Good food, great customer service.. I have always been a fan of Wingstop wings, but I wanted to commend this location on their outstanding customer service. This is kind of a long one, but that's because Yelp doesn't limit the number of characters for a review.. Therefore I am limitless. I placed an online order at this location the other night and selected for it to be ready at 11:45 pm, when they closed at midnight that night. When we got there, our food wasn't ready, and when the staff (2 different people) checked their online order requests, it seemed as if they couldn't find anything. I showed them my confirmation email to verify. Long story short, if you order online and request pickup later than 30 mins prior to closing, the restaurant does not receive the order until the following business day. I believe it was the restaurant manager who assisted me and informed me of this. I wasn't upset, since they were not at fault, just hungry at that point. It was already 11:46, and he kindly placed another order even though the food was going to be ready after they close for the evening. And the food was good when we took it home! (I kind of expected it to be half-assed like how most other restaurants prepare it when you order close to closing time.) We live between two different Wingstop chains, but we will be returning customers to this one due to their quality and service. If those two factors are important to anyone while dining out, I highly recommend this location. read more

The fries were under cooked and the wings are all bone, no meat. They always tell you that your order will be ready in 18 min but then you stand there and wait for 10-15 min when you get there to pick it up. read more

I came here not too long ago when I had a wing craving. They have so many flavors of wings to choose from and a warning level of how hot each one is. You do get quite a bit of wings in your order which is always nice. It wasn't crowded when we went in. The staff was friendly and attentive. The cashier seemed to be new, but she was very nice. We ordered and sat down for a bit. The wait was not long at all. They have a tv in there playing sports. It's a very casual atmosphere. read more

this location was one of the worst meals we have ever had. To start the service was not very good however the food was the story ~ ordered both traditional and boneless with fries. The fries served cold soggy and undercooked, boneless had so much batter and oil my son did not eat them the traditional was the worst some undercooked the wings were sitting in oil and sauce. We usually order 30 pieces 15 of each so that we can bring some home for a snack. They all went in the garbage worst worst ever. Completed a survey at wingstop.com have not heard back from anyone. Great wings and the employees working there were great about letting us test out the sauces. Portions are what you would expect to fill you up. Well kept and clean place to grab a quick bite to eat. We wandered onto the yogurt side of the restaurant though. Looks to be an abandoned dirty frozen yogurt shop which the same employees work in. That side is a bit gross and random but whatever. Wings are ok everything is way too salty. Some of the flavors are a seasoning and not a sauce. I didn't like that nothing comes with dipping sauce you have to pay for ranch. The cole slaw is amazing!! read more

I ordered a family wing dinner from this location only to receive BURNED vet dry wings. I called twice to complain and request for my food to be remade. I left my information and no one called back. Finally I was able to speak to someone and now they want to claim they cannot find my order. This place is horrible. Everytime I go the line is out the door. No one is trained in customer service at all! The guy told me to come in an they would remake my order only to get there and he starts telling me how they can't find the order. I overhear him speaking with the manager about how much the total was and now they can't find it because basically they don't want to loose the money or provide me with a remake of my meal. But it was okay to take my money and give me this crappy food. I will be sure to make a post on every site about this location. This place is trash. read more

This is where we go for wings now. Used to go to the other wing restaurants. But they are no where as good. The wings (boneless ) are huge. They have a lot of sauces in which to choose from and I love hot! That said the Atomic is even too much for me. I stick to the Mango Habanero which are saucy and delicious. They make fries to order so if you order online they wait for you to arrive to make the fries so they won't be soggy. The only problem I've had is with their online ordering system. It's not the system as much as they don't read. 4 times have ordered cajun fries and they are not cajun. Even after arriving at the store to pick up and reminding them about the cajun spice I get home and no cajun. I had cajun seasoning in the cabinet and did it myself. Garlic Parmesan are not saucy but dry. Hawaiian are delicious. Teriyaki are decent. BBQ are no joke. .they mean Bbq. Heavy thick sauce.. a bit much. Tuesdays wings are 60 cents each. This is a sad day for me because I loved going there to pick up wings! I was there at least 4x a week we loved them so much! But today I was so disappointed! I placed my usual order 10 original bone in hot wings extra wet and well done. They told me 25min and I knew that they take longer so I gave them another 15min. I got there and as usual I waited another 5min because they said they weren't ready and told me because I ordered them well done. That's the excuse I always get but I didn't even care because they're so good. Anyway I got my wings, came home and to my surprise they're not well done :( I tried eating them but I don't like the meat that soft. So I called and I explained I still had 9 wings that they're not well done and I could take them back if they could just make me another order and I would even wait 1 hour if they're busy. The girl put me on hold and came back to tell me that the manager said she's been making all well done wings all afternoon so it's impossible that I got them not well done, so I went back and Forth with her for a bit until she finally said to bring them back so she could look at them!!! My plan was always to bring them back but I was not going to bring them back so they could prove that they're not well done and then wait there or come back again to have them made again!!! I again replied to her, I don't want to go and wait another 40min can you please just make them and I'll bring them when I pick them up so you can see? And she said no, she needed to see them first!!! Why the hell would I want to do all that?? Waste my gas again bring my 9 wings and wait??? This is the worst place for customer service! I have never heard of someone wasting a customers time because they didn't believe them. I have been going there for 2 months and they know me, I have never ever complained about anything and for them to treat me like this the first time I complain? Went in today to get some wings before the football games and the place was absolutely dead and there is probably a reason why. The front end manager was rude and did not answer any of my questions. He gave me attitude and had a very rude demeanor. My wings tasted like how you would expect floor cleaner to taste. They were all over dressed in sauce And flavoring. The fries were soggy and tasted like wet dog. The best thing about this whole experience was my soft drink. The worst customer service experience I had. Placed a big order that included 3 cheese fries. Got home and realized that the 3 cheese weren't in the bag. Called the store back to see if they can refund the charges (they couldn't). This location is the closest to the house but it's still about a 15-20 minute drive, but the person I spoke to said he'll take my name and I'll get a 15% off next time I order. I don't come here often but I made sure I remember. Ordered online again but there's no option to pay in the store, so u have to put a credit card to complete the order (I hate ordering over the phone because ordering online is easier and simpler). I figure I'm using the same account so it's noted in the system (WRONG!). I called to make sure I get the 15% discount applied to my order. I was put on hold for a while to two different people. Couldn't find my name, then was told my name was already scratched off which means I already used it. I said I always order online and I have a history in my phone to prove I haven't used it. Then I was told they need to call the mgr and they need to call me back (what a hassle!). They call me back. They wanted to take my order over the phone, I said I already ordered online. After 20 minutes, she tells me I can't use the discount because I already ordered and paid online. Then I said well can you add something to my order that is equivalent of the discount or give me a refund? The answer is no. Unbelievable! Never heard of a store who cannot do refunds or adjustments.
