This was, without a doubt, the worst service we've ever experienced. We placed a pickup order for 6:00 PM and arrived at 5:50 PM, waiting patiently for our name to be called. By 6:20 PM, it seemed like everyone else had received their orders except us. When we approached the counter to inquire, we were told that our name had been called at 6:00 PM--but we never heard it. We explained to the staff member that we had been waiting since 5:50 PM, only to be met with rude behavior and told to "get out of his store" simply for questioning what had happened. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking and completely unacceptable. If I could give a negative zero rating, I absolutely would. While the kitchen staff deserves credit for their work, the customer service at this location is appalling. We will not be returning to this location and will take our business to other locations in the future. It's hard to believe the owner of this establishment would allow such unprofessional behavior to continue for so long. Imagine starving and waiting food you ordered for almost an 1 hour but never receiving your food. Walked in about 5:10PM, personnel said it could take about 35 mins. I was good with that and decided to wait. I went to my car about 15 minutes then came back and sat inside the establishment. Customer after customer received their order. People who even came in way after me, which yeah "online order" I get that...but where is the priority in both??????? After watching the place clear out, I still didn't have my order. Ordered a mobile order for three piece chicken tender combo. Ate one tender and enjoyed it. No complaints. Second tender seemed off but I'm picky with chicken so I flipped it around to eat other end. Ate two bites still not liking the texture and flavor. Looked down and I saw the rawest chicken tender. Like it was barely cooked all they did was basically reheat the crust on the outside of the chicken. Never have I felt so instantly sick. Yes I know I can't have any illnesses from it but within 30 minutes I was vomiting. I called and spoke to the General Manager, Angie I think, and she just offered to remake it for me and she's talk to the team about proper cook time. I've only ever been there two times and wouldn't even dare try it another even if she remakes it. She seemed annoyed and upset about the fact she had to talk to the team. My order wasn't suppose to be ready til 20 minutes after I called to change the order. Meaning there was time to correct a sauce for the food I'm paying for, the store manager Christine shouldn't be a store manager. If I come and they took the mango habanero and just redipped them in the fryer and then resauced I should have had no issue with gettin them remade, especially when not busy. I ordered garlic Parmesan and still tasted the mango habenero. She stated she wasted money if she had to remake 3 tenders just 3! I didn't have an order of 10, just 3 tenders. As a manager you want to leave your customers satisfied and would think let me just remake these simple 3 tenders . So this is a follow up from my previous post I had with Wingstop! I had big issues so if you haven't read the review you should do you know why I'm writing this follow up! So after a MONTH has gone by with no refund as we were told we would have on our card within 3-5 days! If not plz call back! So we called and was told without the receipt we can't do anything even though the cashier that told us bout the refund is the one that took our receipt and she said she needed it for their records for the refund! We told the person we were taking to the girls name that told us bout the refund and the manager we talked to that night as well and she said sorry nothing we can do without receipt! Which is just BS! We were told 2 times the GM would call us we gave both of our numbers and guess what NO CALL!! We go in today and try one more time to see what we could do and they said we'll make you a new order that's it!! WE DIDNT LIKE IT the first time lol but since we were not gonna ever get our money back my husband said gone make it but easy on frying it and easy on sauce and they have 10 extra wings for free! So we waited and no surprise still gross! I placed an order with Shandi and was told it would take 18 minutes. So I left and went to Walmart. When I walked in another female associate created me ( I was the only customer there, a gentleman was leaving) and so I said I'm here to pickup my order. She assumed I was a driver and said to sign in, then I clarified and said oh I'm sorry, I placed my order here and I'm back to grab it. That's when she gave me attitude and said "Well you should be more specific!" I have never been to this location and haven't purchased from your establishment in years, so I didn't know what to say. Was actually going to grab something from the taco shop next door. However since it was Sunday, and they were closed. I ended up stopping here to grab a bite. It was Saturday night, we wanted wings, as one normally does, and we picked WingStop. I had ordered 8 Louisiana hot wings (boneless), 7 garlic Parmesan wings (boneless) and 6 mild chicken tenders, fries and ranch. We ordered online, fairly easy to order, and they were ready in about 15 mins. The store was clean, the employees were very busy, so understandably not overly friendly. We picked up the food and went home. Only then did we realize that our order was wrong, we got an order of plain bone in chicken wings (I don't think it had any seasoning on it at all), which was very disappointing. However, the garlic Parmesan wings were sublime! It was crispy, but not over fried, the interior was beautifully juicy. The butter based sauce was perfectly garlicky, and the Parmesan was the perfect amount of salty umami flavor. Seriously, I can't stop thinking about those wings. I'm not sure that the chicken strips were mild, they seemed fairly spicy but we didn't mind. The fries were delicious as well and I ordered them with light seasoning. It was unfortunate that we didn't get to try the Louisiana ones but since I now have an order of plain unseasoned and unsauced chicken wings, I can play around and maybe make my own sauce for it. Decent place to go when you need a wing fix. I got boneless bbq wings as well as boneless garlic Parmesan wings. I thought the garlic Parmesan were a little overpowering. I would eat them again, just not as much of them (I ordered 5). The bbq were good. French fries that came with the combo were okay. Nothing to write home about, but nice that you get them with your wings. Customer service was eh. The cashier seemed friendly at first but also came off kind of snippy at times. There was another cashier standing right beside her just staring into space. This location is not currently offering dine in, and there was only one other couple waiting for their order at the time I came in. However when I get there to pick up my food she handed me the wrong size drinks. No big deal! But that was only the beginning. She simply hands me the drink size I ordered and I go about filling up my drinks, grabbing my food and heading home. I get all the way home to realize there is not one ranch in my bag. I asked to speak with a manager and she tells me nope manager is busy but the whole time I can hear her relaying my issue to them and them answering her and telling her what to say. I'm not sure who answered the phone but she was not sympathetic or apologetic that THEY messed up. She took it as a joke. I paid $40 for my meals to not even eat half of it. This store supposedly closes at midnight. Last night at 11:20ish PM I made an order for pick up. When I got to the store all the lights were off, I almost thought they were closed until I pulled the door and it was open. I was welcomed by two girls filled with attitude. I got my food and when I went to fill up my soda cup, the ice was already taken out of the machine and they told me that they had no ice, I didn't think much of it and went about my night. When I got to my car and checked the food I found that they only gave me 4 tiny pieces of wings and some old stale fries when I ordered a 6 piece meal. By the time I walked back to the store around 11:40pm the door was already locked and I could see them inside by the acted like they couldn't see me. The reason this place got two stars was not because the food. It was delicious but the customer service was not. Three young girls, phones, chatter way too busy to bother. Then when we decided what to order, asking for details and help was with attitude. We have never been there before and we will not go back, to this location anyhow. Your food is awful. I ordered Parmasean fries as a side with half garlic parmesan and half mild wings. First off, the fries had no flavor. You have to at least salt them. I sprinkled them to make them edible, otherwise it was basically just a potato stick... Not a french fry. The Garlic wings just tasted like popcorn chicken and the mild wings weren't mild. They were tangy and lemony, no spice. I won't eat here again. I've noticed lately that cooks are making crappy food to keep people from coming but guess what, you keep that attitude and then restaurant will shut down and you'll lose your jobs.
