I waited a little over an hour for a one item order, I ordered around 11:40pm using the app and didn't actually receive my food until 12:49pm. On top of this the app was saying my order was ready a good 30-40 min before I actually received my food. To add the little cherry on top of this bad experience when I recover my order the item was incorrect. I wouldn't order here again and wouldn't recommend anyone the experience. terrible customer service not only was my order wrong (i talked to a worker before i placed my order and asked for plain) Used the app and said it was ready i continued to wait another 30 minutes(after already waiting an hour) while the cashier kept asking for my name and getting it wrong. I personally saw my order in the back with my name on it and when i ask the cashier again for my order she says that it isn't my order and repeats my name of the order.....Jocelyn that is my order take a fucking minute to actually listen to the customer. read more

The new parking arrangement is an accident waiting to happen. Now they make you wait for your takeout food on the same side of the building as the drive-in entrance. Meaning, you back out of the parking lot blind, into the direct path of people entering. I will not patronize such stupidity again. read more

I ordered through the drive-through. Then drove up to the window and paid the girl handed the bag to me then the drink. I drove when I got to the hotel their was no napkins. Also I was not asked if I needed anything else. So I did not get any sauce for my chicken tenders because I was too busy making sure I gave her the correct change. We picked up our food using the kfc app scheduled for pick up at a certain time. We got there early and our food was ready to be picked up but some items were cold. We waited in line to inform the staff and change out the fries and staff stated it was our fault for being late. The experience was unnecessarily unpleasant. read more

Horrible customer service like always. So we come here maybe once a year..we avoid it unless we really crave chicken and some biscuits. We decided to give them a try after 2 year of not coming...We came about 2 months ago and it was decent good. The girl taking out order was very nice. We came back tonight due to our last experience being good (1st time we come twice in a year) and it was just so disappointing just like it use to be. The chicken was so gross (the original recipe). It was not edible. I asked the girl in the front if she can change it to the extra crispy (since that chicken was cooked decent and was actually good). She didn't want to at first said that's how the Chicken is since it just came out of the fryer. Literally is was so greasy; the skin was mushy & falling off the chicken. After explaining that we could not eat it like that, she then changed it (with an attitude and the rolling eyes). I thought it was very rude but I just played nice I mean she isn't the one that cooked it so I mean she isn't at fault. She gave me the original recipe again after I had requested extra crispy; I was trying to avoid the original recipe in case it was all bad....but at this point I didn't want to argue since she gave such an attitude. The chicken was again, gross. I think they either 1. The oil wasn't hot enough, or 2. They fried too much chicken at the same time. So the original recipe was not cooked right (the crispy was). We literally didn't eat half the chicken...we should have asked for a partial refund but that girl was not going to have it ( she has blonde highlighted dyed hair with glasses). I didn't feel like arguing...sadly we lost money on tonight's dinner. We are back to not coming back again. read more

Sorry to say but this place is not what it use to be. Food wise don't taste the same. Kfc was one of my favorite to go and eat, but yesterday was the las day to go there. Yesterday I was craving for KFC so I made a pit stop at this place and by the time I got home hour and a half away, barely made it. I had the ugliest Diarrhea in a long time. Don't know if it was the chicken or mash potato but it tasted funny. I has been almost 15 hours and still have Diarrhea. The stars are for the food. Every time I order the food is nice and hot. I wasn't going to write a negative review but I came a second time and the girl on the drive thru was rude. I don't know why this KFC is so stingy about their hot sauce packets. So I pulled up and placed my order through the drive thru. I ordered two buckets of family meals. I get to the window and I asked for hot sauce packets because many places now won't give you sauce unless you ask and the girl with attitude says "It's in the bag!" The fact that I saw that she wasn't the one who packed the food she sure was overly confident with that attitude. I then asked for extra packets since it was two family meals to which she gives me 5 packets. I get home and not only was my ordered messed up but the only hot sauce packets in the bags was the 5 packets I got when I asked for extra sauce. I work in the food industry I know mistakes happen all the time but there is no need to be rude. This is the second time they are rude. KFC talk to your staff. No customer needs to be rude to them but they also don't need to be rude to the customer. Simple as that. read more

We visited friends in the area, and we decided to take two $20 chicken meals. It smelled great, and we were ready to eat. It took less than 5 minutes to arrive at our destination. When we opened the buckets of chicken, we were amazed! All the chicken was saturated in grease. So much so that we couldn't remove any of the chicken from the buckets without all the "extra crispy" coating sliding off the chicken and into a pile of oil and breading at the bottom of the bucket. Don't get me started on the side orders. They were equally disappointing. I've been to many KFC's in as many different states; this franchise is by far the worst that I have ever seen. We tried calling them to express our concern. No one answered the phone. Not once after several attempts to contact them. So we decided to throw everything away and went out for pizza. With family living in the Valley we pass through Los Banos frequently. Twice now we have stopped at this establishment for a quick meal and both times it proved to be a mistake. It will not happen again. The first visit a few months ago the service was chaotic and it took 20 minutes from ordering to receiving food. This time we tried the drive through and were served up cold food. Cold, old and withered looking fried chicken. How does this happen? My wife noted that the tenders looked like they came from the grocery store frozen section. How disorganized do you have to be to not notice cold food going over the counter? Ordered hot wings, they were terrible. Saturated in grease, dark in color like the oil was in desperate need of changing. They were soggy, not crunchy and they had just come out of the fryer so it wasn't because they had been sitting around for a while. Poor management, you cut corners you lose customers. Nice workers, delicious food... but a hint of food poisoning from the cheese curds. I had the curds and a root beer float. I can only pinpoint it to the curds because they were really greasy and were difficult to chew. The drive through is reasonably fast and the location is perfect for a quick stop... :) Just be wary of the curds! read more

This KFC, Los Banos, has slipped so bad, I'd rather eat chicken from a gas station. Took my mom there over weekend and due to COVID had to go through drive through, 11:45 a.m., no other customers., so this early in the day, chicken should be piping hot and fresh. no such luck. Our biscuit was clearly from the night before as was the chicken: both cold and hard as rocks! Completely omitted our extra large cole slaw, poor quality food. And the inside is a cramped shanny! You can't see what's going on, how the kitchen looks,etc. As soon as I got home, I immediately called to tell them to drive the cole slaw over or flag down grubhub, no dice! Told them the food appeared to be leftover from night before: oh well. What a shame! I've been going to this KFC since it was erected 30 years ago. I live in Atwater, CA and the KFC there is open, big, wide, airy, lighted well and you can see everything that is going on in the kitchen, you can see all the food is freshly prepared: no secrets at the Atwater store. I've been in this town for 8 years and this is the second time I went to this KFC and now it's the second time they had gotten my order wrong. Before I left I checked the order and they didn't give me the extra mash and gravy argued with the employee give me my food that I had purchased an extra mashed and gravy she said no with the receipt in her hand. I said I had paid for an extra mashed and gravy I told her to look at the receipt and all she said was my bad. I also payed extra for chicken breast that I never received. The Los Banos KFC needs to work on being prepared for the lunch rush. I am a local and work very close by, but with a less than 30 minute lunch window, KFC is out of the question for lunch. Tried again today, 5/23/18 at 12:30 pm. Long line inside so I got in the drive thru and when I ordered, not an unusual order, duh "chicken"; I was told there was a minimum of a 10 minute wait. But it is lunch time!!! Why is this location so dense. You get traffic people, plus locals daily. Wish the LB KFC could please get it together, you are losing business daily. Wake up!!! read more
