Never got wings from here before. My roommate insisted we order from here instead of Wild Wings since it's closer. Ordered off their website and said it would 21 minutes. We both got the mix and match...Got there for the cashier to tell us "Oh we only have boneless so we haven't made your order yet, my manager was supposed to call you but he wasn't here" So they had to cancel our order and asked us to retake the order. Funny thing was 5 minutes later the cashier said he "needed his manager to over ride something" and somehow the manager was in the kitchen....where was he for the past 25 minutes to call us? This guy also had our original order ticket in his hand and still asked us to repeat the entire thing. Tried to tell us getting boneless was cheaper (it was 2 dollars cheaper). Couldn't get our drinks we ordered because of COVID and only had bottles of soda. We waited 15 minutes for our new order. Came back inside to check the bag and they forgot my cajun corn, got in the car to find out they forgot our sauces and after all these issues when I came back in they tried to charge me for extra sauce. To add to this while I waited inside I saw 2 more people come in and go through the SAME PROBLEM we did. The worst part is they didn't even do anything to remedy our situation or apologize. Nobody had name tags and the host on my receipt says "Natalie" so I don't even know who helped us but it was unprofessional and a terrible experience. I'll make the extra 15 minute drive to Wild Wings next time. read more

Stopped to try this place for lunch not to long after they were open a couple weeks. Two people were working during lunch hours. Customers were waiting for their food for a long time, while others are still waiting to order. The cook actually double made an order for a County Sherriff guy. Got the Boneless Chicken Wings and Fries. The Chicken BBQ was cold and Chicken was barely warm. The mild Buffalo Chicken was VERY salty to the point I couldn't eat it. The Fries were good, but too salty as well. Everything was bad. The people I was with said the same, but their Chicken Wings were apparently good. I will give it another try in a couple weeks to see if they improve. read more

My family and I decided to have wingstop for lunch today. Placed our order through Yelp...really appreciate the convenience of this!!! Order was to be ready in 20 minutes, sweet. Rolled up to wingstop and the guys were putting our food in containers and bags as we walked in. Keeman greeted us and helped us out. I always like to know which wings are favs of employees and he suggested Lemon Pepper, awesomeness, that's one of the ones we ordered. He was extremely helpful, thanks Keeman! Placed an order online at 9:37 PM, said it would be ready in 16-21 minutes. My husband gets there about 25 minutes later to pick up, he stands in line and they take the orders of the other people. When he gets to the counter they told him they "haven't started it yet" and that it will be ready in 10 minutes. So he goes across the street to grab something and comes back and it still isn't ready. Online it says the order was finished at 9:58PM..... he doesn't end up walking out of there with our food until 10:20..... 40 MINUTES AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED. Every time I order from here it takes 2x longer than they say it will. Tonight I ordered online and they said it would take 20 minutes, I walk in 30 minutes after I place my order, pay, and am told my order will be done in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I ask if my order is ready and not only did they lose my ticket, they hadn't even started my food. read more

For some reason, it took them 2 hours to process my order - 10 piece wings, 5 cajun corn. The manager tonight was processing refunds left and right. Foods great dont get me wrong. But every time I order online it lets me know it will be ready in 16-21min (example) I show up in 30 min and still have to wait another 20min. I dont mind waiting just be more accurate with your estimated wait times. read more

So I stopped by here after work today, and grabbed some wings. Overall there was nothing too spectacular about this visit except for the guy working (Keeman). I walk up and am greeted by Keeman from the kitchen area. The other worker was emptying the trash, then must have went on break because he disappeared after (without taking any orders). Keeman didn't sweat it, just told us he'd be right there to help. He clears the line of orders, and then jumps back in the kitchen to make some pretty damn good wings. Now, the wait was a little long, but there was only 1 guy doing everything. I was amazed how he balanced taking orders and cooking up the wings and didn't lose his cool. Maybe I am NOT the biggest fan of Wing Stop. But, I don't know why. I LOVE WINGS! They have always been my favorite part/piece of Chicken. But, this Wing Stop was very lacking in flavor... Why don't they just make a FRIED CHICKEN wing? The wings ALL taste the same, even with the different flavors, its hard to know, "Am I eating the Garlic or the Cajun wing"? Now, the staff is super polite and friendly. They would make me give it another try. (for them, I bump up from 1 to 4 stars) As my wife said, "Next time....instead of....I'm going to try..." I assume the hope is, "next time,.. if I try something else... they'll be better..." Let's see. I'm willing to consider that the COOK has a measure of control (do ya think?) on how things turn out. So, if I return...maybe, just maybe.... My biggest heartache is that, after 40.00 (for chicken wings) [mind you, this is for a 'LUNCH'], I am dissatisfied with the taste and quality, and telling myself, 'shoulda, woulda, coulda....' We went the Tuesday after opening and we're highly disappointed. Not ever being to a Wingstop, I was unaware the cashier was lying when he said it would be about 8 minutes. We ordered a simple 8 boneless wings. No drink. No fries. Just 8 boneless wings. It took 45 minutes. I kept asking and was told I was next. Then realized the associate from the kitchen was also lying. There were 3 employees total when we arrived but then 2 more showed up. The whole time they keep telling new customers 8 to 10 minutes. We butted in and told them it would be longer. Only then they admitted the wait would 30 minutes or longer because they were backed up. In addition, the bread machine seemed to be broken and they almost broke their arms opening the door. The whole experience left a really bad impression on me. Maybe a comp soda while I waited 45 minutes? Nope, nothing. I love wings but will continue going to my favorite place Empire Wings. Shame on the manager of this location. I am very disappointed by this place, I called today and tried to place an order Togo, was put on hold by Keam or someone by that name, he hung up on me and I called back for him to put me back on hold again, he told me because I was on hold and we got disconnected that I would have to hold again until he can take care of customers that are physically there, that is the most BS excuse, it takes less than 5 mins to take a phone order. I was trying this place again since the last time I ordered Togo and found hair in my fires, called the manager to tell them that and they offered a replacement but I was already home. This place better get there act together before they get a bad reputation from locals, when I went there the first time there was hardly anyone there and we waited a very long time for 20 wings. He also is very respectful when it came to me looking over the menu being that it was my first time eating at a Wing Stop. I plan on coming back more often than I should.
