Terrible, what a mess. Each tender had more breading than chicken, was covered in bland sauces, and the fries were stale and had been cooked in old oil . Yuck 39 bucks to the trash read more

Wingstop - Thick breading covered in sauces - Chicken Wings Near Me - Pearland, Texas

You thought Wingstop made their own chicken and fries from scratch ... there chicken is literally Tyson frozen chicken which ya can get anywhere else for $3 and there fries are literally Sysco fries ...: you are getting the F"" scammed out ya Wingstop does use Tyson Foods as one of its commercial poultry suppliers, alongside other vendors like Pilgrim's Pride. Viral social media claims sparked a debate suggesting the chain serves pre-cooked grocery store bags, but suppliers provide raw, commercial-grade product that restaurants freshly bread, fry, and toss in-house.The Sourcing RealityCommercial Supplier: Tyson is a massive industrial distributor that supplies raw poultry to a majority of major fast-food chains and restaurants across the U.S.Raw vs. Pre-cooked: Locations receive raw, bulk chicken pieces rather than the frozen, pre-cooked consumer packages sold in retail grocery stores.Multiple Vendors: Wingstop relies on a shifting network of regional distributors to manage logistics and maintain consistent supply chains. read more

Wings were good, but how the fuck are you going to give me 11 drums and 4 flats in a 15 piece. I never once said I wanted most of them to be drums.. The fries were overcooked ( usually Wingstop fries are great), barely having any potato in them. I like how Wingstop responded to this and just ignored the bad things and just acknowledge that good things happen so I'm moving the review to one star. read more

Dirty store terrible service came here twice think I got a bad hit the first time nope they just somehow undercook the wings while also making them chewy true talent read more

the good reviews are fake. horrible service. ordered door dash 20 minutes before closing ( left a good tip) and call them to request no ice and they told me it will be past closing time so to cancel my order. if I cancel I don't get my full refund. if it allowed me to order online, do your job and make the last order ?? now i have to wait for the app to cancel my order. so unprofessional. worst location. don't believe the fake reviews!!!! spend your money where it's professional! save yourself the aggravation read more

Delicious boneless wings and bone-in wings, cajun corn pieces and carrots and celery. Great service and nice ambiance. We'll be back

Yesina was awesome and the staff were awesome. The place was clean. Customer service was freaking amazing!!!!!

I ordered a takeout of their 10 piece Traditional Wings consisting of half Mango Habanero and half Lemon Pepper, my favorite flavors here. I also ordered a side of celery sticks and one case of bleu cheese with my wings too. The wings in my order were very delicious, very fresh and moist. They weren't dry or off in any way. The MH flavor was a little spicy and kinda sweet at the same time, while the LP flavor was a little sour and a little spicy at the same time. The bleu cheese made a great, cold dipping sauce. The celery sticks made the meal refreshing, along with adding nutritional benefits to this meal as well. I also really like their Garlic Parmesan and Hawaiian flavors for wings right after the two I just got here. read more

Wingstop - Fantastic 10 piece Traditional Wings togo!!! (Mango Habanero & Lemon Pepper) - Chicken Wings Near Me - Pearland, Texas

The lack of consistency makes Wingstop a wildcard but when they're on, they're on. Wingstop is a nationwide wing chain. This particular location is in a shopping center so parking isn't an issue. Unlike its biggest competitor, Buffalo Wild Wings, Wingstop is a lot smaller and it's not really a sports bar. But what I care about is the food. Wingstop has a lot of combo deals and they often send coupons. You order at the counter and then they call your name when it's ready. We ordered the 8 piece bone-in combo which comes with your choice of 2 flavors, 1 dip, fries or veggie sticks, and a drink. For our flavors, we went with my two favorites: teriyaki and lemon pepper. I'm not much of a spicy wings guy, I can't handle the heat, so I like mild yet flavorful flavors like these ones. This is where Wingstop's lack of consistency is most apparent: their fries. Sometimes, the fries are some of the best I've ever had. Crispy and seasoned with some sort of crack...or maybe sugar. Unfortunately, sometimes the fries are undercooked as they were on this visit. It really is a mixed bag. Wingstop is better than Bdubs. That is all. read more

Stay clear of Wingstop! Placed an order tonight online. The order was placed and suppose to be ready for pick up at 7:35. I arrived on time for pick up. Six other people were able to get there food before I got mine at 8:00 pm. That unacceptable service. They said 5 min when I arrived. I am certain they disregard online orders and ignored me waiting there for an extended amount of time. Super rude! Poor service. I see why they par for advertisement spots on Yelp...they can't keep customers due to inadequate service. read more

Worst customer service by far! I ordered wings fries and a drink the lady did not give me my drink at the time of purchase. I asked for my cup from her after she gave me my food and she stated we don't give out free drinks here they're $1.69 I showed her my receipt and she didn't apologize she just slammed my cup on the counter! read more

Standing here now after returning my wrong order. First time here. Placed my order, paid for it, drove home real quick to change from my work clothes, came back and went home. Ordered bone in and got tenders. So brought them back. Pissed is an understatement after a 14 hour day. Pay attention to the orders people! Y'all have got to do better. read more

My food is always made to perfection, I never have to send it back like the other locations.

So I tried getting the 3 new flavors at wingstop, the pure mayhem, crunch time, and the melt down, only to get 2 of the flavors I ordered and then some weird parmesan wings. Not only that, but of the 2 flavors that I got, a good chunk of those wings were just unseasoned. I paid $30 for like 2 decent wings and a bunch of flavorless junk. read more

First time ordering from this location on July 4th at around 9:00pm. The girl at the front who took my order was so rude. The only compliment I have for her is that she is a great multitasker with taking my order while scrolling through her Snapchat stories. She told me 17 mintues until my order was ready so I waiting in my car for 20 came back into the establishment and received dirty looks and she gave me my bag. Didn't say have a good one or have a good night just kept on scrolling on her phone. Will not be coming back to this location. read more

Favorite location to go to for fast dinner. Never any problems when order from this place. Nice workers and chill atmosphere

Good customer service! However, the food was not up to par. I asked for my wings to be "crispy" but they were overcooked and burnt.

I prefer this location out of them all. Service is okay but wings are delicious! Also the wait time isn't that long

My go-to for wings and anything tasty! I always recommend Wingstop to my family and friends for a game day meal.

Wingstop has been my go-to but It's starting to get a bit old. Their options in sauces aren't as diversified as Buffalo Wild Wings. Wingstop is very convenient for grab and go though since their model is predicated on to-go orders since their actual decor isn't enjoyable enough to stay and eat there. This location has staticy and outdated TV's that are rather small. Its more depressing if you have to eat here so just literally make a stop here. The last time I ordered to-go i could tell that because I ordered 30 wings with 3 flavors that they were made with batches that weren't close enough. Some of the wings were clearly made first as when I got home to eat them they were NOT soggy. While another batch I had was fresh as it was piping hot and crispy. I'm pretty sure the fries had sugar on them, they had a random sweetness to them. The ranch here is pretty runny, which I prefer a little more thicker. I do like getting the cheese sauce. It's pretty random to have that but you can't go wrong with cheesy fries, no matter how processed that sauce is. I like my wings spicy so I normally get the Atomic wings now. These are pretty spicy, not to the point where you are suffering and unable to finish. These are tasty with a rather deep spicy flavor that lingers on your tongue. The new Korean sauce is pretty good too, as I don't prefer the Asian flavors that have sweetness to it. This Korean sauce isn't like your Korean BBQ but more soy sauce based. I'm not a fan of lemon pepper but the one here is good. The garlic Parmesan is trash, its buttery and then tossed with that pizza packet Parmesan. It's not like the tasty rich creamy sauce that is is used at BWW. Your best option is to place an order over the phone because no matter what you will end up waiting. Over the phone they even gave us a specific time, "17 minutes" and we still had to wait longer. Just wish they had more flavors because I'm over there current options. read more

We live midway between this Wingstop location and one on Broadway. We consistently order from this location because over time our food was better prepared. I order from Wingstop and not other wing spots because I love the ranch dressing. Unfortunately, after my meal tonight, I will not return to this location. Our fries were cold, the wings were over cooked, and the worst part is that neither me or my husband received ranch dressing with our order. I am so disappointed especially since we order wings weekly and sometimes multiple times a week. In the future, I will try the Broadway location or find a new wing spot altogether. read more

Service was great bit the wings are too small. Half the order look like nuggets....Not happy with this to go order. They owe me 1/2 an order of wings. read more

Did ya just literally disabled your online and phone ordering before and during the Super Bowl?!? LOL poor management. This is a time to capitalize on the opportunity. It's probably been at least six years since I've had Wingstop, so I decided to have it again. I definitely won't be going that long between visits again. Their wings are tasty. I went with 10 boneless, half BBQ, half Garlic Parmesan. The BBQ was very good. The sauce used was thick, which I prefer, and it had a bit of a kick to it which was great. The Garlic Parmesan was okay. Not the worst I've had, but not the best. The Parmesan seemed to be just bottled Kraft grated cheese as opposed to freshly grated. That was my only real beef with the meal. The yeast rolls I ordered were hot and very fresh tasting and the ranch dipping sauce was delicious. The fries were one of the highlights. Salted perfectly, yet with a sweet touch. There's definitely sugar on those fries, and it adds an intriguing and very complimentary flavor to the salt. I'm unsure of why so much time went by between visits, but it'll be a much shorter wait the next time. The price is cheap as well, compared to other wing places I've been to. A 10-wing combo with 6 yeast rolls cost me $11.89 after tax. read more

I'm visiting family in Pearland, TX and my mom, went there today and made a 32.00 purchase. The food was disgusting! Everything was extremely salty and not edible. When my mom called them to speak to the manager, she was told to call back tomorrow and the woman on the phone was rude. Beware! read more

If I could give less I surely would...I usually love their this wing stop but today was truly a piece of work. First I called and ordered a combo. Normally I get 15 wings but decided on the 12 piece combo I spoke with Alejandra (she was very dry in her tone rushing me through my order) I had never ordered the 12 wings. She took the order and told me it was 19.24, I didn't understand why it was so much and I asked her to give a rundown she said its 12 wings, fries, drink, and 2 rolls I told her I ordered 15 wings before and it was never that pricey she responded dryly "that's the price". I placed the order she said 17 mins. I went in 17 mins later and she told me it's another 6 mins. After I paid she said you get two drinks. I was confused and when she gave me a receipt I notice I have 2 drinks, 2 fries, and 12 wings. Really? I am one person she did not do a good job of offering any kind of customer service which could've prevented this from happening. On top of the extra wait and the poor customer service the rolls were hard as rocks "who eats hard rolls like that?" and the fries and chicken smelled like cigarettes "maybe someone was smoking or it was in their clothes" I couldn't even eat it. so upset... read more

I went there on a random Thursday night to get a quick dinner. I ended up getting the family 30 pack. 20 BBQ and 10 lemon pepper. Getting to the point, I got some of the biggest wings I have ever gotten at a wing stop ever!!! Typically I am able to knock down 15-20 wings when I'm hungry like I was on this random Thursday however I was unable to do so. To say the least, I was very pleased with the size of the wings!!!! I will definitely be back to get more wings if they continue to be that size. The only reason this review did not get 5 stars is, the wings were missing some sauce. It almost seemed like the wings were individually dipped and put in the container. Next time I will check the container and ask for a little more sauce, however the wings were great and will be back for more BBQ and lemon pepper. read more

Great customer service! Wings are hot! You don't have to wait long - or at least you don't have to wait beyond the time that they promise. Wings are a nice size. Flavors are good. Im new to Pearland and this is the first wingstop I've tried. I personally loved it great job guys!

First off I love wing stop. This experience was totally bad. We ordered a lunch order for the staff and when it arrived everyone has soggy fries and the orders were wrong. I called the business back and talked to the manager and she advised me she placed the order in the bag and that it was correct. She proceeded to read the order back to me and realized that she put the wrong food in the bag. She did not say she would fix the order or anything! I work customer service and would never talk to a customer that way!! Do not waste your time or money! read more

I was craving wings all day, I rarely do. The cashier seemed zoned out and ready to end his shift. No big deal, I was there for the food. They told me it would be a 17 min wait after ordering. I felt that was too long but worth the wait for hot fresh wings. I got a 8 piece lemon pepper and Cajun. The lemon peeper were decent temps tire but the Cajun were cold as soon as they got to the table. I hate returning food because I fear it being tampered with. So disappointing! I will not be back to this location gross old wings. read more
