My boyfriend and I just are here. We ordered half rack ribs meal. Comes with 2 sides. We got potatoe salad and baked beans. We asked for veggies. Naturally had to pay $2.29 for small little baggie. The lady brought us our food. Everything except the beans. Said they're coming in min. Along we got some hot/lemon pepper mixed and some mango habanero wings. Both were very good I would choose the buffalo fries. And if you wanna be healthy and you don't wanna eat fries, they have the buffalo chicken over rice so instead of fries you to get the rice. Came here and the portions were super small for a regular sized buffalo fries. I ordered a regular sized buffalo fry, a small ranch and a small blue cheese and my total was 20.01. I remember when I used to come here all the time and the fries were a good size but it seems it went up in price and now serve less portion wise, in the picture you could see that there aren't too many fries for the price point! The sauce is really good but the fries were kind of over done in some parts as well. We ordered a 25 piece tender combo platter for our family and requested mild sauce on the tenders. When we got home we saw that our tenders did not have any sauce. There was no container with sauce or anything. We called them multiple times but the phone had a busy tone. We were finally able to get through after about an hour and spoke to an associate. We explained our issue and they wanted us to return the entire order to show them there was no sauce. This was about 8pm and it was cold outside so I told the associate I did not want to wrap the food back up and drive back to the restaurant. I did not believe that was necessary and I only wanted to inform them that my order was missing a key ingredient and I was hoping they would rectify the issue. After a brief hold the associate told me that since it had been an hour, there was nothing that they could do and since I did not want to drive back, they could not confirm they messed up the order. This is our third time at this restaurant and they have messed up in some way every time. We are not dishonest people.
