This place is usually my go-to if I am craving for different flavored wings, but man... there is no kind of consistency.. there are always new workers... they are ALWAYS missing something in the order... there is a bunch of messing around in the back where 2 people is seen prepping the food and the rest are just gossiping in the back and standing around. We ordered 3 20 piece wing orders to go, we got 4 flavors per 20 piece. No wings were labeled for flavors so we had no idea what we were trying. Firstly, the customer service is absolutely terrible. The young lady who works at the front knew nothing about the menu when I asked question... I've never been here before. Not only that but she couldn't even fake a good attitude for the sake of proper costumer service... she was rude to put it simply. Also, if you think customers don't know when you're talking about them, believe me we do. Ordered 50 pc Party Pack on Friday 6/21. Placed the order online and paid. The ordering process was easy. Went in to the Wingstop on Veterans to pick up order. Everything went fine until we got home. We did not get our 2 side order of Fries. No big deal, mistakes happen. Called back to the location and they knew right away. Here is where the issue starts. I live on the North Shore which is too far to go back to pick up the fries. I just wanted a simple credit for what I did not get. This apparently is outside of the control of store locations. The location had to contact The District Manager. Why? So, I gave my number and apparently would be receiving a call back to receive my credit. Here it is now, 2 days later and no call. This is not worth my time to follow up since it is only a couple of bucks. Mistakes happen, and when a customer raises a legitimate concern, how a company responds makes all the difference. Sad to see the other bad reviews. Where I'm from in Texas there are several Wingstops around and I would go pretty frequently. I moved to Slidell a couple years ago and went without Wingstop for a very long time and was not happy about it. I finally figured out there was a few around this area which I was obviously happy about. The first time I ordered it I got it to go. It was a little off from what I remembered, but just figured it was because I got it to go which I generally try to avoid with wings and fries since they're fried. I've went a couple times since then and ate in the store and was impressed with the food each time. I haven't really had an issue with service at this location either as some of the reviewers have. So I felt compelled to come to their defense and give a better review for the experiences I've had. Some of the other complaints are that the food takes too long. It can take a little while for the food to come out. I've found this to be the case at any Wingstop location you go to. That's because they're making it all to order. It's not Popeyes or KFC or something where they make a huge batch and let them sit until they get ordered. Sugar on the fries. If you've never had Wingstop I can see how the fries could be a turn off. I actually hated them when I first started eating Wingstop. But somehow I ended up loving them. You can ask for them without it though. I would absolutely choose Wingstop wings/tenders over anywhere else like BWW or something. read more
