Can't go wrong with chicken wings! My child loves her some chicken. She could eat Wingstop everyday if I was rich! lol! We ordered the meal deal with bone-in wings bbq flavor and I love the chicken sandwiches. read more

Service has always been great, food has always been fresh, I love how you can pick out any drink you want. Great place.

Do not eat here...my family and I went here and we all threw up after. This location is awful and most people In town have said this. I don't know if the chicken was undercooked or what but we all could not stop throwing up. read more

Love the wings and freshly made just need to Pay attention to details I'm a true fry girl and these are my favorite no one else beats them.. and they give you a lot you could share lol. Not all Location have the soda machine I like to add flavors to mines like the movie theater which is the only disappointment for me.. but definitely recommend read more

We inquired about a menu for chicken sandwiches and price and staff person pointed to Logo on front window facing outside? Flavors ? Again pointed to wall board. Zero friendliness or interest in winning over a potential repeat customer?Didn't know drink came with it. He just placed cup on counter and I figured it out. They weren't busy but his actions indicated burn out and disinterested in pleasant interactions with customers. read more

This place is so much better under the new manager Ivan. I was excited when it first opened as I am from Chicago and grew up on Wingstop. The service was horrible. I had ordered online and I waited over 2 hours for my food for them to say they didn't even have a ticket. They only called me to apologize and just refunded my money. Now with Ivan as the new manager he is so kind and it's so clean. They quick on service and he really turned the place around. read more

The 20 piece boneless fed a whole bunch for 20 bucks recommend it and get to sample all the flavors it's great

I came into the store and was immediately greeted by the staff with a very warm smile. I had a very large order for the ladies at my facility and the guys took care of me and I was a little difficult with placing the order but the guys understood the same and mastered the plan for me thank you so much to Jackson and Mark well for taking the time and the patience to prepare this order perfectly thank you so much for your assistance we will definitely order from there again. Food was hot and fresh and didn't take long at all!! Wingstop you rock thank you again. read more

Ordered a chicken sandwich and 15 wings. All was dry as hell and dripping grease. Employee taking order never stopped talking on his cell phone. Sanitation was non existent. Dude restocked the pop machine, used the register and did other assorted tasks and never wore gloves or washed his hands. I was so disgusted I threw out the sandwich. read more

The food is mediocre at best, in all honesty the wingstop in matteson is much better. They're incredibly slow be prepared to wait for at least 45 mins for your take out and hopefully its your correct order. The staff is rude and very dismissive oh and their new "rule" is great you can't order more than 30 wings over the phone which is great if you ordering for you and your friends/co workers. Honestly won't be going back I'll drive up north to go to wingstop instead of the K3 location read more

It didn't look like there was a place there but the green sign stuck out enough to catch my attention and pulled my attention close enough to stop in a try out some of there amazing wings and that's exactly what they were was amazing im glad I stumbled on to this spot definitely was worth the try thank goodness I the sign caught my eye much love to the wing stop read more

Absolutely the WORST wing stop I have ever been to. First of all, they do not do online orders and they are not on DoorDash. I called the store and they literally hung up in my face. I went to the store and placed my order, waited over 30 mins and when I attempted to go back inside to check on my order, the door was locked. They had the audacity to say "WE'RE CLOSED" I told them I had just placed my order and once they let me in, he said they were just now making it. While I was waiting there was a pregnant woman banging on the window and they were blatantly ignoring her. The man gave me my order and said "sorry, it's just two of us". They were literally just standing around FAKE cleaning! Aside from all this, they said they were only doing boneless wings. I will NEVER come back to this location! read more

My husband and I LOVE Wingstop and we were over the moon when one came to the bourb/kank/Bradley area!!! (Before this the nearest one was 38 mins away) we have had nothing but great experience here! Our favorites: Parmesan Garlic and Hawaiian BBQ! Parm garlic is a dry rub..which I like way better than the sauce from BWWS read more

At several different wing stops from Chicago to Peoria I said a good experience my wife walked in to pick up our order sat there for 10 minutes nobody said a word to her all 18 to 20-year-olds running the place nobody had any idea what they were doing finally my wife said may I pick up my order place they said it in a minute rudely finally ask her name gave my wife your order left realized they shorted us wings and friesWasn't worth driving 15 miles back to get what they had left out of our order rude and an organized read more

Delicious the service is amazing and the traditional wings are EVERYTHING DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED

I'm not sure why all the people who work here are lazy. But they all need to be fired or retrained. I've been to this location twice and the first time when I walked in the night manger was telling the staff what to do and they weren't listening to her at all. When I got my food it wasn't what I ordered and it was cold. The second time I came here I spoke to a girl on the phone about my order, it was a special order and she said it was possible. However when I got there I was told they couldn't do it and my food was indeed cold again. I wasn't late I was actually early. The fries were terrible wingstop has seasoned friend however they didn't season anything at all not even salt. And they were soggy I'm going to assume they made the fries at one time and gave them to people. I wouldn't recommend going to this location at all. If you want good wingstop go to the location off on Lincoln highway. read more
