I haven't eaten here in so long I though I'd try it again.. first my order was wrong I was craving deep dish or pan and the gave me original and without checking my driver left so I was just going to try and enjoy it. Horrible to much mariners cheese pepperoni do not taste the same had a few pieces and I was done I guess this why I don't eat out much any more unless its a restaurant with servers. Ordered at 11:30 am have been here all day it's 2:38 pm right now waiting on 1 large 3 topping and 4 personal pizzas. Service is terrible super disorganized they can't keep track of the tickets that come in and got overwhelmed quickly causing the 3-4 hr wait. Dine-in service is not good. It looks like this Pizza Hut is catering more towards Carry-out or delivery. We sat down at a table for about 10 mins. I walk to the cashier to place an order and confirmed that we are dining in (not carry out). Pizza was cooked fast, so that's good. Gentleman called my name to pick up from counter. I was a little perplex because it was in a pizza box. I ask if this was my order because it was for dine-in. The gentleman says "yes this is your order. What were you expecting?" I mention that I thought the pizza would be brought out with plates and not in a box. Gentleman responded "pizza is pizza but it's in a box". Okay not the response that I was looking for. He gave me some paper plates and napkins. Maybe Pizza Hut changed their dine-in policies. It's now order and self-self (similar to the Pizza Express at the airports). But at least provide some customer service training. read more

First thing I smell upon opening the box? Sugar! I suspect that's the reason kids will eat such horrible pizza. Pizza Hut also chronically undercooks their pizzas so the cheese comes out white. Awful. The pizza choices in Los Banos aren't very good. As a result, I bought an Ooni Pizza Oven and learned how to make real Neapolitan (NY style) pizza at home for about 1/4 the cost of chain pizza. Yes indeed, I outpizza-ed Pizza Hut and everyone else in Los Banos. It's not even close, and no, my pizza doesn't smell like sugar. This is the worst pizza we have had. Got the triple treat box. The bread sticks are so hard they can't be eaten, the cinnamon rolls did not rise and were incredibly small and over cooked. The thin crust pizza is so over cooked its inedible...better off eating the box.....what a waste of $30. I would give it a minus one if I could. read more

Pizza Hut is as synonymous as America and Apple Pie. But let's not be distracted by the fact they they've slipped the past decade and maybe longer. However, because they've been around so long every so often you give them a look even though there's now better options. Today was such a day. Gave them a shot on their pan crust $10 offer. Truthfully it tasted the same way it did when I got the book club gift certificate in elementary. So that's worthy of two stars. The crap part is they are now charging for cheese and peppers. Has the China virus hit Pizza Hut so hard that they can't give packets of cheese and peppers? They need to rethink this faulty strategy. read more

Terrible service. No one answers the phone . The food is made wrong, yet they can't answer their phone at all. If you call the number it just plays an ad and then not long after that they just hang up. I would not come here again. read more

Edit 7/31/20 - I went back to the store with the remains of the pizzas, and asked if I could just get some pasta instead of any more pizza. Marina set me up with two pans of pasta, and even bread sticks and dipping sauce. No hassle at all. So I'm changing 2-stars to 4-stars. Have to take one star away from 5 just because of the problems with the pizzas! First off, I have to say the people and service here were excellent. The guy that took my order was very friendly, and my pizza arrived faster than I've ever had, about 20 minutes. The driver was nice too. However, the pizza was TERRIBLE. I ordered a large pepperoni stuffed-crust. It was so flat and greasy, and they're didn't seem to be any cheese on it at all. Maybe just enough to cover the sauce, if that. The stuffed part was basically all dough, a little longer of white rubbery stuff that wasn't melted I guess was the stuffed cheese part. It was bad enough that I called them about it. The person I spoke to was really helpful, helped me decide on another replacement pizza. She even commented that the pan crust would probably seem greasy as well so I went with thin and crispy. Also arrive very quickly. But it was just as bad. It also seems like no cheese, and texture was like soggy cardboard. On a cracker. (Matza bread if you're familiar with that). They were both so bad I actually couldn't even eat any of either and that's a first. So, for an inedible pizza, waiting for another inedible pizza, one order of cinnamon bread sticks, taxes, delivery charges, driver tips, and hassles, I shelled out about $40. The cinnamon sticks were edible, at least. Best I can say for them. I've had good pizza from Pizza Hut before, so perhaps it's just different now with the virus. Unfortunate though. Ordered Cinnabons and was told they only make so many a day. So our entire order had to be refunded. 5pm on a weekend...

We ordered out last night, the pizza had like 3 pineapples on it. Ordered out today, the "stuffed crust" wasn't even stuffed even after we doubled check with the ignorant girl at the front. I don't know why fast food workers want to get paid good when they can't even put toppings on a pizza, I'm trying to really hard right now not to freak out because it is only pizza but when I pay EXTRA for something I expect to get what I paid for, and not some lie. How disappointing to bite into some basic crust. Y'all need to get it together at this location. Y'all make pizza not send rockets to the moon, it's not that hard. read more

I love that this place takes part in the "book it" program. We come here about once a month or so to redeem my daughter's coupons from school. The staff is highly efficient and the managers are great. Inside is cl we an and presentable, and there are a few decent games for younger children. read more

This has to be a different breed of Pizza Hut. I have never tasted a better pie from another Pizza Hut. It seems like they actually take the time to PROPERLY make the pizza with care. I lived here for a few years and this place has always been consistent with the taste and quality! Maybe they use local veggies, since they always taste fresh. When I received my order she made a mistake on my order and I made a mistake on one of the pizzas I ordered. She refused to correct the problem initially and reluctantly agreed to correct it after arguing with her about the incorrect order. I Ordered "Contactless" pizza, and then had to get off my car and walk inside 10+ min after I clicked "I'm here" since nobody came outside to hand me my order. I called 4 times and no answer. When I walked in it was cleared that they are not paying attention to the process and or orders due. Oh my gawd, this pizza made when I came here was terrible in size, shape, taste and texture. In how the pizza had a bad cheese taste and smell, along with sort of the cheese slipping off the slices literally right off. The pizza was thinner then every other pizza place I have eaten at. The delivery was a lot faster than was quoted and the girl that took my order was very polite as was the girl that delivered it. The pizza looked and tasted amazing. My last order took an hour and a half for delivery and was cold. I decided to try again and ordered online. I ordered at 6:15pm and the put in a later delivery time of 7:30. At 7:50 I called the store and asked where my pizza was. He said they just received my order and it will be there shortly. (I call BS) At 8:30 my order finally arrives and guess what, no pizza. I ordered pizza, wings and a chocolate chip cookie. I checked my email and saw that it wasn't on my order so somehow the online order system dropped it. I chalked it up to not checking the cart when I finished my order and decided I'll have to make something else to go with my wings. When I opened the box I had 16 COLD boneless wings when I had ordered regular hot wings. I tried calling the store and was put on hold for 6 minutes so I hung up and called back. I then called back and when they finally picked up I explained to them what happened he basically said, "what do you want me to do about it?" I said I want a refund or the correct wings and a pizza throw in for the inconvenience you caused me this night. He said he can't give refunds and they're all out of chicken wings.
