Fries were great , wings weren't prepared crispy as I so fervently requested. And the wings were huge. Eww The fountain drink was underwhelming. I'm not a big fan of fountain drinks bc even without ice , the coke was flat. I didn't love my meal. Half of it ended up in the hotel's garbage. This was my first visit to this location. I didn't actually get any food from Wingstop and here's why... when I was ready to place an order for the 50 wing meal, neither the website nor the app would allow me to place my order for pick up. I called them to place the order, but they couldn't take phone in orders either. I was going to have to go there, place my order, and then wait for it to be prepared. Hope you can count, I ordered 2 10 piece wings today and only got 9 on one of my orders. My day isn't ruined but it doesn't help that when I call the company and was going to talk with someone they immediately put me on hold and once I called back 1-2 times it went straight to "your call can not be completed at this time for the line is busy" and then it hangs up. The wings were awful, I ordered online and showed up 15 mins after the website said the food was going to be ready and it was not ready. The food was being made when I was standing there which was great because I knew my food would be fresh however it wasn't fresh which was weird. I didn't eat in the restaurant because it was extremely packed inside and none of the tables were available. I went to my hotel which was about 5 minutes from the store. I got to my hotel and took out my food and the wings all 20 of them were over done like almost burnt and very chewy at the same time. I was very disappointed because I've never had a bad experience at Wing Stop until this day . Knowing the particular shopping center this place just opened in, and combined with the newness, I decided to cut my losses and order online for pick up, thus ensuring as little of a nightmare as possible with parking and traffic The menu is primarily focused on the wings, of course; there are some other offerings but let's talk about the wings. Wings come in a variety of sizes and combinations and then you get to choose your sauces and dips. There are plenty of sauce levels available, from basic mild, to atomic listed on the menu, which ought to please just about any palate in your crew. The wings were a combination of wings and drumsticks and were average sized and cooked pretty well in my opinion... not too soft, but they also could have been crispier. The online order turned out to be a fail, with the order mostly wrong. It was such a shit-show when I went in that I did not check the order at the store, so my bad. Our town has been monopolized by Buffalo Wild Wings for years. Things got better with East Coast wings, but now this place changes the game. Competitive prices with a much better wait time. This was my first time having Wingstop. I had the 10pc combo with Hickory Smoked BBQ, and Spicy Korean Q flavors. Great amount of sauce, and the fries were out of this world. I would go for the fries alone. The only downside to mention is the location. It's fairly small, and the seating is awkward. But honestly, their time from order to delivery on your food is so short that the table turnover will get better after opening week. Great addition to the city, go check it out! read more

These may be the worst wings in Lynchburg. When I arrived to pick up my wings they hadn't been started. One of the workers offered to add 10 extra wings for free. It only went downhill from here. The wings were extremely over cooked and dry. The seasoning were also extremely sub-par. The parmigiana garlic wings seem to use the parmigiana cheese that comes in the plastic containers. Half of my order was GONE (not due to tampering from my delivery driver.) Which was baffling to me, because how do you see $16.99 meal deal and only think to put chicken and dip into the bag lol? Both fries were missing and my chicken count was off by two but I decided against bringing that up, but maybe I should have after all the trouble lol. It was highly disappointing but I called the store in hopes to get things right and I was told to speak to Terrell the next time I order or stop by(which defeats the purpose of having it delivered but mistakes happen I guess.) I happened to be going to that part of town and stopped by and relayed the message I was told to. The girl at the front said that "Terrell had actually just left for the day", but then he came out just moments later??? LOL, not even going to call her out on that, I just wanted my fries. Then Terrell lets them know that I was supposed to receive two fries and then the wait began. At the time I entered, their business was relatively slow, granted, I can't account for their online orders, so I decided to give them a little leeway when it came to the wait. This was at 10 to 15 minutes. I'm an extremely patient person and I understand they get a lot of business, I'm sure I don't even know the half of it, So I wait.... and I wait... and I wait.. And more and more people are coming in ordering, picking up, etc. But I'm sitting here waiting on something I truly don't believe takes more than 10 minutes. All I asked for was fries. Meanwhile, these people are getting full-course meals AFTER me. It's been 40 minutes at this point and I started thinking this is just ridiculous timing for some fries bruh. Finally, I go up to the counter and ask what's going on with my order, the girl who lied tells me she just reminded the guy that was supposed to be making my fries. I took a seat back down and maybe 10 or more mins go by and the guy looks at me and asks "Fries?" and I could not be happier. Screaming and jumping for joy! Absolute bliss, I felt! But it was short-lived. Because, I opened the bag, and there were two small boxes. And I thought, Oh, He probably just got the sizes wrong, easy fix! NOPE! There's corn and that putrid Mango Habanero chicken that loves to stink up my car. No offense to the Mango Habanaro I go back in and get my stuff and I'm well over it by now. But, hey, at least I got my fries!:) Except, They were not my fries. Because there was no fry seasoning on them. And to top it off, some of the fries tasted like dirty potatoes. Assumed that the two small containers in one bag were the two sides of veggie sticks that we were supposed to get. No. One was veggie sticks and the other was the ranch dressing. So got shorted a serving of veggie sticks. Had at least two wings that were chewy.....gross. Shocked we got forks in the bag. No napkins.
