We ordered online through the app for carry out and we waited 25 minutes to pick up..(the app said it would be ready in 18-22 minutes, but we wanted to wait a few minutes longer so it would be ready) we still had to wait an additional 10 minutes till it was ready, which is fine it was busy. The not so much... the finish on my wings... the skin was largely under cooked for liking and certainly not described as crispy... perhaps the tim8ng and oil temp combo is off given they were moderately busy (certainly not swamped). In my humble estatiin, my wings would have approached perfect with another 4ish mins in the fryer to really crisp up the skin and give them some crunchification (yup made that up). The Blue Chez and Ranch dressings were good and plentiful... I'm not turned off at Wingstop... this was my first ever visit to the brand and I will try another location in the future... honestly will think twice before I c9me here again before I visit another location so I can decide if this was one off or systemic. ‼WARNING STAY AWAY‼ This place is running a scam operation. I attempted to place an online order but the online services weren't working and i kept receiving errors on multiple devices (through the app and website). So i called and placed the order through the phone. I get to the store and pay for my order (which ended up being a few dollars cheaper than online). I look at my bank statement when i'm home and it says i was charged for the online order ontop of the one in store. I call them the next day expecting it to be resolved pretty easily but they tell me i have to wait for the general manager. So i call back when the general managers there and they tell me i need to speak with the district manager. They never called me or answered their phone when they were there so i was forced to call the next day. They told me they "never received the money" and were super rude over the phone telling me i was in the wrong when i paid $57 for a dinner of wings that usually costs me $20. I would not trust this place with your money. ONTOP of the issue of paying for the same order twice THEY GOT THE ORDER WRONG. They gave me boneless wings instead of bone in wings (which my girlfriend won't eat so we lost out on dinner for her) and there were wings THROWN IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG. To my very disturbing surprise, the thighs were, so, small (about to quarters in size each) and they didn't look as appealing or appetizing, as one would expect. So, I'm taking them back. I wish I had wings to set beside them. I'm certain than there are wings bigger than the thighs. And for $2 per thigh, I'd be ashamed to serve these thighs to any one. read more
