The place itself is small and has an order at the counter vibe, with about 8-10 chairs. It's not big but you have plenty of room to eat inside, and they had a picnic table outside (when the weather is nice). We ordered a Rueben as well as a build your own and both delivered beyond expectations! The meat and cheese is freshly sliced, veggies are crispy and cool and the bread was fresh! They also had some desserts (black and white cookies and a seasonal "dirt and worms" pudding cup! Plus they had some tortellini pasta salads in the cold case as well! Definitely a hidden gem that's worth the stop!

My wife got the Italian which is her staple lunch selection. She really enjoyed her sandwich and a 1/2 was plenty for her. Portion-wise, it was perfect for me. I'm not someone who needs huge servings, and the sandwich was just the right size--honestly, it worked well as a half sandwich for lunch across two days. For a couple bucks more, you can get extra meat Which we did not do. Great quality, flexible options, and a practical portion size. I'll definitely be back.

The service was very kind and prompt, and it was clear that the staff cared about our whole experience. Came here while visiting my sister, and she claimed this is their favorite local spot for both breakfast AND lunch/dinner! It certainly did not disappoint. They had about 5 specialty coffee drinks on the menu (all holiday themed). We got two (one peppermint and one gingerbread), and they were presented beautifully. For food we got a few breakfast sandwiches, European pancakes, a banana peanut butter toast, and some sides of bacon. All of it was VERY good and nearly all of it (including their bread) was scratch made. My favorite item was their croissant sandwich... if the croissants were homemade this place would easily have been a 5. All accounted for, I cannot wait to return for dinner. Thank you!

The grinders are the show-stopper. All of the grinders are toasted to perfection and have a layer of mayo, cheese, lettuce and tomato--but you can ask them to hold something if you don't like any of this. A half-grinder is all you need to satisfy, unless you plan on having leftovers or have an astronomical size appetite. I've tried a bunch of different grinders, but my two faves are the seafood and the roast beef combo. The seafood one is similar to the seafood salad you'd find at Subway but toasted. The roast beef combo has roast beef, turkey and ham chopped up into little pieces. So delicious! I must add that the service is unlike any other place you've gone. I've had the owner (or was he the manager??) wait on me a few times and he even said "Thank you so much for coming here today." It was as genuine as it comes and I thought that said a lot about this place. Sure, I can have a sandwich ANYWHERE so it's nice to be appreciated. The prices are a bit higher than say a 5 dollar footlong from Subway, but it's completely worth the splurge. Dare I say this place is BETTER than Subway?!

The online ordering makes it super easy and delivery IS freaky fast. 98% of the time my order has been right and the food has been delicious. These are the two encounters that have made my chuckle: 1. Coworker finds huge hair in sandwich after eating half, throws it away, calls JJ to tell them what happened. The manager tells her that they need to see the physical sandwich and hair to do anything about it. What?! We had it delivered....are you going to drive here to observe the sandwich and string of hair?? Coworker tells employee she threw it away so they tell her they'll put her name down and give her a free sandwich but NEXT TIME, they'll need to see it first. 2. Delivery driver forgets my drink. She apologized and I tell her not to worry about it. She says she will be right back anyway. Then she comes back with a huge drink from Huey's One Stop for me.....hahahha. We still order from here all the time so I'd recommend, especially if you work in the area!

It told me that it would take about 30 to 42 minutes to come to my property after an hour and 20 minutes a DoorDasher reached out to me and explained that they did not see the order because it was picked up already. After I explained to the DoorDasher that I never received the order she informed Keenan, the manager, Keenan, the manager, then decided to tell us that he was not going to remake the order. He also hung up on me mid conversation when I was trying to understand why the order wasn't going to be remade. I highly do not recommend going to this place or even ordering from this place with the type of customer service I received from them. They left my two kids hungry and didn't even offer to rush the order considering I ordered before anybody that was even in the queue at that time. I had three different DoorDashers show up to complete my order. Keenan then decided to cancel my order and tell me I had to re-order in order to get my order that was while I had a DoorDasher waiting, so please take my recommendation do not use the place that Keenan manages because that place is awful Panera will never be receiving my business again as long as Keenan is managing it.
