Great service and wings were perfect. No complaints at this location. They always have a nice attitude.

This was the spot! The wings were amazing!! I dined in and I'm so glad I did. I had the best experience, the young men and lady were so nice and accommodating. The inside had plenty of seating and was quite spotless! Will be coming back here to eat again! read more

Stopped by Wingstop for dinner and had a great experience. I liked that you could see the order progress on a sign inside so you wouldn't have to wonder how much longer. The wings were prepared nicely and had great flavor. Quick & easy! read more

Food is great, service is good, just don't waste your time thinking you should work there. They do not pay their employees. Ive been waiting 5 weeks and counting for my paycheck. read more

The wings were double fried to reheat, cook to long on second fry crisp and dried out. I would not recommend anyone go there. Buffalo Wild Wings close by. read more

Don't order to go, we have a 7 minute drive home from here, bag sitting on my lap I was wondering why it was feeling moist but didn't want to open up everything we got to see what was going on. As soon as I open the bag when we get in our room this is what I see (pictures attached) needless to say I also called because my brownie got ranch INSIDE IT to see if I could come back and grab another one they said they would have to talk to the manager... I hung up and just ended up getting refunded on DoorDash. You'd think if your packing ranch you'd make sure the tops are fully closed or even put them in a different bag for safety read more

We had a bad experience with food here on our first visit, but decided to give this establishment another chance. Sadly, the place was nearly empty for a reason. The wings were from old birds (tough), soggy though tasty. The fries were soggy and loaded with so much salt they were inedible. The staff seemed rather sad. This is a place in need of much better management and better procurement practices. Two stars was a generous rating. read more

We order from this location a lot but after today I don't think so. 30% of wings had to be thrown out because it was all feathers on it. I paid for 2 large ranch didn't get it I only got the milled sauce. read more

1 STAR - AWFUL I normally do not leave reviews that are negative, but I couldn't help but warn others about the experience I had at WingStop. After ordering my wings and eating them, I was BOMBARDED with FOOD POISONING. I can no longer consume any type of bbq just because of this food-service. Would not recommend!!! read more

Constant rude attitude and always closing the store and locking the door early! do not come here

I came to eat here @ 6606 FM 1488 Rd. .. I order my extra crispy well done .. they did a grate job , it's my first time I get my wings so crispy love it .. Im going to tell the manager his crew did a GRATE JOB ALSO THE CASHIER DESTINY I WILL COME BACK read more

Although the food is always correct and comes out promptly when dining in, this place is dirty. Workers will come and clean up the left over food/trays but I have never seen them wipe down a table. During the last visit, a fly was found in the bottom of the drink cup. When notified, a worker only offered a new cup and did not clean or even check the sweet tea. No discount off the meal, not even an apology. read more

Ordered $70 of food for delivery. They delivered $15 worth of the order. We called and they admitted they forgot to send the order complete. They refused to deliver the rest or provide a refund. The manager would not speak to us on the phone and claimed to be too busy. We only received 11 of 35 wings ordered, highlighted on the receipt here. This was a total disrespect for customer service. We just want we paid for or a refund. Not looking for anything extra. Bad business poor management. I wouldn't write this review if they just refunded us the difference or delivered the rest of the order. read more

Why 5 stars? Because this truly is my guilty pleasure. --- --- --- It really is not like me to patronize a national chain that serves greasy food, let alone give it 5-stars, but I can't help myself. During football season, there is no food that I crave more than unhealthy grease-fest that is served up by Wingstop. Here's what I love about it: 1) The wings are very meaty. Some in the bunch are a little less impressive, but there are always several that you can take a giant bite out of and not even get close to the whole wing. 2) The BBQ sauce is awesome and ample. They basically drench these wings in BBQ sauce and it's probably the most ideal flavor. 3) You can pay extra for all drums. Why would anyone ever choose a wing over a drum? Less meat and harder to eat. 4) You can specifically order an exact amount of either type of wing. For example, I ordered 13 BBQ and 7 Garlic Parmesan in my 20-pack. I've been other places that will only let you do that in certain numbers (i.e. only in quantities divisible by six). 5) The fries. Again, a guilty pleasure, but I love them. They remind of me Five Guys fries. During football season this is definitely one of our favorites and I'm glad this one is not too far from our new 'hood. read more

Unfortunately, this place has gotten our orders wrong on numerous occasions. Last Saturday, we placed a delivery order online. DoorDash delivered the food without ringing our doorbell, so it sat for 30 minutes before any of us realized it was here. the bag had neither a name on it nor a receipt. The big issue was opening the bag to find that what was sent was not our order. The bag contents were totally different and much smaller than the order we placed. I called immediately to complain. I spoke to Trent who assured me that my order was going to be credited after a day or so. This seemed a reasonable compensation to me, since they would not ship the correct order to us again at N/C. I waited 48 hours without a credit and called the restaurant. In fact, I called back two additional times to inquire as to the whereabouts of my promised credit. I even spoke to Trent who indicated tonight - one week later - that he was still working to process the credit with his leadership. Very poor customer service. This credit should have been processed immediately. There was no follow up or return call from the vendor. I don't think they had any intention of crediting me ever. Buyer beware if you do business with this vendor. Poor customer service and poor follow through. Always check your order with these guys, and avoid their delivery. The DoorDashers always seem to get it wrong. read more

This is the worst Wingstop I've been to. Given them 4+ chances. First two times they were extremely late. Didn't give us all drums, as I paid for. They forgot the extra dipping sauce last time, we called, the "manager" refused to tell us her name. What? How old must she be? This can't be out of the Manager handbook from Wingstop. My son ordered delivery, they left it at the wrong apartment and when he attempted to call back the delivery service and the location, all parties refused to make it right, redeliver or refund. What a terrible location. read more

Got dinner to-go, and everything was as ordered. The wings were large, and sauced just right. The kids liked the chicken tenders a lot, and we all love the fries with the seasoning. Their ranch is also really good! read more

Terrible experience. Had an issue with the order when placed. Tried calling numerous times and they wouldn't pick up the phone. Got here and they had two people working. ETA for the food was supposed to be 15 minutes and took 45. Not happy. The place also smelled like chemicals. read more

If it were possible to give negative stars, I would. The guy in front of me was upset because he was picking up an order and it took too long. my order was ready and I was pleased until I got home. when I opened the boxes, I found unsauced wings. It looked like they didn't want to do dishes and tried to sauce them in the containers, leaving most of the wings without sauce. I was and am super pissed. I have been going to wing stop for over 20 years and have been to countless locations. I have never seen such poor execution for any fast food place, and especially not from Wingstop. The nighttime manager us horrible and Trent needs to do a better job hiring good employees, because the ones that worked tonight, suck. Look at the pics and be the judge yourself. good luck trying to figure out what flavor these wings were supposed to be. read more

How do you say delicious when talking about chicken wings .....these are some of the most delicious chicken wings I've ever eaten... They are so moist! I love the parmesan and their french fries are out of this world. I don't know what they put on them but whatever it is I am addicted. I had never eaten at a Wingstop and wondered why anybody would ever go there just for some chicken wings... Well I soon found out when my granddaughter asked me to take her to lunch and she wanted to go to Wingstop. As you know ....grandmothers will do anything for there granddaughters so.... we went... and wow was I surprised. I told her I would probably only eat maybe two... Wow...... I lied!!!!! About 10 later... I was smacking my lips and saying OMG! I've gone back many times since then and have opened up the world of chicken wings to my husband... Now he's addicted. read more

I usually go in and order but I have used the app before. They're fast and they're polite. Haven't made a mistake with any of my orders. My go to wingstop. First experience was okay.. Lots of people waiting for their food. The restaurant was larger than other locations and clean. The employee that took our order was not friendly at all. He obviously did not want to be here. There were plenty of other employees eager to help. Our food arrived in the expected amount of time, was fresh and the order was correct. Food was consistent with other Wing Stop locations we've been. We all had boneless wings with fries and veggies. The location is convenient for us and we will likely be back. read more

If I could give a 0 I would!!! This place is run terribly. My girl friend was involved in a terrible car accident ( not caused by her) on her way to the store. I called them to cancel and ask for a refund and they respond by telling me "let me talk to the manager" and then hangs up on me. I was so busy making sure she was ok so I didn't bother calling back. She calls the next day twice and is left on hold for 30 minutes each until we gave up and hung up. We also had ordered food the next day to give them another chance and as our friend gets there they said they never put our order in they also when they made it forgot food in our order. They are by far the most unorganized wing stop ever and they may have made me a Buffalo Wild Wings fan and I hate there wings. Don't go here they are terrible!!! read more
