Group of four of us were starving on the way to Yosemite, and wings sounded great. Little did we know that it would take so long to get our food...I should have paid attention to the other reviews, but the promise of succulent wings and semi-sweet fries were too tempting to pass up. The place is a disaster always!! They never have enough employees on shifts to do the jobs that need to be done. Tables are filthy the floor is disgusting, and the employees are dirty. It's too bad cause the food is good and we like it way better than Buffalo Wild Wings. It just seems like they are all run this way. Every time I come to Los Banos and whenever I get the chance I stop by to either have lunch or dinner with my best friend here! It's way fresher, bigger in size( that's what she said), and tastes amazing. We got their 30 piece meal bone in crew pack that comes with a large order of fries and carrots and celery with 3 dipping sauces. We split Ted the chicken in half. One lemon pepper and the other half the mango habanero. It was amazingly delish, fulfilling, and satisfying. Plus the cashier was very friendly with us and made us feel very welcomed. The place was also clean and the chicken was freshly cooked, hot, and not dry. We were sad that the fries weren't fresh and had little to no seasoning at all, but overall it was great and we enjoyed being able to sit down and enjoy our chicken! read more

So let me just say we don't eat in. What I typically do is place an order online. We are a family of 4 and our usual order is the 30 pack classic bone in wings. That comes with a large fries and mixed vegetable and 3 small containers of ranch. I usually order an extra order of large fries and an extra ranch. I believe that comes out to like $40-$45. I order our wings and fries well done; light seasoning on the fries. With a 30 pack you can choose up to 3 flavors. I usually do 24 lemon pepper, 4 korean and 4 original hot. This place is a part of a shopping center so parking is ample. In looking in previous reviews there are a lot of complaints about their employee's and the cleanliness of the place. We don't eat there so I can honestly say I've never taken note of the floors and the tables. However, there have been a few times where there's only been one employee working the weekend because people called in or quit so don't know what that is about. Since I do order ahead of time online we haven't had to wait more than maybe 10 minutes. Don't think I've witnessed anyone mishandling the food in the back either as some have reported. I'm a fan because (knock on wood) they haven't messed up on any of my orders, and the food is yummy. Not going to expect fine dining when I am picking up food from a place that is virtually considered fast food. At least you can see the kitchen here..lol...imagine what you'd see if it were hidden behind a wall and doors. Ever seen an episode of Kitchen Nightmares? Besides everything is deep fried which means germs are fried away, no?...lol. My 4 stars was earned because our orders have never been messed up and our wings haven't been lacking in flavor. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER don't go here unless ya want COVID-19. I come to this Wingstop pretty regularly and normally they're okay but today? Hell I'd be surprised if anybody in the building wanted to go back after the experience me and 3 other customers had all in the 10 mins of waiting for our online orders. The three young men in the back preparing food looked confused beyond comprehension and had no organization system for getting orders out. Not to mention one of them touched his mask and knew I saw it so clearly went to change his mask yet never did a glove change. Yay just what I wanted my food touched with your nasty ass hands that were just all over your mask. What I'm assuming was the shift supervisor (the young girl barking orders at them) went to the back and asked about a stray tender hanging out and what order it went to.....uhhh so you guys just leave tenders hanging around for the ready huh? And on top of that instead of helping the dummy's in the back she decided that it was an appropriate time to start counting her drawer at the register with 7 people waiting in the lobby when she should have been helping pump out orders. (Not safe nor time efficient). In the following minutes an order ahead of our was handed out and the poor guy that it was handed to had mentioned that his fries were scattered and a young man took the bag to the back and "added" another fry. The fry that he added clearly belonged to our order considering we were shorted one and told that it was in there. (See pic of fries that were actually our disguised rolls). The rolls we had ordered were at the absolute bottom of the bag buried under the fries that the guy dumped in and just handed out. Worst experience I've ever had going there and highly recommend that nobody else does either until they fix their management style for efficiency and up their covid regulations especially if employees aren't changing gloves after touching the very thing protecting us. read more

Disgusting and inappropriate employees!!! the people in the back need to get it together... here's why.. the ladies in the back are like late teens maybe early 20s and we're arguing back and forth cussing. Once the one was done saying whatever she was saying she grabbed a carrot out of the big tub of carrots and started chomping down as she was packaging food up. So now I'm grossed out and not going to eat what I just paid for.. neither of the girls were wearing gloves. Which would be okay if they had proper food handling... honestly in conclusion I hope EVERYBODY reads this and stops eating here until they have some real food training and better employees in the back. read more

Way better customer service from the 2 women working today. Smiles, "thank you" were given at the front register. -1 star just because there was only clean table to sit at, all the rest were dirty and needed a wipe down. After a few minutes of standing we asked for the tables to be wiped clean and one of the girls came out and did it promptly. The visalia store, where I live, is in total shambles. I'm giving two stars solely because the girl at the counter was courteous. I had a to-go order and when I got home my fries were super soggy, not like normal 30 min cold fries, like cooked a day ago and microwaved again. Just moved to Los Banos and wanted something quick to grab so I chose wingstop because you can never go wrong with wings. But this wing stop is not COVID FRIENDLY AT ALL. My reasoning behind this is we go in to get our online order and where drink section was a disaster. There was no ice in the ice machine. I've been to this location before and the customer service has improved by far. Everyone greeted me when I walked through the doors. The restaurant looked well maintained in regards to cleanliness. I placed an order for my favorite go-to 10 boneless chicken, 5 spicy Korean and 5 garlic Parmesan. The food itself was cooked just right and sauced how I like it. I observed everyone wearing masks, and changing gloves constantly as they changed tasks and very urgent to get everyone's order done on time. Definitely fast and COVID friendly. First, I am not one to leave many reviews or complain much about my food orders as I once worked in the restaurant industry years ago and give servers and bartenders the benefit of the doubt. However, I thought I would help others in making alternate decisions about their restaurant choices, as this Wingstop location is lacking in customer experience. My poor experience began with me walking into the Wingstop and seeing those working on the line doing their best at making orders. I also witnessed one woman who was the one who was eventually going to assist me at the front counter engaged in a conversation for about a minute before acknowledging me. Maybe her conversation was important I don't know, I was the only person in the restaurant at the time not on the pay role. She then proceeded to assist me once her conversation ended. She preceded to identify my to go order, then handed me a bag and said have a good day and I reciprocated the gesture then I was on my way home to enjoy my food, but wait there is more. I got home opened the bag and saw we had all of the wing orders we had ordered but received no fries or dipping sauce. When calling to notify the Wingstop that our order was missing fries, we were told by the same and only woman working there at the time she had given me two bags. Funny response since all that was said to her was we did not get our fries. As I mentioned before I was only handed one bag and an additional regret now is I did not check my order before I drove away. Anyway on my way back to pick up the rest of my order (the fries) I thought what crap that was to be basically accused of not being able to count the amount of bag (not bags) I was handed. I mean what is going on in town is there a French fry theft ring going around trying to con fries out of the local Wingstop? Sorry I am not apart of that fictitious ring. But I digress, I get there she was nice enough to make my fries once again. Once handing me the bag I asked for dipping sauces to go with my wings as those were also forgotten. The lady then stated you never mentioned dipping sauce being missing. Really?? I drove to this location twice to complete my order and the original business transaction of cash for goods and services and again it is being inferred by an employee that somehow I put her out? So she gives me my dipping sauce and I proceed to take my one bag home to place it next to my chicken bag on the kitchen counter to complete my order. So not sure if part of doing business at this Wingstop is accusing customers of stealing a bag of fries, and three dipping sauces. Or even worse, telling customers they cannot count to two bags when they were given one. My experience was not all bad, the online ordering was awesome as the software knows what it's doing and added up what I owed for my purchase to perfection. I probably will not return to this location until the software that took my order online greets me at the counter and hands me my food flawlessly and without attitude or a needless frivolous accusation. All she needed to do was apologize for the mistake and made it correct without any needless hostility. She never apologize for the situation and made me feel as though it was I who was in the wrong just for wanting to get the items I paid for. Lastly, the irony in this tail is we were sent a survey from Wingstop stating once we took a survey we would get a coupon for free fries. Really?? I can't make this stuff up. read more
