3/7/2019 @5:24pm I Mark Tynes walked into wingstop in Los Banos California I placed an order for a 10 piece boneless and a 10piece classic bone in I added 5 piece bone less for $3.69 . I sat down and waited for my order .A man called my name handed me a bag I left with my two drinks and drove 26 mile to my home .when me and my wife sat down to eat I opened the bag and there was only half the order on the bag 26 miles and half my food WOW! I then called the wing stop located 1989 E Pacheco Blvd j, Los Banos, CA 93635 told the women on the phone about my order and she stated "the other part of you order is right here on the counter" YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER BAG BECAUSE YOU ADDED ON TO YOUR ORDER " I then stated to her no I didn't I came in and made one order not two. ( now I'm mad) I ask so who was supposed to tell me I had another bag (that I was supposed to wait for ) for this add on order I made ( that I did make). Up until this point I still haven't received an apologies I ask for her district managers number, she says she doesn't have it but she can call her manager so I tell her to do so. This guy gets on the phone and he tells me the same thing at first then he tells me that it was he did caught it he should have said something to me when he handed me the bag and that he was not trying to not give me my order in full and there is no district manager just and owner . Still up to this point it's still my fault for not waiting for my second bag. It's real funny because when I picked up my remade order it was in ONE,1 ,UNO,UN,EIN,Odin Bag.But here is the great think about this before he got off the phone he said he would tell the woman that was helping me that he would make sure he takes my name down so when i come in again he would make sure i got a 10 piece wing free of charge( to be honest my mind was already made up I was going to send emails to the wing stop corporation period about this) so i handed her the phone so he could advise her. I had the worst service ever here. I ordered ahead of time over the phone and they told me 20 mins I came 10 mins early. There was no customers there and there was a guy and girl working and I saw them making out in the back of the kitchen. They were also playing very loud disgusting music in the back. They hadn't even started my food yet and I had to wait 30 additional mins. When I finally received my food. It was burnt and gross. I was so pissed off I went to the wingstop website to find a phone number to call and the number was out of service. Then I filed a complaint online and emailed them, and they never got back to me. It's sad this is the only wing spot in town. This is the third time there is something wrong with my order. Usually, it's something small but today I was missing 10 wings out of a 30 piece order. And when I called the employee wasn't at all understanding or apologetic. After I went back for my missing wings they weren't ready and the employee up front had major attitude. Came upon this place because my boyfriend and i were on our way home from vacation. We stopped by because we thought it would be a quick stop. Wow, was I wrong. We waited 40 minutes for 2 small combo orders. 40 minutes for a total of 12 wings and 2 sides or fries. I thought the wing stop in my hometown was bad. After we got our wings my boyfriend went to fill up his drink with Fanta. There was none left. Along with no ketchup as well. After we finished our food I went to use the restroom. The toilet paper and towel holders were completely flung open. I dont know if it's the two girls there who don't know how to do their job or their managers for allowing them to be alone. They looked completely confused and couldn't keep up with the line out the door. Dirty old food was still left from customers before making it hard for people to come in and enjoy their food. Horrible place every time I come here I order ahead of time and they tell me it will be ready in 18 min and I show up 25 min after to pick it up and they never even have it started it's ridicules. Im new to town and this is now my 3rd time ordering a pick up order. On the phone and in person the service is GREAT however, something in their process is not right. All 3 times they told me my order would be ready at a certain time and ALL 3 times the order was approx 15 min AFTER my arrival time. TODAY I stood at the counter as she said I'm missing your frys, give me 5 min. And JUST like LAST TIME I saw them work on my ENTIRE order while I waited. 15 min later I saw them pull my frys AND 8 wings out of the fryers. The girls are VERY friendly and this seems to be a lack of TRAINING. I hope you Pay attention to this feedback and improve your process and you will make it with our growing town. 5 stars for your staff and the 2 stars above for your poor process in place. I have never experienced such service at a "fast food" joint. Very poor customer service. We ordered 15 classic wings/10 boneless with 2 large fries. We waited over an hour for this order. The order could have taken longer if we didn't ask what was taking so long. Their excuse was that it takes longer to cook classic wings. I've never heard such a thing. It's meat and it shouldn't take that long. People who ordered after we walked in received their order way before us. It took them 20 minutes for their order. They placed the wings in the bag where it spilled. They did not apologize for anything. I would not recommend eating here AT ALL. You could get better and faster tasty wings at 7/11. The wings have an odd flavor to them, and fries have very salty seasoning! When asked for fries to come without seasoning, I was still giving fries with seasoning. I then asked to return them and have fries with no seasoning and was given a very rude attitude! The manager is very rude and does not watch after his employees and their actions!! Came in on the opening day,the girls weren't so greeting like other wingstops. The wings are always good so no complaints there . My only suggestion is that they'd up the importance of customer service,now there was one girl who was a cook I believe she was mentoring the girls at the front to upsell the buns,I wish I could've gotten her name but she was the only lively person there but she was just headed out. So upon arriving the wait wasn't long at all,when we ordered there was 2 registers with 2 girls at each we ordered 15 piece combo add 5 with a large fries and drink. The girls charged us individually for everything and then my husband corrects them even though all times are correct it's still cheaper doing it as a combo and the girl still had the nerve to ask if he wanted her to refund it?,like yes...it was refunded and after that we had no complaints although itd be nice if there was more decor and if they had that awesome multi soda machine. read more
