2nd raw meat of my recent visit
Christian P.

nothing about this establishment should be up and running! lol like tear that place down, okay cool the $ for the beers and drinks happy hour bullshit... listen The restaurant was very dirty during my visit. The restrooms looked unclean and hadn't been maintained properly. Service was slow, and it took a long time to get our food and drinks. Staff didn't seem attentive, and the overall experience was disappointing. I expected better cleanliness and customer service! how does it take 15min for 6 bone-in wings to be made quickly as well as 2 appetizers. for some reason those workers have favorites. go there plenty of time even as a tradition with my family... every saturday and each time I go....it's horrible customer service everyone seems intoxicated and the fat lady with the blonde hair just seems like a bitch nobody wants to eat somewhere as a #1 customer who brings friends and family to dine and eat at somewhere that had favorites, intoxicated, and drugged the fuck up lol like please tear it down it'll be better to have a BBQ PLACE OR A GAS STATION FUCK BUFFALO WILDS WINGS IN PEARLAND!!!!!

Location: pearland in a strip mall Parking: plenty Staff: Eddie was our waiter, he was phenomenal. He kept good communication on order update, checking on us if we needed water/drink etc. Wait time: none to be seated but food was a bit slow to come out. Place was not crazy busy Seating: plenty of seating, booths, tables Price: average, we went for the all wings you can eat on Monday for $19.99 Food: had mango habanero with potato wedges. Wings were well cooked and had a good kick of spice. Wedges were also well cooked soft and crunch enough. Will be coming back as both service and food was good.

Sucks waiting 30 minutes for this. Rocks and not boneless wings with no sauce . I had to ask for more sauce but what really upset me was that it's not even chicken just breading.

Good Burger, but still not like years back & Great Tots togo !!!
Michael C.

I used to be a big fan of the burgers here years ago even more than the wings due to their well-seasoned taste and slightly firm texture. The burgers have changed and are a bit too soft imo too. I hadn't had a burger from BWW in years, but I do recall the taste contrast. The one I ordered togo was seasoned, but a bit too fatty or too simple in flavor profile. The bread was too fluffy for the greasiness and the lettuce & tomatoes should be cool like before too. It was almost like a different version of the Ultimate Cheeseburger from Jack in the Box as opposed to a good wing cafe burger like the past. All in all, it was a good burger, but not great like the 2010s n back. The tater tots I requested instead of the fries were very good, soft but mild crispy and tasty. I initially wanted those buffalo chips which were circular-shaped potatoes for the starch side, but was told they don't sell them at this location. The service was friendly n welcoming at this new location I visited for the first time ever.

A very bad experience; it took them 50 minutes to bring the food--that was far too long.

I don't know why it's taken me this long to write a review on Center Court Pizza & Brew in…read morePearland. I've been coming here since they opened 17 years. Back when Pearland was still a food desert with a bunch of chain restaurants sprinkled with a few mom and pop places. It was nice to have a new pizza option and support local. This location was their first location and since then, they have expanded quite a bit. For a traditional, non chain pizza, Center Court is the best pizza in Pearland. Now we have other styles around town, but that's neither here nor there. This location is not super spacious, but I've never seen it overflowing with people. They have bar that always seems to have regulars sitting there. They also have a small patio outside. Parking is plentiful. I have never dined in so I can't really speak on the customer service. There's been a few times where I had to wait a bit longer than expected, but I always come on their specials day. As long as I've been a customer, I have only ordered take out on Mondays here. They have one of the best Monday deals in town. Anything pizza on their menu is 12 bucks. It's a great way to beat those Monday blues. As far as pizza goes, I've had quite a few of their creations. My personal favorites are the Touchdown and Ninja Turtle. They have all your regular topping pizzas which are good, but they also have cool pizzas like chicken pesto pizza, honey BBQ, or Greek. What sets them over the top is this seasoning they put on the crust. It's basically an oregano based seasoning. It might throw you off at first glance if you don't know about it, but trust me, it's delicious. Their menu doesn't stop at pizza. They also have appetizers, pizza rolls, loaded fries and tots, pasta, salads, burgers and sandwiches, calzones and desserts. I highly recommend their pepperoni rolls. It's always a crowd pleaser at all gatherings. Their wings also should not be slept on. My favorite kind of wing is a breaded wing, and that is an option here. These things are big too and you will get full after having a few. They have a bunch of sauces and dry rubs flavors to choose from as well. Rolls, pizza and wings. That's what you must get here. For all the Pearland locals, if you haven't tried Center Court, do yourself a favor and check them out. I will be back!

Great place for kids at the hwy 6 location. Play yard.. good pizza and burgers. Fries are yum!read more

We were there sort of early on a Monday afternoon around 4:30. Not too many people. It was my first time there being from Mobile. My brother-in-law was scheduled to have all his teeth extracted the following morning, so I wanted to take him out for a bite to eat before his diet consisted of soup and Jell-O. The set-up was nice with TV's galore. There was an outside patio area and the seating area inside was very large...I mean it is Texas, right?!?!? I was digging the military "bombshell" theme with artillery and 1000lbs shells sitting around...it was pretty slick. Our waitress didn't seem to give two shits on the other hand that she had customers. She walked up and asked what we would like, I asked about the 3-dollar draft Modelo Monday on the placard on the table, she said she didn't know because she didn't normally work on days. OMG...hmm, o-tay, sweetie. I'll take one of those. I'm sorry, I didn't catch your name? "Loralei" she says...really, that unique I said, have you ever heard the song (she's early 20's/1970's Styx song)? "Yes, can I get you anything else?"...wow, someone is Miss grumpy pants today. We did not interact much with Miss Sunshine except to order our burgers. I got the Green Beret and I gotta say it was quite tasty for a institutional burger. Overall not bad. Would be a great place for wings, beer and a good Houston Texan football game or as I like to call them Alabama Lite "Roll Tide" PS. A better waitress would help.

We came in on a slow weekday and ordered the riblet basket as an appetizer, Betty boop wrap, and chicken pasta. The riblets were hard and chewy in most spots, along with cold hard fries. The chicken in the wrap had a weird taste to it, but it wasn't the worst. Just not as good as I expected. Unfortunately, the pasta never arrived to the table. After 30 minutes of waiting.. still no pasta out the cooks in the kitchen made an error and that caused the delay. The service was okay I suppose, but I definitely won't be returning to this place.

My sisters and I came here today to simply enjoy crawfish & each a drink. One of my sister's ordered (medium spice) and her order was almost perfect, nice large crawfish, and the season was just right (see pic). Me and my other sister ordered medium season with "extra garlic." Our crawfish was so spicy we could only eat about 3. Also over 50% of the crawfish was tiny (see pic). My sister got a headache and her stomach was upset. So she was not feeling well. We informed Abigail, our server, of the problem and learned that adding "extra garlic" actually means "more spice" -- which we didn't know, we simply wanted extra garlic. Now, the manager, Gus, was informed. He came to the table and was willing to take the crawfish back and redo our orders. (At this point, we didn't know we were getting the same crawfish back). He also mentioned of the end of the season was the reason for the tiny crawfish. Tiny crawfish that should not have been served to us or anyone (regardless if it's end of the season). It should be used for fishing bait or tossed. And besides my other sister's tray was at least 95% large crawfish. Our server came back and apologized, and another employee brought us a tray of crawfish still with over 50% tiny crawfish. This time, the taste was better. We learned that when crawfish is not satisfactory; they take it back to the kitchen, rinse the same crawfish and re-dip in sauce. The server is not the cook or the leader, they have limited authority. The manager came back over and saw the size of our crawfish. He offered additional crawfish, (which I appreciated) but it ended up being the same size mix. The last mishap of the night is that I was doubly charged. A training issue. It took at least 30 minutes to get this rectified and I am still monitoring my account. I believe there were several opportunities throughout the evening that we should've been offered "real compensation" much earlier in the evening. But the offer didn't come until the very end --when my sister emphasized how long we had been at the restaurant; and all that we had experienced and that we should "at least" been offered a dessert or drink. The manager presented discount cards to use on another visit and apologized to us. Thankful. When experiences like this happen, I always think about the top leader, like a District Manager. A DM should train the on-site manager on how to handle/ satisfy issues "at the beginning." Also to ensure that the chef does not prepare and serve disproportionate food to customers.

While my bartender was initially slow with service, she did attempt to improve toward the end of my visit. My tab from that evening reflects multiple charges (approximately $45.00), and notes were left reflecting my experience. My primary concern involves the manager on duty. Due to heavy rain, I politely requested to exit through the side door closest to my parked vehicle. I had already remained inside for over an hour waiting for the rain to subside and ordered an additional drink simply to wait it out. The manager informed me that if I attempted to exit through the side door, she would physically confront me. When I later attempted to leave, I first tried exiting through the front entrance but was met with severe rainfall that would have left me completely soaked. I then proceeded toward the side exit. At that point, the manager physically grabbed me and forcefully threw me to the ground while it was actively raining. There is absolutely no circumstance under which a manager should place their hands on a guest or use physical force. As a result of this incident, I am experiencing physical pain, specifically in my elbow and hip. I also felt attacked, unsafe, and humiliated. The physical and emotional impact of this incident has been significant. I have videos and photographs documenting the weather conditions and related circumstances and am requesting an immediate and thorough review of this matter, including all available surveillance footage and witness statements. I expect prompt follow-up regarding how this incident will be addressed. What occurred was not only unprofessional but poses serious concerns regarding staff conduct, guest safety, and liability. Its been weeks and my finger is still swollen. My lawyer is working . Sincerely,Lynn W.

I'd like the design when you enter to the right is the table section for families and to the left is the bar which covers the length of this side of the restaurant. She asked several additional questions including if I had any allergies! She got a big thumbs for that! The drink, the Grinch, she said she made up for Christmas and it's actually pretty good. The lunch special is Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 4 PM and if you get the lunch special, you can add any fountain drink. Will you meal for an additional dollar $1.69. My family & I had an unpleasant experience at this establishment over the weekend. The bar…read moreestablishment didn't have a lot of people in there for a Friday, so we were seated right away. We were a party of 5, coming in to enjoy some wings & family time. Our waitress was very sweet, and knowledgeable about the menu. She even allowed us to sample the flavors of our wings before ordering them to ensure that we would like them on our wings. We ordered the Watermelon Sweet Tea that was highly raved about by my younger relatives that they've had before, once they received their drinks they were unsatisfied, and said the sweet tea wasn't sweet nor did it taste like it had the Watermelon flavoring that was requested, and immediately requested alternatives. One of them requested a Peach Lemonade, which she said did not have any Raspberry flavor to the drink though she specifically requested it with that flavor. Our food came out at a responsible time. Most of us had ordered the Bundle #3, it was a great deal for a great price, and had exactly what we were wanting all in one, wings, shrimp, and fries or tater tots! The wings were good, I had their seasonal flavor Zesty Cajun seasoned shrimp & Honey BBQ wings, with fries. Everyone enjoyed their food! The adults ordered drinks, a total of 7. Margaritas (house & mango) were very strong, but pretty decent, a Pink Pineapple that was sweet & didn't have much taste of alcohol, and draft beer, and 2 Mexican Candy shots! Unfortunately the 2 Mexican Candy shots were shorted. When they came to the table with them, they were half filled in the shot glass given. Before even trying it out, we asked who seemed was the manager of the night, if this was an actual size of the shot, because it did not look like there was much of any alcohol in it. It looked like they filled the cup, then poured half of in the other glass. The manager then said "I don't know, is it?" which we thought was pretty rude. So we asked if we could get a bit more, and he said yes, and walked to the bar. As he was walking away as we told him that there were 2. When our waitress returned, she gave us another shot glass that was filled a little bit more than what we originally received, but looked like it was about the size of what we should have received. We asked "we had 2 orders of the shots, we're supposed to split this between the both of us?" She answered "Yes." So we asked if what was originally brought to the table was typically amount. She answered "He poured 1 oz in the cup, I watched him do it". A shot should measure to 1.2-1.5 oz, but typically 1.5 oz, which should've been slightly filled to at least the half mark of this shot glass. So instead of going back and forth anymore we just accepted it & she walked away, and we split the "shot". The shots were okay. Since that interaction, her attitude towards us was different and she came to the table less. We remained friendly through the entirety of our experience, despite the encounter we had, which shifted our vibe. She came back to clear most of the table after we finished our food, but after, it was difficult to flag her down for the check. Once the manager walked back, and we tried to flag him down "excuse me!" multiple times to get his attention and he continued walking by without acknowledging, and once loudly which then got his attention & we requested the check. Our waitress eventually brought us the check. We weren't bothersome or made other complaint outside of the shots & requesting different drinks replace the Watermelon sweet teas. The drinks with additional flavors (including the margaritas) which wasn't a problem but we weren't made aware of. We don't expect special treatment for spending a lot at restaurants, but we spent close to $200 & expected a bit better service than what we received. This establishment seems like it would be a pleasant place, especially if you're into sports, but for the service, I now know understand the reviews that were left. We left satisfied with the food, however the service was extremely disappointing, and has unfortunately will not be returning to this establishment in the future.
