We ordered the pretzel crust pizza with crazy bread combo. There was orange slimy gunk all over the pizza. Don't know if it was the sauce, cheese or crust that was bad, but my 11 year (who loves little Ceasars) immediately spit it out and said it tasted nasty. I ran into my friend in there who ordered a couple hot & ready's too & she texted me that both her pizzas were bad in the same condition & she had to go to work so didn't have time to return them. Worst little ceasers I've ever been too! They never have pizzas ready. It seems the employees are let to do whatever they want in the back rather than work consistently to have pizzas ready. The last time I was there there was a huge wait and there were kids in the back playing around and making pizzas for themselves instead helping speed things up. This place is terrible - I placed an order on the app to avoid lines and having to order in the store. I get a call from the store telling me they are out of dough for the breadsticks I ordered (I ordered several). He said I can come by and pick them up tomorrow. I chuckled because I ordered pizza and breadsticks today not tomorrow. I said it's fine just cancel the order. He tells me he has no way of doing it. I asked how would I get my money back he said he didn't know to maybe call when a manager is there or through the app. He shouted asked someone, he repeated "through the app". The young man was competent clueless. I called back after a few minutes the girl tells me it's through the app. The app - I submitted a form and nothing! I submitted another and nothing. I called the customer service number and busy tone 24/7. I called the store 3 times today no one ever answers. Terrible store terrible company will never ever order pizza from here. So I still have no received a refund for food I did not receive. It's January 27th 2022 - no refund yet and no one from the store nor the company has reached out to us. Called the store a few more times and no one answers. This is incredibly unprofessional. I would never be purchasing pizza from such a horrible company. Update - the area store manager called me 1/27/2022 - She repeated a story to which the manager told her and supposedly watched footage from the day at the store. I was told by her that's it's weird I was told there was no dough for the breadsticks because they always have some (don't you think I though that was weird too?!). She said she saw the footage and there was breadsticks. She also said something about my order being processed twice and a DoorDasher picked it up. Very odd because I never used DoorDash I used the little Caesar's Direct App- she said a lady picked it up and gave "my information". Then made a comment that was scary for the store - I was like scary for me too don't you think because my information was given which again it's odd. She also mentioned my Order was process twice (with breadsticks)?!?? I was like what?! So confused! I explained that after I cancelled or requested to cancel my order the guy must have not communicated because I got an email saying my pizza was uploaded to the portal I was like what?!! How do I not know someone at the store ended giving it away to a relative or friend? The area manager asked if she can give me the same order and I can come by and pick it up - I told her I don't mean to be rude but I do not want anything to do with this store ever again. I simply want my money back for food I didn't receive. She finally agreed to a refund after a long conversation back and forth and a month later. I did not appreciate being made feel as I was some liar and her crew did everything right - SEE reviews on Yelp about the customer service! It's sad to say that this company lacks professionalism and just because you've been doing a job as an area manager for so long does not mean you're good at it (she made a comment on how she has been doing this for many years and visits the store every 2 days). She was trying to be reasonable at the end of the conversation but at the start came off as very defensive and a bit argumentative (the area manager). I told her I had no energy to argue - I simply didn't get my food and want my money back. And I tried my best not to get upset just communicate with her. Personally, Even when my food is bad, if I receive it I pay for it and be on my way. That's it. I don't argue. But I didn't receive it so to me it's like taking my money for nothing. This is the worst Little Caesars I've ever been too. Will not be returning. Ordered online for pick up. Waited 30 minutes, then headed there at the specified estimated window. After there, it took 4 trips in and out of the store, back and forth waiting in my car, then talking to the employees for the order to finally be ready. It took 30 minutes total after my "pick up window" before I got my order. I think they lost my order and maybe started after I got there? They are very disorganized.
