5/20/25 12:15 pm I used too go the sit down restaurant in the past and it was always bland. A few years ago they opened this spot up in my town so I decided to try them out.. this is my favorite wings and burger spot! Wow. I don't even know what to say. The workers were actually very nice, but there was a manager in the back who kept pulling all of the employees back there and yelling at them. All of the customers could hear what was going on, and we were all very uncomfortable. Very disorganized and very unprofessional. It doesn't take that much coordination to make wings. I've been here twice. The first time was on a Thurs. when boneless wings are BOGO. I got Garlic parmesan which were tasty with a dry rub but needed some tomato sauce for dipping(which they don't have). some of the wings were undercooked. This time, also a Thursday I ordered the same boneless wings since I had tomato sauce at home. This batch had a thick sauce on them which I didn't see til I got home. One bite had me running for milk. It was soooo spicy. I called the store and they said to bring them back and they would replace them. The second batch was the same- When I got them home I wiped off the sauce and ate them with my tomato sauce. I don't think I'll be going back again. read more

Honestly I'm quite happy to have this location open after the Clearwater one closed, but the service and food is just so inconsistent. My boyfriend and I've probably ordered 4 or 5 times since they've opened, and it really is hit or miss. It's mostly to-go orders, but there are about 10 chairs & 3 tables so you could eat in if you wanted. There is no ambiance though, period. You're listening to the staff in the kitchen 4 feet away, and that's it. No TVs or sports memorabilia that BWW is known for in its normal restaurants. Now we do usually order on a busier night, like the BOGO Thursday deal nights. Sometimes I place an order for pick-up and it's ready on time, or it's at least 20 mins late because they haven't started it yet. No in between, and also no notification system if your order is delayed. Sometimes the wings are SOAKED in sauce to the point the cardboard box is mush by the time I get home, and sometimes there's just enough sauce for the hint of "not chicken nuggets" to come through. I opt for the celery and carrot combo usually, and while the carrots are consistently good, soggy celery seems to be more common than not. Have any drinks in your order? Gotta go fill them yourself, and the station is quite small so only one person at a time can do so. I want to like this place because I do love the garlic Parmesan wings and I will keep coming back because it's convenient, but man do I miss being able to sit down, enjoy a hockey game with some consistent wings, and maybe even indulge in some dessert when overtime happens. read more

The traditional hot buffalo wings were very tasty! However at $1.50 per wing they were a bit pricey.

Maybe just growing pains? This location does not have Black Bean Burger, which is what I usually order. Had 10 wings instead, which were grossly overcooked. Ate three, gave the rest to the squirrels. Cauliflower wings were tiny and more breading than cauliflower, also overcooked. 6 onion rings for $6.49 means $1.08 per ring-really? Cheese curds were good, but again, tiny pieces. Three people ate for $75. $15.49 for 10 wings would have purchased over 1 lb. of chicken tenders at Publix (cooked properly.) Not going back anymore. read more

on 5/17/2024, I ordered 6 wings with garlic sauce. The wings were hard. The wings appears to been cooked from a previous day. I ordered garlic sauce with the wings. The sauce was not enough to cover the wings. This location need to improve their service, especially the way they serve their wings to the public.
