We placed a $48 order through the app and were sitting at a table waiting for our food on a carry out order. We placed our order at 11:28 PM. Around 11:35 PM, an employee told us that the whole kitchen said we needed to grab our food and leave, even though our order hadn't been brought out yet. We were already aware they were closing soon and had just discussed taking our food home, so we weren't planning to linger, especially our order said it was a carry out order. As soon as we received our food, an employee came to our table repeatedly--over three times--asking if everything was okay, while pushing in chairs and clearly rushing us. I was simply checking the large order to make sure it was correct, and I noticed we were missing 5 Mexican street wings. At that point, I didn't feel safe enough to say anything, as the staff began laughing and played an inappropriate song by GloRilla ("WHATCHU KNO ABOUT ME") with 15 minutes still left until closing. This created a very uncomfortable atmosphere, especially with minors present in the store. To make matters worse, we saw a bug being removed from the kitchen area. After being rushed out, the staff continued taking orders from three more customers--which made the way we were treated feel personal and uncalled for. Overall, our experience felt unprofessional, hostile, and disrespectful. We were minding our business, speaking Spanish, simply waiting on our food, and were made to feel unwelcome and harassed. Unfortunately we were charged for multiple items we did not receive in our order. What we did receive went into the garbage. We ended up making Mac n cheese to go with the wings since they not only forgot our large veggie sticks but they also forgot the upgrade on the cheese fries! I found it extremely hard to get the right combination of items for my group, and it took a long time to enter the information into the system. One thing I enjoyed was the customer service of the manager, but in the end my order was delivered in accurately, however it was fast and well-made. Sorry to say, I really wasn't impressed with Wingstop. My order was six boneless wings, with original hot sauce. Seasoned fries, and a drink. The boneless wings were about the size of McDonald's chicken nuggets. On my first bite into a boneless wing, all the chicken came out of the encasement of breading. Definitely frozen, not fresh. Sauce was what I would say is medium heat and flavorful. The fries are freshly cut each morning, they're kind of like five guys fries. One big problem for me though, they have sugar sprinkled on them, together with other seasoning. Actually I couldn't finish eating the fries. Nope, not for this guy, don't like the taste. I will try them again sometime soon. I'll get the bone in wings with fries, but will be sure to tell them NO SUGAR on my fries! read more

Definitely some of the best around. Usually I always have an issue with the service but today wasn't too bad actually. I ordered online and my food was ready when it was expected to be. It was not busy at all so I didn't have to wait in line and was able to grab my food and go. There's a window in the dining area where you can watch them cook and season your wings orders. We got garlic Parmesan and mild flavor. Both were YUMMERS!!!!! I recommend you try this if you like wings. They have a variety of things in the menu. They do take out and dine it and the price.....!! Very fairly priced. I am so so happy that Wingstop is now in the Pinellas County area. I have been to the Wingstop in Tampa and absolutely loved it. When I moved to Clearwater I was disappointed that they weren't on the other side of the bridge because their wings are so good. The Wingstop in Clearwater on Gulf to Bay just opened and it definitely is living up to its name, service, and great wings! For only being open for a week they already have a system in place. They have a bunch of different sauces that you can order for your wings and you can even do half and half for your wings which is awesome because a lot of places that sells wings do not allow you to do that. The wings and fries are cooked once you place your order so no worrying about getting cold food. This Wingstop is super clean which is great. The service is also awesome as well. For just being open they were a little slow in getting the food out, but they had a girl who came around to your table to ask the name on your order so she could check on it for you which I think is nice. I can't wait for them to open more Wingstop's in Pinellas County! I will definitely be back to try the other flavors!! read more

It was like an open faced ham and turkey sandwich, but with soggy bread that had soaked up the milky substance that was supposed to be the creamy cheese sauce. The bread is supposed to be toasted, and was barely done, so we received soggy bread in the dish that should have been in a cheesy sauce, but was like a milky substance with a flour base. Just totally inedible. The Hot Brown used to be a delicious dish, but this was not it. My wife and I love Wingstop's chicken wings. We were here twice during our recent visit to Clearwater, and I had Hawaiian sauce on my Classic (with bone) wings both times. (I always choose Hawaiian sauce.) You have to wait a while for your wings because they don't start cooking them until you order, and that may be one reason why they taste so lip-smacking good. Not only are their wings fantastic, but their fries are great too. (You can order veggie sticks instead of fries if you want to be healthy.) There is such a variety of sauces, like Garlic Parmesan (my personal favorite) and Lemon Pepper which we're also the bomb.com. They have a variety of beers to choose from if you want a quick beer while you wait for your wings. The dining room was impeccable. Super nice and clean.
