This place clearly has some bumps to work out, but even if they do I still think I won't be back. I arrived right around the opening on a weekday and still had to wait almost 25 minutes for my order. So while it was fresh, it still just didn't taste good. The wings were crispy but dry, and the sauces were absolutely forgettable. And the fries were just not good. Average wings. Great price though for a filling meal. 3 of us shared the deal with 16 boneless wings, 6 tenders, and fries. We upgraded the fries to the Louisiana fries which were really good. The boneless wings we got the hot honey and lemon pepper flavors. The tenders we got the original hot and garlic parm. The hot honey was our favorite flavor. I wasn't a fan of the lemon pepper. Not enough sauce on the wings or tenders, definitely needed more. read more

I have to say this place has done a complete turn around!! They seem to have done a total overhaul of the crew working there and it shows! Yea the place gets busy and that's expected. Seems alot more organized. The past 2 months I've decided to return has been a pleasant surprise. Order is always correct. Only a couple times have I had to wait little extra time for my order but nothing like when they first opened. The food is never cold. The workers aren't fighting with each other and customers. The place is always clean. Hopefully it stays like this and doesn't go down the drain again!! read more

They had a grand opening promotion today advertised widely from 11:30 to 5:00pm. We arrived at 4:25 and it was shut down. The manager would not honor the promotion and said "marketing" shut it down early. Apparently their marketing went to the same school as Bud Light. We left work early to attend. That was BS. Yeah .. not good. I went to try this despite the other terrible reviews ... and they were all right. Weak everything. My food was on time and hot .. but just not worth the money. There wasnt much spice or heat from the sauces they were however pretty tasty. There's just something off with the fries and if you get them togo .. they are absolutely going to be soggy. 26 bucks for 10 wing combo and a chicken sandwich combo. Im not likely to go back and dont really expect this place to be around a long time. read more

I was excited to try Wingstop for the first time since it just opened at this location. I decided to order take out and order ahead so I could pick it up after work to be able to go straight home. I ordered at 3pm to be picked up at 6. When I picked my order up at 6 I noticed the bottom of the bag was wet and cool from condensation. Fine, I just opened the bag to just make sure I got all that ordered and it looked fine, took a taste of the fries and my bite was cold. Ok whatever, I'll just heat it up no big deal when I'm home. Drove home 40min home and when I went to unpack everything I realized I'm actually missing a count of wings, ordered 20 got 15. Called the restaurant and spoke to a guy that was nice and understanding, I mentioned about the food being cold and he did say that the cooks tend to make orders right away when they receive them. Meaning my food had been sitting on their shelves ready to be picked up for over 2 hours, explaining why it was a lot colder temps than expected. He then got my info and said a manager would reach out or maybe refund me for my meal. It's been over 3 weeks and still no word. It's fine won't be returning, just disappointed with lack of follow up. Hopefully they have at least improved the timing of when they make food for pick up orders in advance for the sake of other customers not getting completely cold food. read more

My family was passing through, visiting the area. we arrived at 10:40a (they open at 11am), and we decided to wait, because my son really wanted to eat here. 11:00am came, and when we went in, we were told that if we wanted chicken, there would be a 20-30 minute wait. WHAT?!? You open at 11am but aren't ready for the public? My wife and I own a business (donut and coffee shop) and if we operated this way, we would be out of business. Wing Stop had a promotional event today that was advertised until 5:00 p.m. I drove about 10 miles out of my way down through the chaos of traffic and lights of McKnight Rd in the North Hills. I arrived a little after 4:00 p.m. The event was already torn down an hour earlier than advertised on social media. The manager blamed the Marketing Department and said they decided to close early. So I am out an hour of my time, plus gas. I will never, ever recommend Wing Stop. The misery of driving into this area that sucks is not worth it either. Stay away! I never post on here but what a terrible experience, I only posted tohelp people not make the same mistake that I did. I ordered their 20 boneless wings deal. First of all, I had an online order and I showed up at the right pick up time and sat in the restaurant for 20 minutes waiting for them to prepare my food. After I finally received my food, I noticed that not only was I shorted wings in my order, I also received "wings" that were just pieces of fried breading with no meat. So technically, I only got about 15 boneless wings rather the 20 I paid for and the fries were soggy and they tasted funny. Also the staff was fairly rude and had pretty bad attitudes. I don't ever plan to go back in. I would not recommend ever going here unless you want to get ripped off for subpar food. read more

I have a love hate relationship with this location, sometimes the food is excellent but more often then not the food and service is not up to speed. Often times the wings are dry with hardly any sauce and the ranch is watery. Also be sure to check your order to make sure everything is there before you leave the parking lot, they often omit things you paid for. The McKnight Wingstop has potential if they can nail down their consistency. Until they get things figured out, I'll be going to Buffalo Wild Wings. read more
