You've got to make your way to this new wingstop! The wings and the sauces are amazing! There are so many delicious options to choose from! I had Mango Habanero, BBQ, and Lemon Pepper. The hand cut fries are delicious! This place clearly uses high quality, fresh ingredients! It was my first time at a wingstop and I can guarantee you it won't be the last! The restaurant is so clean and the staff were all very friendly. Daizya was very nice and helped us get the perfect order! The wings and fries were phenomenal as allays but the wait time was the worst ever. We waited 26 minutes for 16 wings and fries. I would not complain but we were the only couple waitIng on food and could clearly see the cook was too busy chatting it up with one oof the cashiers - laughing, joking, etc. Mark our cashier was very polite and apologized but the guy frying kept talking and entertaining. read more

Ordered take out last night. The order was 10 bone in wings, large fries and a drink. They estimated time was 18- 24 minutes and the order was ready when I arrived 22 minutes later. The fries - I like the seasoning but they were limp and mushy. The wings are just meh- I ordered original and figured they would be spicy but they were not. Lots of the wings had broken bone pieces - take a bite and spit out the bone piece. No sauce they were more like A dry rub wing. I had blue cheese and it's got lots of chunks but is more like ranch rather than blue cheese. They have a cool coke soda machine. Lots of wing joints in the Clearwater area. I've been eating Wingstop forever because the stores have been in south Florida forever. When I found out they were opening one in Clearwater near my business I was excited. I was tired of having to go to Tampa to enjoy. That lemon pepper is still . Now I leave House of Mad and run over in a few minutes during my break and yummy to my tummy. read more

First time at wing stop and it was very pleasant! People were very nice and helpful Wings were far better than expected Service as well ! Only complaint were the paper towels that weren't perforated but other than that will definitely go back again very soon! Nice selection of flavors! So business owners beware I have ordered lunch for our crews from this location 3 times in the last couple months so I have spent over $300.00, I order from wingstop.com I anticipate that from there website when I put in the order for delivery it is being delivered by them. Well I guess not so because this girl should up at my office (billing address) with a large order and said this is the address I had and wanted to show me her phone. I had to pay her another $10.00 to delivery it to the correct address. I go back to the web site and yes I entered the correct address. So I called the store in Clearwater and was told it wasn't there problem you ordered through door dash. I said no I ordered at wingstop.com then who gave the wrong information to Doordash?. She put me on an extended hold and got back to me and said if I had a problem to contact Doordash not there problem not even I am sorry, I will look into it nada! So at the end of the day this location does not need our couple hundred a month. And I hate to give reviews because everybody has a bad day but the whole BS ordeal really peeved me off. read more

Gave wing stop another try after having a bad experience the first time I tried. I went to this one with high hope because I was in a complete different state. Ordered my food which wasn't to bad and waited about 15 minutes in my car. I went back inside to see if my order was ready and a older man from the back came up front and called a name that sounded identical to mines and I grabbed the food and headed back to car. I checked to see if the order was right and it was a complete different order, I went back inside to try to tell them what happened and the same older man came from the back and said the same name that was identical to mines so I went up to him and said "I think that's my order" , the man said "how did you get the wrong order", I said "the name you called for this order sounded identical to mines" . He gave me the bag and I handed him the order that wasn't mine and he walk away smacking his lips and shaking his head. I went back to my car checked the order again, the wings were traditional when I ordered boneless and I was missing a side of lemon pepper seasoning. I've learned my lesson to just never eat at wingstop! read more

Ordered online through the app and ordered extra crispy fries and wings and everything was soggy and cold. It said estimated time for my order would be about 23 minutes and it was a 21 minute drive there so I figured it'd be fresh but maybe they just got my order out faster- my biggest regret was wasting the gas to come here read more

Worked here for a couple months and let me tell you... it's no place to write home about. The wings are tiny, customer service sucks, and the hygiene is awful. I witnessed many workers picking up food off the ground and serve it to customers. The price is absurd for frozen wings/chicken tenders. The boneless wings are tiny and a rip off They don't have a lot of flavors at all for being a wing spot and the flavors suck. Food takes forever to cook/serve. There is no hygiene when it comes to the carrots and celery, stored in a bucket and workers put their bare hands in it. Fryers are disgusting. Nobody makes you wear gloves or any type of hairnet. Hated working here because of the terrible kitchen control that the mangers had. Most of the workers and managers are super rude to the customers and like to argue. A must go! Not only was the staff super friendly, the restaurant extremely clean, but the wings were AMAZING! My boyfriend and I did the "split combo" and they let us fully customize the wings from the rub we wanted on them to the side sauces even to doing some of them boneless and the rest bone in. We order from here quite often and it's usually quite a big order, as we have two teenage boys. We get the same things almost all of the time and end up spending close to $100 every time, as am sure a lot of people. Tonight we placed an order online (75 wings) as always for 25 habanero and 50 original, and when we got home, for some odd reason it went through as all habanero. Mind you we live 35 mins away. I don't know if it was a glitch in the system, but I was with my husband when he was ordering it and at check out was what he ordered. I called up and checked to see what may have happened and spoke to the Manager. Of course as I expected she said she couldn't do anything about replacing that much because it would be a big loss on their end. I wasn't even expecting it all to be replaced. I get it, it's a business. But we just spent $100 on food for the whole family and my husband is the only one who can eat the habanero. Now, we have to figure out food again and just thought maybe she could of offered a little something. It just would of been nice, that's all. This is what the kids requested for dinner.
