The paper towel dispenser in the restroom is broken, and the room itself needs a better cleaning. I say all that so that you know what to expect going in. It's self service but that extends beyond the kiosks. But I still liked the burger, even with the cold bun. And, if you shop at Sam's, you can get a $50 gift card for $37.50. That's good math. The sad part is that they can be better. They should be better. I'd love to give the place five stars. But even at three I'll probably come back. The employees just need a paradigm shift.
