We ordered online and came 20 minutes later to get our food. They were not done with our order and said that 10 pieces are allowed 2 flavors only and 6 pieces are allowed 1 flavor (which is understandable IF THEY STATED IT ONLINE) so we had to change our order at the restaurant. I paid $28 for all flats extra ranch 10piece wings and they gave me one BC sauce and no extra ranch and when I asked for extra ranch because I obviously paid for it online they all three looked at each other like they didn't know what was going on. The energy and attitudes from the employees could be looked over if the food was bomb but the blue cheese dressing was MILKY CLEAR. I repeat MILKY. The wings' sauce were salty. After giving Wing Snack Express a try, I can honestly say I have no intentions to ever go back to a chain wing restaurant. This place is so much better in all aspects besides price! The wings are dropped in the grease immediately as you are giving your order, as well as any other fried sides that you get. You get your order within 10 minutes and it comes out super hot and fresh. The "hot" buffalo sauce was delicious and I would certainly get it again. The Cajun Ranch Fries were exceptionally delicious as well, they go heavy on the ranch and seasoning and fill the entire bottom of the container with fries on a small order. During the 10 minute wait at 3pm there was a constant flow of customers and the majority were ordering the "sweat heat" wings which has me wanting to come back and give those a shot. I had heard about this place from a friend and decided to give it a try today. Am I ever glad we did!! This is, hands down, my favorite wing spot as of today- love at first bite! To start, today was a home game for our New Orleans Saints, and they had the atmosphere cranked up tailgate style inside. It felt like going to a viewing party at a friend's house. Everyone was nice and talkative, and it was a family-friendly space. In addition to the incredible atmosphere, the food was DELICIOUS!! We went with the 20 count of wings which comes with three flavors; we went with Hot, Sweet Heat, and the New House rub. Each was tasty and had the perfect amount of heat. None of them was so hot that you couldn't taste the other flavors in the mix, but they had a nice, slow burn. We were sweating a little by the end! As sides, we chose the onion rings and the Cajun Ranch fries. The breading on the onion rings was really good and stayed on the ring when bitten. The fries were a bit soggy on the fry for my personal taste but still really good, and the ranch and seasoning on them was spot on. Next time, I may ask for a longer fry time for the fries to make them a bit crispy, but everything else was perfect. I had their famous "ghetto punch" to drink (it is nonalcoholic), and it was so sweet and cool with the spice from the wings. All in all, we loved this place and will definitely return for both dine-in and take-out meals in the future! read more
