This was my first experience visiting a Wingstop and it was a great experience. First off, the food was amazing. The wings are very good, and the wings aren't drenched in sauce compared to other popular wing chains where it feels like I'm eating saucy soup with chicken and bones in it. These wings have the perfect amount of flavor and taste. And the chicken itself was very good too. Now for the staff, they were so friendly and helpful. They helped recommend a sauce for me based on what I normally like and that was excellent customer service. The food took only a few minutes but since the TV was on, it was a quick and easy wait. Lastly, the staff followed up as I was leaving and asked if there was anything else I needed. The staff at this location is very incompetent. The night prior to my order I actually did a preorder for about $50 worth of wings for a little get together I was having the following day as I was off work, and I set the wings to arrive around noon. In the morning I got a call from work, an emergency, I needed to go in and I had to cancel my get together. I call this wing stop to cancel and a woman answers the phone, I tell her the situation, apologize, and say I need to cancel. The woman says I can't cancel it. I responded by asking if it had already been made, she said no it wasn't made yet. So I said good don't waste the product, just don't make the order, I cannot accept it anyway given my situation. She said she can't do that, I asked her why not, she said because the order was not made yet so she can't cancel it, confused, I asked her if she meant my order wasn't in the system she said it was in the system, but since it wasn't made yet she can't cancel, so I again stated ok, don't make it, don't send it out, we can work out the refund or store credit details later, I won't be able to accept it, I just want to cancel, she again says she cannot do that, then said maybe a manager can do that. So I asked if I could speak with a manager, she then began giving me a phone number, very confused I stopped her and said no, don't just hand out the managers personal number, just pass the phone over to whoever is in charge right now, she said she can't and began giving me the number again, I did not write it down because as a GM myself I find it very obnoxious to have customers be given my number and call me personally on my off time. I again asked her to please handover the phone to whomever was in charge and she said ok and hung up. Very confused and not having the time to deal with the situation I went to work. I later attempted to call back and dealt with another woman on the phone who after explaining the situation pretty much said they can't do anything because they already delivered the food, and said I don't get to just ask for my money back after getting the food, basically implying I was trying to scam the store. I said I attempted to cancel already prior to the order being made and they're welcome to go pick it up because it's going to be sitting outside my house for 12 hours until I get home. They said that's not their problem and hung up on me. I additionally reached out to the company via their web page to report the issue, I got a response saying it would be forwarded to the management of this location to resolve, and I never got a call or received resolution. I came home to $50 worth of ruined food sitting outside my door, an implication that I'm a scammer, and not even an apology because their staff cannot comprehend the simple task of canceling an order. read more

Sometimes great food, other times the wings have no flavor. I love the lemon pepper wings when they are cooked crispy and not dry and the last two times was not up to par for the quality of wings I have received prior. read more

I've came here twice before. I got the atomic boneless wings which were waaaaaaaaay to salty. And the second time I came here I got the cajun boneless wings that didn't have anything cajun about them and tasted like normal hot wings. Oh and waaaaaaaaay too salty once again. Employees were very nice though and ordering online is simple and quick. Usually never have to wait. I don't know if I should try this place again or just stop and lose hope in it. They earned 5 stars after I placed an online order and when I picked it up EVERYTHING was wrong - I called right away and the manager told me he was so sorry and asked if he could provide me a free same order for next time- I took him up on his offer and have been twice after and the food is great, order was correct and customer service was perfect! read more

I don't know how you can give this place anything other than 5 stars. The wings alone arw worth it. Add to that thw service and polite manner in which Mark and his staff treat each customer and you have the perfert recipe for success. Been coming here since the day they opened and haven't once had a bad or less than great experience. These wings are big, flavorful and priced better than anywhere else. I had never been to Wingstop prior to visiting a couple weeks ago. There isn't any locations up north at home. I ordered 16 wings and got an additional 5. Great deal!! Loved the taste of the wings and the ranch dressing. Not to mention the fries. I am a big fan and will continue to come back. Not to mention it's right next to my apartment!! read more

These are absolutely the WORST wings we have ever had!!! Dry, overcooked and totally tasteless!

LOUSY service and lukewarm food, don't waste your time or money. My daughter told me the girls at the office ordered takeout and the chicken tenders were really good, so I decided to stop in while I was out shopping today. At approximately 3:30 I ordered a 3 piece garlic parmesan chicken tender meal. There was 4 or 5 people/employees coming and going in the kitchen area. There was only 1 other customer sitting waiting for his to go order. Twenty minutes later the other customer had left and two different people came in to pick up food they ordered on line, one guys order was waiting, and the girl told the other guy they don't have his order. I asked the girl how much longer it was going to be and she turned around and grabbed my food from the counter behind her and handed it to me. I went out to my car to eat it. Although the chicken tenders were tasty, they were barely lukewarm, the fries although plentiful were just a tiny (and I mean tiny) bit warmer than the chicken and saturated in oil. As for my drink, she didn't give me one and I forgot about it and wasn't going to go back in and ask for it. As slow as it was and as many people floating around the kitchen, there was no reason to wait so long and certainly no reason to be served barely warm food. read more

I went in for some wings at the Wingstop on the corner of Davis and Santa Barbara/Logan and when I got back there was a roach in my blue cheese and some bug parts in my chicken. I won't be back. Nice people in the store though. read more

Had Wingstop for the first time less than a month ago. Like the option to order online. I got half medium and half hot. The hot wings were good but the medium just tasted like chicken wings almost no heat to them at all. So if you're looking for wings that are spicy go with anything hot and up. This is my second review. Again, I can't say enough good things about the staff. They are warm and friendly. You feel like you've known them for years. As for the food. Let me say from the outset, I don't mind hot or real spicy food. However I don't like the heat to overpower the taste. So far I've tried several sauces. Today I went with the Korean BBQ. For me perfect blend of hot and spicy. Not sure I'll try anything hotter. For those that like things hotter, there are several more to choose from. They have a great description of their sauces at the restaurant and web site. As for the sides. I've now tried their Cajun fried corn. I also tried the fried corn with the garlic parm seasoning, both very good. Needless to say I will return. read more

Great wings and great French fries. Fresh Veggie sliced into sticks are good dipped in the sauces. Every item is cooked to order so you need to plan for a small wait in time. Flavors of dips available are spread between sweet to hot. The original hot is excellent with the blue cheese. read more
