I didn't get any fries because the sugar fries throw me off (even though I've tried them a bunch of times). I just prefer salt on my fries. I wasn't impressed with my visit here. They were super stingy with seasoning the fries and the wings. Our fries were really bland and we could barely taste the flavoring on the wings. Ordered 50 pc Party Pack on Friday 6/21. Placed the order online and paid. The ordering process was easy. Went in to the Wingstop on Veterans to pick up order. Everything went fine until we got home. We did not get our 2 side order of Fries. No big deal, mistakes happen. Called back to the location and they knew right away. Here is where the issue starts. I live on the North Shore which is too far to go back to pick up the fries. I just wanted a simple credit for what I did not get. This apparently is outside of the control of store locations. The location had to contact The District Manager. Why? So, I gave my number and apparently would be receiving a call back to receive my credit. Here it is now, 2 days later and no call. This is not worth my time to follow up since it is only a couple of bucks. Mistakes happen, and when a customer raises a legitimate concern, how a company responds makes all the difference.
