They were not done with our order and said that 10 pieces are allowed 2 flavors only and 6 pieces are allowed 1 flavor (which is understandable IF THEY STATED IT ONLINE) so we had to change our order at the restaurant. The energy and attitudes from the employees could be looked over if the food was bomb but the blue cheese dressing was MILKY CLEAR. I repeat MILKY. The wings' sauce were salty. I got sweet heat (not one lick of sweetness was tasted, JUST HEAT) and jerk (just a bit too salty and watery). The pineapple lemonade was alright. I ordered 30 wings, onions rings, fries, crawfish balls and a Ghetto Punch and was told to pick it up in 30 minutes. Questioning them about this got me an eye roll from the cook and a simple "they almost done" from the cashier. These 2 were arguing the entire time that I was there for another 30 minutes. The wings were great. My daughters got 20 bbq wings that had a sweet sauce on them and I got the garlic parmesan. The garlic parm had a simple dry seasoning on them. These were equally good. The onion rings were really good, fresh, greaseless, with a peppery batter. The fries sucked, frozen, soggy crap for 3.00. The Ghetto Punch is basically Kool-Aid with triple the sugar and 10 times the cost. Basically the wings and onion rings are great but a little pricey. All I can say is WOW! These wings are amazing! They are cooked to perfection and the flavor was just right (I got the the sweet heat). I also ordered the New house ranch fries (which were also amazing) and the famous "Ghetto Punch". The ghetto punch was very good; It was like an amplified, fruitier version Kool-aid. The restaurant itself was very clean, the employees were friendly, and happy to help. I'm just a tad bit upset that they do not offer free refills on any drinks and their drink prices are inflated... $4 for a small? I just ordered 12 spicy wings and a bunch of fries... what am I going to do with a few sips of my drink. I at least know from now on to order to go or bring my own drink. After giving Wing Snack Express a try, I can honestly say I have no intentions to ever go back to a chain wing restaurant. This place is so much better in all aspects besides price! The wings are dropped in the grease immediately as you are giving your order, as well as any other fried sides that you get. You get your order within 10 minutes and it comes out super hot and fresh. The "hot" buffalo sauce was delicious and I would certainly get it again. The Cajun Ranch Fries were exceptionally delicious as well, they go heavy on the ranch and seasoning and fill the entire bottom of the container with fries on a small order. During the 10 minute wait at 3pm there was a constant flow of customers and the majority were ordering the "sweat heat" wings which has me wanting to come back and give those a shot. Just about the only downside is the higher than average prices. I definitely recommend you give this place a try for some delicious wings and fries! read more

I had heard about this place from a friend and decided to give it a try today. Am I ever glad we did!! This is, hands down, my favorite wing spot as of today- love at first bite! To start, today was a home game for our New Orleans Saints, and they had the atmosphere cranked up tailgate style inside. The game was on all the tvs (except one playing a kids' show- something I appreciate); a DJ was playing great music during commercial breaks; they were doing raffles and giving away free shots for touchdowns! It felt like going to a viewing party at a friend's house. Everyone was nice and talkative, and it was a family-friendly space. In addition to the incredible atmosphere, the food was DELICIOUS!! We went with the 20 count of wings which comes with three flavors; we went with Hot, Sweet Heat, and the New House rub. Each was tasty and had the perfect amount of heat. None of them was so hot that you couldn't taste the other flavors in the mix, but they had a nice, slow burn. We were sweating a little by the end! As sides, we chose the onion rings and the Cajun Ranch fries. The breading on the onion rings was really good and stayed on the ring when bitten. The fries were a bit soggy on the fry for my personal taste but still really good, and the ranch and seasoning on them was spot on. Next time, I may ask for a longer fry time for the fries to make them a bit crispy, but everything else was perfect. I had their famous "ghetto punch" to drink (it is nonalcoholic), and it was so sweet and cool with the spice from the wings. All in all, we loved this place and will definitely return for both dine-in and take-out meals in the future! read more

The location of the spot is a little outlet off to the side which is pretty okay, it was easy to find on the Main Street. Parking is ample, you get what's available.
