Ordered on,sunday afternoon. Chicken sandwichs bun was rock hard. Almost inedible. Second the five wings i also bought were burnt to a crisp. They were inedible. The staff are lazy children who rather smoke out front. The food was horrible. The cashier took my receipt and kept it so i wouldnt have the store number to put in on the survey. This place is terrible. I even donated to the charity online. These guys have no business cooking or representing the company. The male cashier just said my name and handed me the burt garbage food. He didnt say hello or goodbye. I feel like he new it was cooked bad. Thats why he didnt give me my receipt in the store upon pickup. This is bad. I was in the mood for a good wing, so I decided to stop up the road at WingStop. What I was in the mood for and what I received were two completely different things. We ordered the 15 piece meal for two with fries and two drinks and was informed it would be a 10 minute wait. Well, 25 minutes later, the food finally came out ready to take home. Once home, we pulled the food out and the first things we noticed were the dark brown/black fries which were really overcooked. The Garlic Parmesan wings (which we thought were wet, but were actually a dry rub) were hard and extremely dry. The mild wings were... you guessed it... totally overcooked and inedible. The meat on both flavored wings actually crunched. Crunchy meat told me where the extra time went. Had they held to their quoted 10 minute wait time, I would have received properly cooked food. We ate two and a half wings and just a few fries before the bulk of the meal hit the garbage can with a loud thud. Ben called the store and informed them about the awful food and the GM, Miranda, was very apologetic and offered a full refund which is the reason the store gets the extra star from the one star food and one star wait. It's possible we may try the brand again at a different location hoping for a better experience, but with so many good wing places in the Bay area, it might not happen. read more

Picked up an order this afternoon and they did not include any of the dips we requested. (5-6 total). Called and it felt like they shrugged their shoulders. We could go back and pick them up while our food got cold, could be put in a log book, or get a refund on dips. Dips are included except for the extra we ordered. That is a weak apology being refunded a couple of bucks for a HUGE mistake. Open bags in store to do the QC they should have done or don't bother ordering ahead. read more

Good was delivered and timely. Chicken Salad was just okay. The lettuce was turning brown and made it unappealing to eat. My husband's Philly cheesesteak was great however and he loved it! The onion rings were excellent and large portions. The curly fries however were cold and some were not cooked through. The fried mushrooms were very tasty although a bit on small sized but good serving size. Driver was excellent. I think they charged me twice for the tip? I'm not sure of that. read more

Got a bundle assortment that came with tenders and boneless wings plus fries. Uber also offered free 10 piece so we got all drums. Delicious!! Tried atomic, mild buffalo, Louisiana dry rub, garlic parm and plain for the kiddo. All were tender and flavorful. Got ranch and blue cheese, wow! Some of the best. I stopped in here to ask for a small bag of ice to put on my knee that was hurt and the manager refused me and was rude about it. You shouldn't patronize this business not only because the wings don't taste good (I tried them several years ago and never again) but because they employ a manager with no sense of humanity. Ordered online at 7:57pm, email said wings ready in 16-21 minutes. I walk in at 8:32pm, employee tells me my food was accidentally given to another person named David. The employee went and told the manager, Benjamin, about the issue and said it would be a few minutes to remake the order. I waited 25 more minutes and got frustrated and asked what the holdup was. NO ONE RE-MADE MY ORDER. The whole time, Benjamin, was talking in the dining room with another manager and his significant other while they were eating. I ordered wings from the Palm Harbor location as I normally do and upon delivery of my order, I discovered the dressing containers upside down in the bottom of the bag, which had leaked all over the bag and wing and carrot containers making a mess. I called the store where the order was placed and tried to get them to replace the dressing and they didn't want to do that and were very unresponsive to my call. In fact, both the girl who first answered the call and then the manager seemed annoyed that I even called. After first telling me there was really nothing he could do, he then reluctantly offered to comp me or refund me for the dressing and then made it sound as if it were going to be too difficult to do or keep track of when I finally just said forget it as he cleary was not interested in making me happy or cared about my experience and just considered me a pain, so I hung up. I then proceeded to eat the wings and noticed they were much larger than usual, which at first seemed to be a good thing, but after eating some of them, I realized they were chewy, under cooked and just not good. In fact, they tasted so bad I threw the rest of them in the trash. I have ordered from this location many times before and had the same issue with the dressing as they don't know how to keep the dressing from spilling, but I have never had bad food until now and after the response by the manager along with the food being terrible, I don't plan to order from this location any time soon again. read more
