The potatoes had great flavor but would have liked them a tad more crispy. They have a wide variety of sauce choices which is great. I wish they had better descriptions for some of them though. The Grippos dry rub and the Cajun lemon pepper were great but the dirt bowl classic just had some sort of flavor that made everyone with us dislike them...maybe cinnamon but can't put my finger on it. Overall they are worth a try if you want variety. If you want just a classic hot buffalo wing there are better options.

When we walked in it was quiet there were two tables that had people eating. They also have an outdoor patio. patio. The woman behind the bar was friendly and patient. My friend ordered the Alfredo pasta and I got the thin crust Hawaii five O. We also got sweet tea and a unsweetened iced tea. I didn't have to add any sugar substitute to mine while my friend said her ice tea was a little too sweet. The server was nice enough to add some unsweetened tea to her drink. After that my friend said her tea was much better. The breadsticks with garlic butter were really good. My pizza was nice and crunchy with ample toppings. I took the rest home and had it for dinner. The pasta was also really good and my friend enjoyed it. There's plenty of seating inside& the restaurant was clean. The tables are dark wood so you'd be able to see every crumbs and water mark from glasses. The bathroom was clean as well and didn't have any funky bathroom smells.

I decided to also order the Zensation Zalad on the side (but it was really an entree portion that I ordered). Everything was great, BUT they gave me ranch with my Zax Snak Meal when I had ordered Zax Sauce. When I was in the drive thru, I also noticed that they were sold out of egg rolls. I was then thinking in my mind, "Oh crap, I am probably not going to receive the REAL Zensation Zalad because the entree calls for an egg roll." I come to find, when I get home, that they gave me an egg roll! I cannot give a five because THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE THEIR SIGNATURE ZAUCE..or is it sauce? I also found it odd that they have their signature sauce in a wrapped take out container, equivalent to ketchup packets); however, some of their sauces like their Buffalo Garlic Sauce they have to put it in a to go plastic container. Why not have the Zax Sauce onsite and have these garlic buffalo sauces offered in wrapped take out container like ketchup packets? And what is up with this Asian thing? Fast food place selling egg rolls? That is unique!

We asked to speak with a manager about the experience, he could not have cared less - zero apologies, no accountability, didn't offer solutions or anything. The burger buns tasted stale, the chicken tenders were overcooked to the point of being inedible (we sent them back with no offer of replacement). Just an overall sad, disappointing experience. I actually felt bad for our sever, who said it was his second shift ever - they set him up for failure. We didn't get one refill, waited over 45 min for appetizer and over an hour and 15 min for our mains - will not be back...the management is pathetic and the owners should be ashamed of themselves.
