Gotta give it a 3... this was a middle of the road visit and as a result... I feel like I'm being generous with addled of the road review. Let's take it from the beginning... the gal at the counter seemed unfamiliar with the flavor options and was confused with citing of a specific flavor from the board. We sorted that out as she seemed eager and pleasant... no problem... learning is happening.. The whole thing... flow... service... product and presence seemed in need of polishing as a whole... nothing glaringly wrong but not polished.. mayhap this location is newish.. im not from this town. Onto my order and my objective findings... I ordered the 15 piece wings which were described as crispy on the boards.. hmmm not so much I'm sorry to say The good in this was the flavor of the dry rub I requested... banging flavor and wonderful. The not so much... the finish on my wings... the skin was largely under cooked for liking and certainly not described as crispy... perhaps the tim8ng and oil temp combo is off given they were moderately busy (certainly not swamped). In my humble estatiin, my wings would have approached perfect with another 4ish mins in the fryer to really crisp up the skin and give them some crunchification (yup made that up). The Blue Chez and Ranch dressings were good and plentiful... I'm not turned off at Wingstop... this was my first ever visit to the brand and I will try another location in the future... honestly will think twice before I c9me here again before I visit another location so I can decide if this was one off or systemic. All said, nothing was a show stopper... nothing was terribly negative here... I think some polishing and attention to detail coupled with some additional training and this location would smash it! read more

Not great customer service from someone wearing a studded collar at work (don't know if thats a uniform thing). Second $17 for 10 wings is crazy. 3rd Back of house isn't using any gloves on raw chicken so I will be throwing my $17 away and going to Zaxbys for $12 wings and things. Also, only having a roll of paper towels for your customers to use take out or or dine in is disgusting. read more

Me and my husband love wingstop and get it almost weekly, so far every week when I uber eats our Wingstop at least one box of wings is just drowning in excess oil. It's fine when they're hot, but when you refrigerate them it hardens and sticks to them and its disgusting. read more

Waited 50 minutes and all we ordered was cajun corn and fries. There wasn't even a rush. When we finally got the food i had to go back in because they didn't give us all the corn we ordered. read more

should have checked rating first. Absolutely horrible service. Standing at on line counter. Employee doesn't look up, doesn't acknowledge, walks away. Two more people walk up. Someone finally comes from the back and asks them what their order was. I speak up, not yelling, no vulgarity, saying I've been waiting for a while. He helps me. Cashier side eyes me with a look from hell. Rudest thing I've ever seen in a restaurant, and was completely unwarranted. I'll spend my money where people appreciate the business and are intelligent enough to understand what repercussions are. read more

The service we received was super quick! Our wait was only 5-10 minutes for our order of 15 boneless wings, and fries. The meal came with two cups for your drink of choice at their drink dispenser. Restaurant dine in was clean and they have indoor as well as our door seating. read more

Horrible time management and priority of orders. As someone who worked in the food industry before I know for a fact a order being given to a customer 37 minutes from the allotted time is unacceptable. They were completing multiple orders before ours and stating that they were just waiting for one more item when you need to prioritize pick up time not what items you have to complete as many orders as possible. Talked to multiple members (4) and no one could get our order out. Which one had 15 piece wings, 2 brownies and cheese fries. Time management and priority the pick up is crucial. No further compensation or apology was given. Also the food ended up being cold even though they gave it to me 37 minutes late.... Don't recommend this location. read more

The service was terrible. We waited so long just to find out they had our order sitting there for ages! Crazy part is they asked everyone for the name on the order when you wait, to check to see if your order is ready. They did not do that! You should be calling names for carry out it's crazy! Now we have cold food to eat. Thanks a lot Wingstop. read more

We ordered online through the app for carry out and we waited 25 minutes to pick up..(the app said it would be ready in 18-22 minutes, but we wanted to wait a few minutes longer so it would be ready) we still had to wait an additional 10 minutes till it was ready, which is fine it was busy. But i didn't receive a cup for the drinks I paid for even when I asked, and they forgot the 2 brownies I ordered in the bag. I didn't even bother going back to get them or a drink because the service was no attentive or nice. The food was bland not much flavor on the wings which was a little disappointing, but it was almost end of day so i guess we got last pick. I just wish it was a better experience:( read more

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH FOOD. Please do not go to this establishment. Waited one hour for food, while other people were receiving orders I was last of a rush to receive a simple two combo order. food was lukewarm :) read more

Terrible experience. The service was insanely slow--2 hour wait for online orders. Employees were rude, one worker had long hair down to her waist with no hair tie or net--completely unhygienic. Extremely disappointed our online order was for 2:45 pm we walked out at 3:20 pm. Won't return. read more

‼WARNING STAY AWAY‼ This place is running a scam operation. I attempted to place an online order but the online services weren't working and i kept receiving errors on multiple devices (through the app and website). So i called and placed the order through the phone. I get to the store and pay for my order (which ended up being a few dollars cheaper than online). I look at my bank statement when i'm home and it says i was charged for the online order ontop of the one in store. I call them the next day expecting it to be resolved pretty easily but they tell me i have to wait for the general manager. So i call back when the general managers there and they tell me i need to speak with the district manager. They never called me or answered their phone when they were there so i was forced to call the next day. They told me they "never received the money" and were super rude over the phone telling me i was in the wrong when i paid $57 for a dinner of wings that usually costs me $20. I would not trust this place with your money. ONTOP of the issue of paying for the same order twice THEY GOT THE ORDER WRONG. They gave me boneless wings instead of bone in wings (which my girlfriend won't eat so we lost out on dinner for her) and there were wings THROWN IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG. By far the worst food establishment i've ever been to and the worst customer service i've ever had in my entire life. STAY AWAY from JACKSONVILLE WINGSTOP read more

Every time I've ordered something online they always forget something. It's either they leave out the fries or the corn.

Over an hour and a half for a 5 piece tender meal with cheese fries is insane. Then to have an attitude with the customer because they're confused on why it'll be another 20 minutes for the ONE meal they ordered an hour and a half ago is ridiculous. read more

I placed an online order, said it would be a 40 minute wait. Ended up waiting a hour and a half. the staff was very disrespectful and couldn't give me a wait time when i waited over a hour. The worst wing stop I have ever been to. Come in place an order for dine in and get told it will be an 1hr - 1 hr 15 min wait. There are only two their guests in the lobby . Yes I get they do phone in and take out but that long of a wait when I have been to ones in a more heavy populated area like Jacksonville , Fl and they get your order out to you in 15 min. This town has the laziest work force to choose from. read more

So, extremely upset with the quality control at Wingstop. After watching a few reviews of their thighs, I made the decision to order some. To my very disturbing surprise, the thighs were, so, small (about to quarters in size each) and they didn't look as appealing or appetizing, as one would expect. So, I'm taking them back. I wish I had wings to set beside them. I'm certain than there are wings bigger than the thighs. And for $2 per thigh, I'd be ashamed to serve these thighs to any one. read more

If I could give no stars I would. There's absolutely no reason anyone should wait over an hour for wings.

I love wingstop!! But so far this location has let me down. Tonight I ordered Garlic Parmesan wings that had no sauce on them at all. Very disappointing. This is my second order from here and everything seems rushed with no care. read more

Food is good most of the time but it is NOT worth the 2 hour wait. Ordered online and it said about an hour until done, get there after the hour is up and they told us "10 more minuets" which then turned into another 50 minuets. Super unacceptable for 1 meal. This has happened multiple times so we will not be ordering from here anymore. read more

I can understand why they have so many sauces...the chicken alone is tasteless We always order naked wings with sauce on the side. The tiny wings had no taste. Were asked how it was and when we told them the guy said "yea without sauce they are pretty plain". I commented that they should at least taste like chicken. $13 and still hungry. oh. I asked for salt packets and was.told they only have a shaker. One shaker that everyone used and it wasn't even wiped off between uses. It was just sitting for anyone to pickup and put back down. That might be against the rules read more

I appreciate the staff for working with me last night. After a long day I placed an order and pregnancy brain made me believe I ordered classic wings but they were actually boneless. I brought the wings back in and realized it was an error on my part. My plan was to reorder everything. Instead they replaced my entire order. Thank you so much for looking out. read more

They always get something wrong and now I'm fed up. I'm 8 months pregnant and I ordered food through DoorDash. They completely messed up the order and now they won't even answer the phone even they're open. It's ridiculous. I rarely write reviews but how do you leave off entire items and manage to mess up at least one thing in each order?? And not answering the phone at all? It's giving lazy. Service was not great. Dude decided the smart idea to check if my fries were cold was to touch them and then offered to reheat them. Then proceeded to be an a**hole when he handed them to me. The service is always less than reasonable I can't speak for all that work here but those I've interacted with seem to have few brain cells. It's clean though if that's what you want. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Driving and picking up here for Uber, the food is supposed to be ready when I get here. I get here, when I've already got someone else's food in the car, then turn around and wait for 30 minutes for these degenerates to cook some chicken wings. Employees in the back in clear view not paying any attention to the 10+ people in the waiting area doing the same thing I am. Seriously, you must have to be an absolute sped to work here, or the management is just trying to pay morons under the table for cheaper labor. Sad. Just don't waste your time read more

They forgot our fries and then expected us to bring all of our food back to the store. They did not intend to remake anything for us. So if we wanted our fries we had to eat cold wings. We decided in no fries so that we could eat our food while it was warm. Wings were barely saucy and very greasy. Terrible place. Won't order again. read more

Ugh, this is sad for me because I LOVE wings. The fries and ranch are so good, but the wings just always fall short for me. I wish the sauce selection was better, and all around the wings just are eh. I don't want to be eating a chicken tender when I order boneless wings (sorry not sorry). Can't speak for the bone-in, but the boneless are just trash. I'm gonna stick with Zaxby's wings. read more

I can't give them a one star because 2/4 experiences we had have been great. Sadly they started off strong with great wings and fries and it's been a decline. Minimal seasoning on soggy fries and super oily wings have been our latest experience. It seems like when the pressure is on they have the best cooks in house. Not gonna quit on them yet because being from Texas we were so excited to see they opened in the neighborhood. Hoping they take their customers reviews and make things better! Also for people who are new it's a small area and it tends to get packed on the weekend so when it comes to COVID regulation their isn't much enforcement that I've seen! Just a precaution! They need to start offering curbside pick up to limit people coming in and out! read more
