We ordered a 25 piece tender combo platter for our family and requested mild sauce on the tenders. When we got home we saw that our tenders did not have any sauce. There was no container with sauce or anything. We called them multiple times but the phone had a busy tone. We were finally able to get through after about an hour and spoke to an associate. We explained our issue and they wanted us to return the entire order to show them there was no sauce. This was about 8pm and it was cold outside so I told the associate I did not want to wrap the food back up and drive back to the restaurant. I did not believe that was necessary and I only wanted to inform them that my order was missing a key ingredient and I was hoping they would rectify the issue. After a brief hold the associate told me that since it had been an hour, there was nothing that they could do and since I did not want to drive back, they could not confirm they messed up the order. This is our third time at this restaurant and they have messed up in some way every time. We are not dishonest people.
