Don't order to go, we have a 7 minute drive home from here, bag sitting on my lap I was wondering why it was feeling moist but didn't want to open up everything we got to see what was going on. The wings were from old birds (tough), soggy though tasty. The fries were soggy and loaded with so much salt they were inedible. The staff seemed rather sad. The manager would not speak to us on the phone and claimed to be too busy. We only received 11 of 35 wings ordered, highlighted on the receipt here. This was a total disrespect for customer service. We just want we paid for or a refund. Not looking for anything extra. Bad business poor management. Although the food is always correct and comes out promptly when dining in, this place is dirty. Workers will come and clean up the left over food/trays but I have never seen them wipe down a table. During the last visit, a fly was found in the bottom of the drink cup. When notified, a worker only offered a new cup and did not clean or even check the sweet tea. Why 5 stars? Because this truly is my guilty pleasure. --- --- --- It really is not like me to patronize a national chain that serves greasy food, let alone give it 5-stars, but I can't help myself. During football season, there is no food that I crave more than unhealthy grease-fest that is served up by Wingstop. Here's what I love about it: 1) The wings are very meaty. Some in the bunch are a little less impressive, but there are always several that you can take a giant bite out of and not even get close to the whole wing. 2) The BBQ sauce is awesome and ample. They basically drench these wings in BBQ sauce and it's probably the most ideal flavor. 3) You can pay extra for all drums. Why would anyone ever choose a wing over a drum? Less meat and harder to eat. 4) You can specifically order an exact amount of either type of wing. For example, I ordered 13 BBQ and 7 Garlic Parmesan in my 20-pack. I've been other places that will only let you do that in certain numbers (i.e. only in quantities divisible by six). 5) The fries. Again, a guilty pleasure, but I love them. They remind of me Five Guys fries. During football season this is definitely one of our favorites and I'm glad this one is not too far from our new 'hood. read more

Unfortunately, this place has gotten our orders wrong on numerous occasions. Last Saturday, we placed a delivery order online. DoorDash delivered the food without ringing our doorbell, so it sat for 30 minutes before any of us realized it was here. the bag had neither a name on it nor a receipt. The big issue was opening the bag to find that what was sent was not our order. The bag contents were totally different and much smaller than the order we placed. I called immediately to complain. I spoke to Trent who assured me that my order was going to be credited after a day or so. This seemed a reasonable compensation to me, since they would not ship the correct order to us again at N/C. I waited 48 hours without a credit and called the restaurant. In fact, I called back two additional times to inquire as to the whereabouts of my promised credit. I even spoke to Trent who indicated tonight - one week later - that he was still working to process the credit with his leadership. Very poor customer service. This credit should have been processed immediately. There was no follow up or return call from the vendor. I don't think they had any intention of crediting me ever. Buyer beware if you do business with this vendor. Poor customer service and poor follow through. Always check your order with these guys, and avoid their delivery. They forgot the extra dipping sauce last time, we called, the "manager" refused to tell us her name. What? How old must she be? This can't be out of the Manager handbook from Wingstop. My son ordered delivery, they left it at the wrong apartment and when he attempted to call back the delivery service and the location, all parties refused to make it right, redeliver or refund. The guy in front of me was upset because he was picking up an order and it took too long. my order was ready and I was pleased until I got home. when I opened the boxes, I found unsauced wings. If I could give a 0 I would!!! This place is run terribly. My girl friend was involved in a terrible car accident ( not caused by her) on her way to the store. I called them to cancel and ask for a refund and they respond by telling me "let me talk to the manager" and then hangs up on me. I was so busy making sure she was ok so I didn't bother calling back. She calls the next day twice and is left on hold for 30 minutes each until we gave up and hung up. We also had ordered food the next day to give them another chance and as our friend gets there they said they never put our order in they also when they made it forgot food in our order.
