I love this wingstop. I always come to this wingstop. Food is always perfect. Cashiers are very nice and well mannered. My wings always comes out amazing. Fries is always crispy. read more

There are wings that are greasy and taste good and then there's a clean taste wing your favorite sauce to make it that much better, and then there's wing stop. Definitely has a great lineup of wing flavored and great Idaho fries but the reason why you are here is for the wings. The wings first off, by itself, taste great, clean and not the type of wings where it will make you regret ever filling up your stomach with it o.o....they have many flavors but the one that I recommend is the mango habanero which up until now it is the perfect blend of cry-your-eyes-out spicy and sweet mango which is not overpowering at all. This is not the best place to go with family and friends as this location is small but it's a great place to bring a few friends and to for lunch....just order ahead since they take about 12-15 minutes. My problem with this place is that it is pricey! They are some pretty small wings for its price but very powerful taste. Wing stop I give you a 4 out of 5 and you would get a perfect five if you move to a bigger location for family and have bigger wings for the price! read more

Wingstop - Mango habanero/ naked - Chicken Wings Near Me - Hollywood, Florida

This location is very friendly and helpful. Location is in a rundown plaza but wouldn't say the same about the inside- it is on the small side though. I've ordered in person and call ahead and have encountered nothing but amazing service. My orders have always been correct, hot and yummy! BBQ wings are awesome. Fries are also awesome. At the end of the day, if Ricky Rozay cosigns something food related, don't question it. read more

I forgot why I stopped going to Wing Stop. Their wings don't seemed to be seasoned with the least bit of salt & pepper. Perhaps the batter is seasoned, but not flavorful enough for me. read more

Picked up 40 wings from this place for Super Bowl and after eating my wife and I spotted that the wings tasted bad and had a rotten smell. These wings were rotten, this is awful. I can't believe that this place is selling awful food. Called the place and they said they would cook another fresh order, I demand my money back. read more

I usually go to the wing stop in Miami Gardens but i decided I didn't wanna go far thinking it'd be the same quality I ordered my food there, As I ordered they told me 15 minutes took longer than 15 that wasn't the problem. The food i ordered was the problem, the wings were over cooked too crispy the fries were soggy and no seasoning what so ever. Guess not all wing stops are the same. read more

Good service, everyone was friendly when I walked in they greeted me. My fries was hot and chicken was great 10/10 will come back.

Every time I come here, it's to pick up my online order. My food is ready & I just go in and pay for it. The cashier is always nice. Lemon pepper wings are my favorite & the new spicy Korean bbq is also tasty! Wings are small so be warned but the flavors are exquisite. read more

Terrible product , way over spice boneless chicken is more like breaded popcorn - breading too much -- fried way overpriced --way to many other great chicken wing places to waste your time read more

Thumbs up. I would not be doing you the reader justice if I did not highly recommend Wingstop. They offer a variety choices here, I haven't had them all yet. It's nice to come in during my lunch hour and catch up on sports, very relaxing time for me. All I can say is, "why are you still reading? Go to Wingstop now!" :). Thanks and enjoy. read more

Horrible management !...The night I went, not only did i have to wait almost 40 mins for my order to arrive, they tried lying to my brother and sister in law that there names were called when they clearly were not...A lot of people had there money refunded that night. And as for the food, i'm not picky!, I can eat whatever you put in front of me. However, there was a strange smell coming from my wings ..smelled old..and also it did not taste well , my mild wings was just plain, and stuck in some red oil "sauce" . and they are barely seasoned! read more

I love ordering from Wingstop. Their chicken wings are really good and I will definitely go back. I also love their celery and carrot sticks. read more

On point, wings done on the spot how I want them. I get lemon pepper wings extra crispy and they are the only wingstop that get it right. Short lady, maybe the owner, in the front is always smiling. Very friendly place. I've recommended to everyone I know. read more

Recently moved into this area and tried out this Wingstop. Great variety of flavors and wing size. My favorite was the Garlic Parmesan, it's a must try. Service was speedy and friendly. read more

Wow the wings are delicious in my opinion and the food tastes fresh. The restaurant is always super clean as well. I also managed to become friends with some of the employees because of how often I visit. read more

Went last night place was busy but got my food at the time they quote me mildly surprised that they get the food in time not like some other places and I have to mention this bathroom was extremely clean and everyone was wearing gloves and masks thanks read more

Seeing these bad comments surprises me, they are the favorite chicken wings of my family and mine, they have multiple options, the place is clean, friendly staff ... 100% recommended read more

This location is horrible, kids work here and everything is funny to them. Even the lady I seen almost fall because of ketchup on the floor, kids that were there laughed and a couple of employees did too. Never going back and if you like to be looked at as just someone giving them money then go on in. read more

Wow! Sodium City! Everything was just loaded with it from the sauces on their microscopic boneless wings to their fries. If you have high blood pressure and are itching to have a salt induced stroke, then I highly recommend this place. Otherwise, steer clear and save yourself a salt headache. The service was okay but they messed up my order twice! Went there because we were looking for something different but I won't make that mistake again. Now I'm going to drink a gallon of water to flush the sodium overkill out of my system and lay down until the headache goes away. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is a joke! I placed an order online to be ready for pick up at 8:30pm and didn't receive my order until almost an hour later! Every time I asked what was going on I was told "it's coming" when I asked if they start cooking the order when placed they said "yes" and so then I asked why I didn't have my order almost an hour later if that was the case and the response (from the manager no less) was "it's coming" lol! The staff is horrendous. Not a single person there knows what they're doing! I highly recommend going somewhere else. Avoid this place at all costs! read more

I love wing stop. I have to eat it atleast once a week. Best lemon pepper wings and buns must try

Obsessed with wing stop. Love this location they are so friendly and make sure everything is clean.

Great food and awesome speedy service. Wings on point served with fresh hit fries. Will visit again soon!

Now that you can't get your own ketchup they conveniently always forget to put it your bag they charge $1.75 for hot sauce. I love Wingstop but not this location. The wings are always cold and the stuff are too busy to acknowledge you and you walk in. read more

I am not in love with this location. I recently moved, and was used to the North Miami Beach location which was consistent, and our order was always perfect. Since moving, we have been to the Taft St location 4 times. Every time I call, I'm concerned about my order being correct. It might be that they have new people answering the phones all the time. They always sound very distracted. I'm never convinced that they understand what I'm saying, and most of the time they are difficult to understand too. That being said, my orders have been correct so far, but not necessarily very good. It would help A LOT if they would adopt the same system as North Miami Beach, where I would call, they would recognize the incoming number, and ask if I wanted the same order. This made things so easy! This location apparently does not have this feature. 2 of the 4 times our order was ready on time. This past weekend, I was told 14 minutes (which is the usual amount of time). My order was finally ready 40 minutes later. There was nobody eating in the restaurant at the time, and while I was waiting, 3 people came in to pick up takeout. I don't know what held everything up. And, this past experience was unfortunately our worst, as far as quality, we have had so far at any Wing Stop. Half of our order was over cooked and inedible. I might have to find another location :( Wing Stop as a whole: Love the Louisiana Rub and Lemon Pepper. Hate the fries. I always stop at a drive-thru somewhere else on my way home from getting the wings. read more

I've read the other reviews and I'm a little bothered,Hector wrote a scathing review, way too much hate- I'm a regular here for some years now, wings are top notch, there was never a charge for xtra sauces, service very good, very down to earth local people work there,I always get blue cheese on the side, was never ever bad, wings are Jumbo- Habenero lime/ sweet chilli is Da BOMB, they will mix up sauce combos for U to order- all sides are fresh and tasty read more

This place is just plain gross! My husband and I wanted wings and saw good reviews on this place and its pretty close to my house so we said why not give it a shot. Big mistake! I ordered a 10 piece of buffalo wings and fries. We picked it up and when we got home the fries where completely soggy and i coundnt figure out what in the world they seasoned them with but it tasted like sugar. Then once my husband opened the box of wings a wiff of grossness hit my nose. Yuck! Wth! Totally dissapointed. They smelled disgusting. I couldnt eat them. I wasted nearly 12 bucks on an order of crap. We will never eat here again. I DO NOT recomend this place at all. Ill be sure to let anyone I know not to waste their money or time on this stink hole. read more

THE WORST FOOD I have ordered from Wingstop in Hollywood on Taft Street. The manager is rude and she better be glad I did not see her in person. I called to complain about how terrible the food was and she got rude with me. SO I RETURNED THE FAVOR. PLEASE DO NOT TRY ME UNLESS YOU ARE READY FOR WAR!! I hope the owner of the store sees my review and reaches out to me your manager is rude and needs to learn customer service. I usually have good food from this Wingstop but not today 4/14/20. read more

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I ordered from them recently, they got my order wrong and then when I called the lady hung up the phone on me. DISRESPECTFUL! read more

Worst wings I ever had! They managed to over cook chicken wings the medium sauce was okay the garlic Parmesan sucked fries were soggy and no seasoning at all , Tried them because just moved here and this place was within walking distance. I know now how bad this place is you would think being in a rundown strip mall they would try a little harder. This local family will not be back. read more

Placed an order in the phone and the "gurl" taking the order had no customer service skills. She spoke fast and was rude when asked to repeat herself. She had someone else come on the phone to take the order who was very professional however when we arrived to pick up the order we were told that the order was picked up by someone else. How ironic that the person that picked up the food coincidentally provided the same name. Service at the Taft Street location is horrible. read more

Undercooked wings x2 over cooked once. Can't wait for miramar Wingstop to open, next to checkers on miramar parkway.

I have always passed this place and stopped yesterday. I ordered 50 wing pack and everyone of them were overcooked (very dry) and didn't taste fresh. The fries were OK but definitely not what I expected. Based on other reviews I see this location has many problems so I will not be bookmarking it and keep it moving as I search for a better wing experience. read more

Usually come here for wings and love this place; however, last time I came, I saw one of the workers handling food without gloves. Coming from someone who works at a food place, I think this is unacceptable. read more

I live 30 minutes away and placed a simple order over the phone. My order was entirely wrong. I received the wrong number of wings, my fries were burnt, the wing flavors were incorrect, and also didn't receive my receipt. I called the manager back and she told me to come back and get a free order of fries. I wouldn't recommend this location and the only reason I'm giving it two stars is because they at least put napkins in the bag. Please save your time and money and order from another location! read more

Ordered online for pick up; deducting 1 star because the page takes between 1 and 5 minutes to give you an order confirmation. We ordered lemon pepper wings, substituted the fries for baked beans, rolls and sauces. Everything was hot and delicious. Manager won't take care of customer. App suggests a 5 wing add on at checkout, but manager says they don't do that. Not like I wanted it for free. It was an extra $6 in their pocket and they said "they don't do that". As a manager in food service myself i want every dollar that comes in the door. These people don't. Crazy. read more
