Their bone-in wings are absolutely delicious, but I'd avoid their boneless. Not the best. I've eaten at this location once, but I wasn't too pleased. I placed a bone-in order online to pick up and when I got home, I realized they were boneless. This was upsetting mostly because it specified the type on my receipt and they weren't busy at all. I live a couple of miles from the store, so I wasn't about to go back that evening. Dry flavorless wings. Seriously don't eat here not only is it ridiculously overpriced and the food is awful. They charge 89 cents for ranch. Something that should be free at any wing joint. Fries were soggy and over salted. Garlic parm wings only tasted like bland chicken with parmigiana cheese that was not good. Mild wings say they are supposed to be flavorful nope just tastes like unseasoned chicken. I wish I could give it zero stars. Very poor staff, malaya has a very poor attitude, she don't greet people when walking in. She don't ask anything she just waits for us to speak first. I asked for buffalo and ranch fries but they give me the regular fríes, the wings were to small and they were all dry. Wouldn't recommended this place to eat. read more

I came here for lunch hour. It was packed. I waited a long time for my food as well. I was in a rush and I was just upset because they took a long time and they did not get my order right. However, It's good food. I enjoyed my delicious potato fries with all the High Blood Pressure salt that I like !! You know what really hurt my soul? That they only give you ONE Ranch to like 10 pieces of wings. I had Hot wings and I love to eat my boneless wings and drench them in ranch sauce so i was angry that they would not give me any extra ranch sauce. I had to pay almost 2 bucks for one sauce when I could go to the dollar store and get a whole bottle for like 1$. I was disappointed because I had High Hopes for this place based of co-workers hyping it up and it was just normal! Not worth the time or money. Wings were ok; when I asked the cashier what the Hawaiian sauce consisted of I was told "sweet, I like it". Ok... Can't I get a little more than that considering their menu dose not describe any sauce. However I don't blame her at all. I soon saw the manager, sitting at the table behind me, and realized that it was probably due to a complete lack of training. The manager was conducting business and was calling over employees who kept bumping into me as I waited 30 minutes for my wings. The food was ok, very overdone and very tough. The fries were the worst and covered in salt, I couldn't eat them. The most annoying part was the kitchen staff who was blaring rap music that was full of explosives (f words and p words) not appropriate for a family dinning establishment. It was so loud I could not even hear the music being playing by the restaurant speakers. As the manager kept calling employees over he was degrading and very loudly expressing how he already explained to an employee the schedule and he wasn't going to explaining it. Said employee seemed very upset and I later saw he outside looking very upset and I think crying.. Great management.... A customer even spilt sauce all over the floor and the manager laughed at her, quite loudly and said " oh my god are you serious?!" He later left to go into the back and the sauce remained all over the floor as guests tracked it all over the floor. Over all I do not see this restaurant succeeding under this management "style". Ordered online, it was super easy, and supa fast! Loved the Korean flavor and Lemon Pepper, Cajun fries are better than Popeyes fries :P The Hawaiian roll was perfect to calm all that spicy deliciousness. Would have taken a picture but the food got devoured before I could. read more

The lady manager is the most useless, lazy human being ever. The owners are so sweet I don't know why they would put such a person in charge because the employees are preventing me from ever going to this location again. The food is never ready on time. Placed my order at 6pm to be ready at 8:30. I arrived at the store at 8:15 and my order was already on the shelf. I finished my check out and took my food to my car. Upon checking it my food was cold, I brought it back into the store to tell them that it was cold. The cashier stated it had been sitting there a while. She asked if I wanted them to redrop them. I said yes. She went to what I assume is the manger who rolled his eyes and said well it's been sitting there. He put my food back into the dryer in attempts to reheat it. The cashier came up and told me that they would have to remake my food. I sat on the bench looking into the kitchen watching the staff roll their eyes as well. It was not my fault that they couldn't read the order and I don't appreciate the experience I had here. It will be tough for me to come back. read more

It's rare that I have a bad experience with food. This was the worst for me. I ordered an 8 piece with 2 flavors (lemon pepper & mild), with fries and a drink. I paid and then waited for the product. Wingstop opened at 11 so there was no line or anyone inside eating. Simple enough right? WRONG!! The manager was in plain clothes, hanging out with a buddy of his at the 1st table you see by the entrance to the left. After 10 minutes of waiting he left his seat and walked to the counter and asked Ashley what I was waiting on. He then addressed me by name, as printed on the receipt Ashley showed him, she then said its coming up. The guy in charge and his friend both apparently had orders ahead of mine. I found this weird because they opened at 11 am and my receipt read paid at 11:13am. They weren't in line. No one was. I sat outside 7 minutes before I came in the store. One of them had a laptop plugged up underneath the tv outlet which was 10 ft high. They were chilling. 10 minutes go buy and no food. But theirs did. 5 more minutes go by and no food then the manager in plain clothes asks his staff whats going on then he again says where's Tony's food. Mind you others had been served. Possibly from phone or online orders. He then assured me it was coming up. About 10 minutes later it came I left. 3 minutes down the road I realized the order was wrong!! Turned back around and was greeted at the door by the manager who said what's wrong Tony, like he was expecting me. Then again his table was directly by the door. I told him and he took the order and had them make me a fresh order which took another 25 minutes because now they were busy and I was at the back of the line. Never was there an apology. Matter of fact the the girl that made them wrong blamed the receipt. The receipt is correct though. The manager left after that. Didn't make sure I got the right order, didn't offer me anything. He told them give him a 10 piece, they gave me an 8 piece. At that point I just wanted to leave. Horrible Horrible service. Felt like I wasn't even a paying customer. If you have to have their wings go online! Order by phone! Otherwise you will be forgotten or passed over! Check your orders before you leave! First and last time going to Wingstop. So horrible!!! When we walked in they said they were closing at 10 and the sign says midnight.. the place was a complete mess! The guy that took our order was rude. So, me and my boyfriend start to make our drinks and the tea tasted old and horrible like they never clean it. So we got water. They didn't bring the food to the table and we were the only people in there but it was ok we figured that's just the way they do it. We get our food and the fries tasted OK they were just a little salty. We start eating the barbecue wings and it had a lot of barbecue sauce on it but we just took a little bit off and at first it tasted OK but as we kept eating them they tasted really over fried. Then we got an order of the Louisiana rub wings and they were absolutely horrible. It was served sitting in a pile of Grease!!!! They were absolutely over fried and I had to put them in napkins to get all the grease out of them. Love the Wingstop franchise, in which I've been to many locations, however this Metairie location takes it to another level. 2nd time I've ordered from here months apart! Maybe it is the late evening crew but it's slow, ignorant, and dirty. Dirty because I witnessed the young lady scratch her scalp and ear not ever washing her hands to touch food utensils. One of my favorite places to eat ALWAYS, and this store happens to be the closest to my home so my visits have been many because just love the wingstop flavors! (Louisiana Rub) But i was and inch away from looking for the next closest location. But a miracle happened... They hired new management! Im not sure but i think her name is corri, corriyetta or something of the sorts. She very helpful, courteous and polite. I can see a difference definitely on the right path! I've eaten at multiples Wing Stops in multiple states over the years, and this location far and away has the worst customer service of them all. My boyfriend and I picked up wings from here tonight (ordered online) but then waited in line for 20 minutes to pick them up because this location doesn't have a dedicated area for pickup orders. When we eventually got to the front of the line, our order was incomplete. We waited another ten minutes for the order to be completed (at this point 45 minutes since our order was placed). Our bag was soaked completely through with wing sauce. When we got home, half of the wings were the incorrect flavor and a dipping sauce had become open during transit. This location needs a dedicated area for pickup orders and need to train their staff to ensure customers aren't waiting nearly an hour for online orders. read more

I honestly believe that I still come to this location because its close and the food is pretty good. It's bigger than what it appears from the outside which is always a plus. Its a good place to watch tv and eat some wings. It doesn't matter if you order online or call (which I don't advise because your order will most likely be incorrect) I suggest ordering in person. The food either way will take FOREVER to come out. Oddly enough there have been times when I ordered over the phone and people who came in and ordered got their order before me. The rolls are so good, the fries can be a hit or miss at times. The staff really seems like a lot of young kids running it, not much order or professionalism. But if you can over look that then stop at wing stop. read more

The wings are typical Wingstop wings which I find neither offensive or inspired. My issue is with the level of professionalism on the part of the staff. Between the gum chewing and the inability of anybody on staff to actually make eye contact or - in the most extreme example - not even both to turn and face a customer when asked a question, I cannot recommend supporting this location. read more

First I will start by saying that I love Wingstop food. The Garlic Parmesan are great but I only eat all flats. I sent a friend to order my food and I had it in writing what I wanted. They gave all drums instead of flats. So I thought before I reorder again I should make sure that they know the difference between drums and flats. So I asked and the guy told me F@ck me and do I know the difference between flats and drums. Then hung up on me. Well I called back...back to back snd the guy kept picking the phone up and hanging it up.
