My wife ordered out and she got spaghetti and meatballs and she ordered me the cheef which is Italian beef and it was absolutely disgusting it was cold and salty the beef tasted like it was a week old and we order alot from here. I will never spend a dollar with them again. I literally got sick from the food I think they just gave me beef that was literally old and I mean weeks old and added so much salt I threw it away $14 down the drain avoid this place i promise that you will get bad food. Owner could care less if they get an order wrong. Called to let them know they got my order wrong and first words out of their mouths was you did something wrong. Food might be good but can't support bad ownership which flows down to the workers. Customer service is non existent. read more

hell no never again. this places service is a disgrace. we ordered delivery on the website, delivered by doordash. the ticket itself is correct, but what in the boxes is wrong. called the store they tell me to come and show them what is wrong. you believe this? theres a reason i asked for delivery. proceeded to argue with me about returning the wrong food, before they can remake it or give a refund. how absolutely absurd. they cannot sell it again they or us would throw it away. but to argue with the customer. never ever again. when it first opened it was great it has gone downhill and very quickly. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have several dozens of reviews on Yelp, by the vast majority of which have been glowingly positive. I was at a family funeral luncheon for which this Rosati's was the caterer. They were over an hour and a half late on the catering; even following several calls from us. This catering had been arranged well ahead of time and a delay of this length is totally unacceptable. Not only did they do completely refuse to do anything at all to make it right after this egregious failure to meet an appointment, they weren't even apologetic at all. No one should ever use this location for catering. They are obviously unable to meet their orders, and they have no customer service whatsoever. read more

I ordered online at 5:56pm and it said about 60 minutes. I have called twice once at 7:09pm and again at 7:20pm only to be told that it would be about 5 minutes each time. I finally received my order at 7:29pm. It was cold and missing an order of fries. Now I've been on hold for 10 minutes trying to get Rosatis to fix it. We just moved here back in November we have ordered from here 2 times First time we ordered 2 chief's only one made it to our house. They did not make the second one Called and they made it ...it wasn't correct but we got it 2nd time we ordered 3 chiefs and 3 fries one juicy 2 dry. Well picked it up tonight only got 2 out of three sandwiches and 1 fry both were dry even though the box said juicy called back and told the lady she said come down in 25 mins for the rest of my order go down to get the rest and of course the order was wrong yet again. Rosati's does an excellent job on their best in the area thin crust. Abraham, the manager is a super nice guy. Their ingredients are very good & quality. We love the large thin crust sausage & green olives. We like it extra crispy & ask for it that way each time. Service is fast. Very nice order takers also. Ordered online at 5:24 on a Tuesday night. Simple pizza and a salad. Total $53. Quoted 45 minute delivery time. Finally call the store at 6:40 after receiving nothing. Nice Chicago stle pizza in a local area where people think ketchup on crackers (ehhmmm, Monical's) is good pizza. Theis salads are very good, but not large enough. Very friendly staff and the waiting area is always clean. Lunch specials are really reasonable. I feel like the buy one get one free pizza and pasta days are great deals too. You also can always ask for a coupon if you don't have one. Once I was placing an order for a few xl pizzas and I ended up getting a coupon that saved me about $10. My family and I ordered Rosati's the night before Thanksgiving and could not have been happier!!! We ordered a salad with 2 Large pizzas. The delivery was so prompt and the pizza still hot when it got to our house. My parents have never had Rosati's before (they are from CO) and said it was one of the best pizzas they've had in a long time!! The customer service was awesome!! I've been coming here almost every week since they opened. For one, I can order when I leave work and by the time I get back into town, my order is ready for pick up. Secondly, but more importantly, the quality and flavor of the food is great! We haven't tried the pasta yet, but the pizza, calzones, cheesy garlic bread with marinara sauce, and salad are fantastic. Recently I was at Oliver N college to watch my niece perform in an event. After the event being late, we wanted to order some food and hangout at the hotel. Being out of town we wanted some good Chicago style pizza. One of our friends recommended Rosati. We ordered a few pizzas and sandwiches. The service over the phone was prompt with timely delivery.
