Imagine starving and waiting food you ordered for almost an 1 hour but never receiving your food. Walked in about 5:10PM, personnel said it could take about 35 mins. I was good with that and decided to wait. I went to my car about 15 minutes then came back and sat inside the establishment. Customer after customer received their order. People who even came in way after me, which yeah "online order" I get that...but where is the priority in both??????? After watching the place clear out, I still didn't have my order. I just asked for a refund at 6:00PM then left disappointed and HANGRY. The only nice thing to say is the person who handled my refund was kind and polite about it. I've had ups and downs and this location, but I promise...I'll do us all a favor and never return. Good luck to all customers. Drops the mic! Happy Eatings!

Raw chicken tender that came with completely cooked ones. It only takes about 8 min in fryer. This was in about a minute only

Ordered a mobile order for three piece chicken tender combo. Ate one tender and enjoyed it. No complaints. Second tender seemed off but I'm picky with chicken so I flipped it around to eat other end. Ate two bites still not liking the texture and flavor. Looked down and I saw the rawest chicken tender. Like it was barely cooked all they did was basically reheat the crust on the outside of the chicken. Never have I felt so instantly sick. Yes I know I can't have any illnesses from it but within 30 minutes I was vomiting. I called and spoke to the General Manager, Angie I think, and she just offered to remake it for me and she's talk to the team about proper cook time. I've only ever been there two times and wouldn't even dare try it another even if she remakes it. She seemed annoyed and upset about the fact she had to talk to the team. Not about the fact I ate the raw chicken from her store. Health violations to the max and she didn't care.

Instead of remaking 3 PIECES OF CHICKEN TENDERS.

My order wasn't suppose to be ready til 20 minutes after I called to change the order. Meaning there was time to correct a sauce for the food I'm paying for, the store manager Christine shouldn't be a store manager. If I come and they took the mango habanero and just redipped them in the fryer and then resauced I should have had no issue with gettin them remade, especially when not busy. I ordered garlic Parmesan and still tasted the mango habenero. She stated she wasted money if she had to remake 3 tenders just 3! I didn't have an order of 10, just 3 tenders. As a manager you want to leave your customers satisfied and would think let me just remake these simple 3 tenders . I left unsatisfied with food I paid for, and her attitude was gross and explained money loss as if it comes out of her pockets. For my first experience with this wingstop this was a 0 out of 10. The store manager with blonde hair.. just in case I got her name incorrect. I even reported to customer service and recorded the conversation just in case she decided to lie, due to hearing no complication over the phone with. Remake but a different answer when I walked in the store. I can understand a 10 piece but couldn't remake 3? Crazy and terrible service. Pretty sure it wouldn't harm anyone to throw in an extra 3 tenders with the batch they were throwing in the fryer at the same time. In the picture you can still see the mango sauce on tenders and the parm thrown on top. Very lazy service, and rushed as if the lobby was full and not only 3 other people in there.

10 Wing meal with fries and drink. Half Cajun and half spicy Korean flavors and honey mustard sauce for tbe fries.

On my 2nd visit I had the 10 piece half bone in half boneless with spicy Korean and Cajun. It was the best wings I've had since my last visit! Service by Shandi was great. Wingstop is still my #1 pick for delicious wings

    Lemon pepper. Yum!

I don't know why they have low stars, these wings hit the spot! I really have no complaints about the wings they were crispy and goooood! I ordered online, paid at store, and filled my drink. The drink station was a bit messy but no big deal. I snacked on the fries on my way home as you do. They were a bit soggy but I mostly came for the wings. The fries remind me of Five Guys but less fresh. But that won't deter me, I'm definitely coming back for some wings when I crave them. It's right down the street from me!

"Double-Fried Delight: Tipsy Chicken Gets It Right"…read more Tipsy Chicken in Mesa brought me right back to the Korean fried chicken spot I really enjoyed in Seoul years ago. We ordered the 7-piece bone-in chicken wings with sweet and spicy and honey butter sauces, and it delivered on every level. The double-fried crunch was perfect, the meat stayed juicy, and both sauces were excellent--the sweet and spicy had a nice kick, while the honey butter was rich and addictive. The fried mandu and fried rice rounded out our meal nicely, giving us a satisfying variety of flavors and textures. The vibe is casual and unpretentious, which I appreciated. We even brought our own boba drinks and no one batted an eye. It's the kind of spot where you can just relax and enjoy good food without any fuss. Service was friendly and efficient. If you're craving authentic Korean fried chicken without the plane ticket to Seoul, this place hits the spot. Worth the visit.

We checked it out last weekend, while in the area, looking for really good wings, so we could head back to the house and watch some football. This one came up on Yelp as pretty promising. So we decided to try it out. Boy was. I glad I stopped here! Now this is in a strip mall. Almost at the corner, Next to a Circle K or 7-Eleven. I can't remember which. Pretty big restaurant with several tables and booths. Clean and well lit with a large menu board. Service was prompt, and we were immediately helped by what I presume to be one of the family members and owners. This looks like a complete family operation with mom and dad and family working in the back. Definitely my kind of vibe. We decided to try a little bit of everything, including the traditional wing sauce, and the lemon pepper which is wet. That's something you usually won't find here in Phoenix and their version was fantastic. Really tangy and lemony. The traditional hot wing sauce was also notable Because so many people get it wrong. You have to have that right Balance of Vinegar, which they definitely have. Wings are decent sized and the price is actually pretty on point. I also ordered the JC burger and two of their hot Dogs. While they weren't Sonoran style, hot Dogs, the owner referred to them as Homestyle Mexican Hot Dogs, they were still really good, and as you can see from the pictures, full of fresh ingredients. I do prefer the Sonoran style though, so I would love to see them add that to the menu. The burger was decent, but I didn't find the Patty to be that substantial. Again, the toppings and the avocado were really fresh, so no complaints there. The only thing outside of that is I really wanted to try desserts, but we were headed to the pie place down the street so I decided to pass this time. But I definitely am looking forward to grabbing a banana split on my next visit!

I was thinking about wings, and remembered there is a little hole in the wall, strip mall wings place around the corner and down the street. There is nothing fancy about this place. There are some booths, some high top banquettes, and some tables, but not much on the walls, except TVs. You order at the counter and when the food is ready, they'll bring it to your table. I was surprised that it came in real plates, not disposable. The wings are really big--bigger than many other places. The sauce is good, and so is the ranch dressing. Even better, the prices are really great! I got six huge wings, a boatload of fries, and a large drink for $10 and change. They also sell burgers, scooped ice cream, tostis, and have quite an array of fresh fruit bowls. If ain't fancy, but it's a good choice for a yummy, fast, cheap meal. We will be back!!!

You can tell he actually cares about the dining experience and keeps up with his tables really well. Service alone was a 10 out of 10. Before coming in, we saw reviews complaining about a 20 minute wait for the food, but honestly that did not bother us because they let us know right away that the chicken is made fresh and would take around 15 minutes. If you know good fried chicken, you already know fresh chicken is worth the wait. I would rather wait a little longer for crispy, hot chicken than get something sitting under a heat lamp. And let me tell you, the chicken came out exactly how fried chicken should be. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, piping hot, and perfectly seasoned. The crunch had that fresh fry texture where you can actually hear it when you bite into it. For sides, I got the okra and mac and cheese. It was my first time trying fried okra and now I completely understand the hype. The seasoning on it was insanely good, especially paired with the Louisiana hot sauce. Definitely ask for the yellow peppers too because they add this juicy little pop of heat and crunch that takes the chicken to another level.
