This place is so much better under the new manager Ivan. I was excited when it first opened as I am from Chicago and grew up on Wingstop. The service was horrible. I had ordered online and I waited over 2 hours for my food for them to say they didn't even have a ticket. They only called me to apologize and just refunded my money. Ordered a chicken sandwich and 15 wings. All was dry as hell and dripping grease. Employee taking order never stopped talking on his cell phone. Sanitation was non existent. The food is mediocre at best, in all honesty the wingstop in matteson is much better. They're incredibly slow be prepared to wait for at least 45 mins for your take out and hopefully its your correct order. The staff is rude and very dismissive oh and their new "rule" is great you can't order more than 30 wings over the phone which is great if you ordering for you and your friends/co workers. Absolutely the WORST wing stop I have ever been to. First of all, they do not do online orders and they are not on DoorDash. I called the store and they literally hung up in my face. I went to the store and placed my order, waited over 30 mins and when I attempted to go back inside to check on my order, the door was locked. They had the audacity to say "WE'RE CLOSED" I told them I had just placed my order and once they let me in, he said they were just now making it. While I was waiting there was a pregnant woman banging on the window and they were blatantly ignoring her. The man gave me my order and said "sorry, it's just two of us". I'm not sure why all the people who work here are lazy. But they all need to be fired or retrained. I've been to this location twice and the first time when I walked in the night manger was telling the staff what to do and they weren't listening to her at all. When I got my food it wasn't what I ordered and it was cold. The second time I came here I spoke to a girl on the phone about my order, it was a special order and she said it was possible. However when I got there I was told they couldn't do it and my food was indeed cold again. I wasn't late I was actually early. The fries were terrible wingstop has seasoned friend however they didn't season anything at all not even salt. And they were soggy I'm going to assume they made the fries at one time and gave them to people. I wouldn't recommend going to this location at all.
