire order back, he didn't understand why since the wings should be sitting there. He left to drive the 20 minutes home to pick up order. He went back and is there now lucky for me my meal will be cold when he returns.
