We placed an order, and that interaction went well. Usually when they deliver we get a knock at the door or they ring our door bell. When it's someone from the actual business, it's never late or delayed and they're always nice. It had been close to an hour and no knock, no door bell. So I went out to check if they had just left it without notifying us and sure enough, it was out there on the ground. By this time, the 2 pizzas, sticks and wings were no longer hot. We called and spoke with the manager. We were told to bring it back and they would re-make the food for us. No apology, no offer to make up for the cold food they brought us. It's not our fault they don't have drivers and had to use door dash. So now we have to drive there and sit around for 45 minutes while they re-make the food? Never ordering or going there again. The disconnect between the people we order from and the actual business is a problem. So is their refusal to address or compensate for the problems it causes. You sent me a driver who didn't knock on my door, and just let my food get cold and it's my fault?

It's fairly new, and the place was impeccably clean, right down to the restroom, which had a pleasant air freshener fragrance. Salad bar was well stocked with fresh ingredients and a lot of options. The pizza was cooked perfectly. Manager was very nice and friendly and accommodating of a special request. There is an electric car charger right next to his location, which we look for. I'm rating based on expectations for a pizza chain. We will definitely be back.

And a manager said no just wait till we get some more orders. That explains why when I walk in I have the pizza within 15 +/- minutes, and if I call it in, they always tell me 40 minutes, and it takes 40 minutes to an hour to get my order.
