I pass two other wingstop locations that are closer to me just to get the food from taft! The food is cooked to perfection. They take my request to have my boneless wings extra crispy. Always aim to please :) The restaurant is spotless and it is the one place that always gets my to-go orders right! I usually love wing stop's wings but when I went recently the quality was off. My wings were mostly fat. I ended up not eating half of them. The fries with seasoning are really good though but they get limp very fast so unless you eat there they will be soft. I like soft fries so I don't mind. The sweet tea is good and their blue cheese with celery sticks is my favorite part. read more

I had a good experience here. It was my first time trying a wingstop. We had a party of 16 come in on a Friday night after my son's baseball game. It's counter service and they call your name when it's ready. We had separate orders but I ordered the family pack, a 2 liter and 2 beers and I paid a little over $50 and still had left overs. They had a good beer selection, only bottles. The wings are in the small side but that's the way I like them. The hot is not hot but there's other options for more heat. I think it's called atomic but I didn't try that one. I'm not crazy about the fries, they were a little soggy and too salty. I love the blue cheese!, and they gave us both carrot and celery sticks. It did take about 15 min for the food to come out but we had a big party. The staff was nice. Manager came up to us said to let her know next time we have a game and she will give us a team discount which is cool. I don't know what all the bad reviews are about. Slowest service ever from any wing stop location. Coming from school on a 45 minute break I called in my order at 12:15 pm and received my food 40 minutes later. The cashier lady never put my order in till I was physically there and allowed everyone after me to receive there food while I waited on a fixed time . We are frequent visitors to this Wingstop. However, we have learned the hard way to go and order in person because they have never gotten our phone orders correct. On our most recent visit, we ordered the Taft St special, which is 20 wings, fries and drink. I asked for 10 flats extra crispy mild sauce my husband requested 10 drums extra crispy mild sauce. The poor cashier taking our order was getting confused because the older Spanish woman kept butting in and asking questions about our order. Then the older woman told the cook the wrong order and when I tried to correct her she got shirty. My take on ordering and paying for my food is this; I know what I want, I ordered what I wanted and paid for it therefore you the restaurant give me what I ordered and paid for. If you can't do it then tell me when I ordered before I pay. It took me, my husband, the cashier and the cook 15 minutes to get it right. The older woman may be a manager or something but her interfering with our order made for a difficult visit. We also overheard her doing the same to 2 other customers as well. So I know its not me. I'm a fan wingstop but this location is terrible they need to just fire who ever back there cooking the wings n fries. The fries are stale every time sometimes barely cooked. They don't put no seasoning on them unless you ask and when you do they have a attitude and give a stank look. Ordered boneless lemon pepper today and they messed how do u mess up on lemon pepper. I have to drive all the way to the wingstop in north miami beach to get everything right and cooked well with way more better customer service. I have never in my 36 years have written a review about any restaurant. Whether the chicken wasn't cooked all the way or I received bad service but this experience need to be heard. We order Wings from this location and by the time we started to partake in our dinner my chicken smelled horrible. It smelled as if there was a dead animal inside of my chicken. I've already call the customer service number and requested an immediate callback. I am now afraid to eat from any fast food restaurant because of this experience. I guess I'll be cooking from now on. I really hope that I don't get sick from eating from this place. read more
