Worker at the front desk was friendly when we went to pick up our order. I feel bad saying this but this quite literally the worst Wingstop I have ever gotten wings from. I was just visiting town and we got a 15 piece meal for two, bone in lemon pepper wings with lemon pepper fries. We asked for both well done and both were soggy. The wings were drenched in oil and had like 0 seasoning on them. And to top it off we waited about 40 minutes for them to be ready. When I went inside to pick up my food there was like 8 people in there working all at once so like how is even possible for the orders to be coming out so slow? This location really needs someone to come in there and retrain the workers because I have never experienced this level of low quality Wingstop in my life, I'm sure the current crew is preventing Wingstop from making as much sales as they could be making. Is it possible to make worse wings than Wingstop? Are there any worse sauces available? Wings are supposed to be somewhat crispy outside, and moist on the inside. Wingstop makes them soggy on the outside and inside. Their sauces are terrible too. A better idea is to make them at home, in your oven, cooking the wings on wire racks. It takes at least 1.5hours, but well worth it. ALWAYS apply sauce AFTER cooking. Otherwise the wings stay soggy, just like Wingstop. read more
