On a road trip, just wanted to stop for a quick bite. Order was wrong, pointed it out, but took it anyway. No big deal, however the chicken was dry like it had been sitting for a long time, the biscuits were dry and hard. The place is a filthy mess, bathrooms were dirty and in disrepair. Typical KFC menu & I do like the drive through option. I usally will get the honey/bbq chicken strip's if I stop here. I feel since KFC was made to change the way they fry there chicken, it's just not the same as it once was & i've tryed the grilled chicken a couple time's & just wasn't impressed with it. read more

As soon as they gave me the food in a bag thru the drive way it stenched like rancid oil. Called them back that I didn't care for my tenders...but my stomach ached by the end of my shift just from one nibble and didn't go back and returned the tenders. Very disappointing visit. While at the drive through I asked what their price on a specific item was because I didn't see it on their menu and was told they did not memorize the menu so they gave me an approximate price. I decided to go inside and unfortunately the place was a mess. There was orange syrup all around the counter at their fountain drink station with dirty lids (most likely kids playing with the soda machine), about 6 dirty tables. Patrons were trying to find a clean table to sit and enjoy their meal at AND an overflowing garbage can. It was gross. read more

Despite the reviews I went here anyways. I just want ed a hot meal I'm staying in the hotel. Down the street. My order was wrong they gave me nothing to eat with no butter for the dry biscuit I received and got a combo instead of a dinner like asked I went back for something to eat with a and after getting in my car and going back twice the only thing Manger could offer me after complaining is to come back again after saying a spork butter and napkins are upon request only. I have given this place several chances and MORE and frankly I wont be going there again. Each time I go they short me . I order a 3 piece chicken meal, they give 2 pieces. I order a family meal and they didn't give us any biscuits ! The food is half stale and OMG I am not a complainer people just take my word for it. They always screw up here at our expense. They've had their last chance. The worst part is I live in Dos Palos and i don't realize their screw up until i get home. I've eaten here twice. First time - great no problem. The original recipe seemed a little soft/greasy in some spots but not too bad. But I ate there two nights ago (9/11) and got a two piece meal, mash potatoes and green beans on the side. The green beans didn't smell or taste very good so I didn't finish them. Later that night I woke up in a sweat, very nauseaus. I was able to take pepto and set things right. I'm not sure what I ate that may have caused this...but since I saw another posting about food poisoning, thought this might be valuable for someone else. read more

Orderd a 20 dollar fill up dinner pulled to the drive thru window waited 5 minutes no one came to the window. Left this kfc with nothing but being very angry got home called them up to complain. Was offerd 1 piece of extra chicken for the poor service and not even a sorry for the poor service. It dont do any good to inform the home office they dont care about there customers only money. This KFC is disgusting. We were there tonight (12/2/16). There were hardly any clean tables, garbage was falling on the floor from both garbage receptacles, there was mashed potatoes smashed on the floor, the salt shakers had kethcup on them at two tables. There were a total of 2-tables with guests while we were there. After we got our food there were no more customers for at least 10-minutes, and still no one came out from the back to clean up the tables and garbage from the receptacles, yet you could see the workers behind the counter chit chatting and laughing. WTH. Get your butts out there and clean up the filthy dining area. And don't get me started on the bathrooms.....disgusting. What manager allows his staff to just sit around and do nothing. I use to work in fast food and when you had downtime you were told to go out there, clean the tables, empty the trash, wipe off the chairs, sweep the floor and clean up any spills on the floor.
