Just pray they get your order right. I used to order from this Wingstop and from the one in Rancho Santa Margarita (which, I was told, is owned by the same people) fairly often. I never had issues until they gave me the absolute wrong order (they obviously gave me someone else's). I, unfortunately, didn't find out until I got home. No big deal, everyone messes up here and there, we're only human. HOWEVER, I called to tell them about it and to credit my credit card back for the amount I paid (about $10.00). I spoke with Alberto who told me was the manager. Alberto then told me he couldn't credit me over the phone and that I had to come in. This is after I explained to him about how THEY gave me the wrong order not to mention the time I wasted driving there and the gas I wasted. Whatever, I write his name down on the receipt along with details and I'd take care of it when I'm in the area again. Fast forward less than one month later. I place an order (this one for $35) and ask them to credit me for last time. I provide them with the receipt and they take a little time to act like they're looking into it and finally tell me they can't locate it (with THEIR receipt, mind you). So they tell me they can give me 10% off plus a little extra which amounted to $5.00. A 10-piece bone-in wings cost around $7.50 not including tax. What an insult. I left and didn't take nor pay for the order. If that's how they treat their customers when THEY mess up then I will never be going back. I refuse to pay for something I didn't order (I ended up throwing the incorrect order away because it was nothing close to my order) especially after going through all of that inconvenience and stress. I'd have a lot more to say but I want to keep this review family-friendly. All I wanted was a refund for my $10.00 order which they messed up from last time and couldn't even provide that. Alberto is completely incompetent and a sorry-excuse for a manager who I would have fired long ago (I know, I run businesses as well). It is wings. I do have to say that they are better and cheaper than Buffalo Wild Wings. We always take our to go, and they are still fresh when we get home. Hard to do with take out. terrible service. the older lady who helped me was super unhelpful and almost being sassy.. like everything you asked for she almost found annoyance to do. she kept on implying I'd be refunded through the app (which isn't true) I've never had issues with any other location and paying on the app before. charged me twice but won't refund me. Oh Wingstop, you were a staple of my not-to-long ago college days. Love their fries. I think they dip theirs in sugar before frying it, because it tastes salty-sweet, and the caramelized outer portion of the fry is quite crunchy. Oh delicious. I second everyone's votes for lemon pepper, BBQ, and garlic parmesan. The only thing with garlic parmesan is it does get stinky after a while, so I only order two of those and get the bulk of my order in the other two flavors. Don't do the boneless chicken wings; they're pretty dry. I don't know if they're made with breast meat, but it's got an odd texture. Stick to regular wings. When I went a while back they had these wing cards that they'd stamp every time you got 10 wings or more; the tenth order was free after you completed the card. They might still have that. If you've got a large group of friends, you can easily earn 5 or 6 stamps in one night, and get a free order of wings by your second visit or so. NOTE: this was over a year ago so they might not have this promotion anymore. read more

What a disappointing night. Hubs and I went to Sushi Wazen and left hungry so we decided to walk across the parking lot to have a few wings. We ordered the original hot and cajun wings with vegetable sticks and ranch. The best things were their ranch and carrot sticks which were cold, fresh and crunchy. The sauces for the wings were way overdone. The wings were drenched in sauce and it was super hot saucey- I'm ok with hot but I don't like it when something is overpowered by the vinegary taste/smell of hot sauce. On top of that, the employees are very unprofessional. There was an employee eating with her boyfriend while answering the business phone and running around, laughing and playing around. I love Wing Stop and was super excited when my boyfriend reminded me that there is a Lake Forest location. I'll keep this short... We waited over 45 minutes on a very slow Monday night for our order. I had to go up to the counter to ask, why the long wait. Ask we are our wings we realized that the long wait left us with over cooked/ over fried wings and fries. I suspect this chain's fanatic following is more the result of people being accustom to the mediocre wings that proliferate most mainstream establisments (i.e. they are comparing Wing Stop to the wings of pizza chains, Chilli's, KFC, etc.). There is little doubt Wing Stop's buffalo wings are far better than most any other large chain's, but I don't feel they are anywhere near being "the best". Basically, if you are adventurous, there are better choices out there, but, as far as being a convenient place to enjoy good wings and tasty comfort food, you can't beat this place. read more

My go to place for wings! They don't hit it out of the park every time, but most of the time they are just right! Sometimes they miss my online order I send in before I arrive, but when I show up they are gracious in taking care to remedy the mess up. Garlic Parmesan are the best! read more

I didn't like Wingstop in the beginning, didn't like the chicken and prices too. But my kids managed to convince me to go there more often than I wanted to, and I'm glad they did. Perhaps my first visit was an off day, but since then, I enjoy it more and more.Chicken tastes great, very good service. Went in today everything was going well until I asked for buffalo sauce and this younger girl piercings and braid don't know her name replied very rudely that I had to pay and walked off its not the fact that I had to pay that made me mad but the way she said it I began to ignore it but as time passed my girlfriend walked up to get ranch and she proceeded to talk crap on us with the people in the back I feel horrible because the cashier Mayra wasn't and was helping us out so well! After paying, I took a seat while the cashier answered a call. As Brisa was handing out orders, she noticed me sitting and waiting patiently. Amazing Wings! The other day I ordered over 200 regular wings, 60 breast strips and an assortment of sides for an office meeting. I placed the order the night before, and they were ready at 11:00am the next morning, on time! The meeting was great, and everyone enjoyed trying out the different flavors. Our company favorites are the lemon pepper and original hot. A special thanks to Carley and Rodo for their quick cooking and great customer service. my friend and i love trying new places together and neither of us had ever been hear, but plenty of other friends had told us it was awesome. so off we went in search of the nearest wingstop. after plenty of driving in circles (two people bad with directions is always sure to lead to an adventure) we were starving, but we'd finally found the place. we split a combo meal. this place is great for sharing. out meal came with a ton of wings, i think 12 or 16 or something like that, 2 drinks, and a big basket of fries and the price was pretty good. we had to wait a little while for the food. maybe it just felt long because we were starving and it smelled good. but it finally came and had been worth the wait. the fries were great. nicely seasoned and perfect amount of crispiness. and of course, the wings were to die for. sooo worth breaking our new year's resolutions to eat healthy. read more

This place actually deserves 3.5 stars I think but I'm not allowed to give that so it's a 3. I've come here a few times but have only ordered to go. So this rating is based on just the food and not the service or the ambiance. They offer bone-in or boneless wings. I personally prefer bone-in because boneless wings make me just feel like I'm eating chicken nuggets. They have many different flavors, with each varying (or increasing) in spiciness. I've tried several different flavors and they are each pretty distinct and tasty. The wings are on the expensive side but if you order on certain days, they have specials. I wouldn't come here with friends or to dine in but I'm fine with ordering food to go from here. read more
