Wingstop is hit or miss depending on the location. Sometimes the wings are crispy and flavorful, other times they're soggy or overcooked. The flavors are great, but the service can be slow and orders aren't always accurate. Overall, it's decent, but not the most consistent experience. its a normal Fast Food vibe. read more

The Service in this place is so so bad. people who works here are very rude and nasty I have to wait 20 mins to get my food because the teller told me that I have to make line when I had only to pick it up and mi bag was ready to picking up but the seller so rude made me wait 20 mins when he can have me my bag right away Veto disappointed read more

Ordered pick up. I got the 10 pc lemon pepper wings and fries. It was very good! I also tried the mild wings but they were a bit soggy. The fries were perfectly seasoned. I'd argue probably one of the best fries I've had! read more

Never disappoints, I laid off of wing stop for a while due to some bad experiences but this wing stop has me in a chokehold. Love the wings fried extra crispy, always clean and the customer service is pretty good considering how busy they always are! read more

Ive been picking up from this location for a Few years now and im never disappointed. The wings are always cooked as requested and the lemon pepper wings are my favorite (all drums because that's how I roll) . I love they cheesy fries as well , with a very unique almost sweet flavor to them. They might not be the super best chicken wings out there but they are definitely good. I always order for pick up so never had an issue with the service. read more

Wingstop - A cockroach - Chicken Wings Near Me - Hollywood, Florida

The staff was friendly and I had excellent service. This was one of the largest Wingstop restaurants I have been in. There was plenty of space to wait, and the restaurant was very clean. My wings and Cajun Corn were ready in 10 minutes. My food was hot and fresh. I will definitely be going back to this Wingstop. There was plenty of parking. read more

The food Is always fresh and savory, the fries have the perfect amount of seasoning. It's a great place to have dinner or lunch with family. The service is amazing and all of the team members are polite. read more

Great place to have a small lunch or dinner with family. The wait is never long only ever 15 minutes max. Fresh and savory food, not overly greasy. This was the the cleanest Wingstop I've ever been in. Casheirs were super sweet and amazing. Over all good service. Highly recommend! read more

Nothing special on my first meal back stateside in over 14 months. I got to my AIRBNB later than I would've preferred, that's not their fault, but it is why I went there for a bite since most places nearby were closed. I arrived about 9:45pm, sign says they're open to midnight, I ask if they're open for dine in & they said they were. I gave my order & sat down. Why would you then have another employee flip up all the chairs onto tabletops around me, have them sweep & mop with cleaning agents if I'm actually welcome to dine in?! Come on folks, customer service & common sense just isn't that difficult. I'm gonna be nice & review them majority wise on the food, but I've gotta dock them a star for the nonsense. The chicken sandwich was nothing I'd order again, the fries were pretty good, but once again, the employee then went around taking down the chairs off the tables & sprayed down the tables with cleaning agent, it was like I was in clown world! In what world do you do that?! I don't care if they apologized for asking me to move my foot so they could mop the floor closer to my table, you just don't do that until you're closing or are empty. read more

The manner in which the manager at #wingstop in Hollywood, Florida treated me, still astounds me as I type this. I have been an Uber Eats and Doordash driver for more than two years. I have outstanding testimonials from clients and eateries. As a driver, I constantly travel while delivering food to consumers. When I picked up a large order from @wingstop this specific time, I asked the manager if I could fill my empty water bottle with water from their dispenser. "NO" was her response. In disbelief I reminded her that I do deliveries all the time from their business. She said, "I don't care, that's your work," to my comment that you see me here every day. She made me feel things that I can't even put into words. Especially since I feel like a partner providing their food to their clients. I would completely understand there being a cost if I asked for a cup, but that is not this situation. I'm not sure if the company as a whole has no humanity and they train to that, or it's just this particular person. She truly made me feel like a discarded piece of trash. read more

More like a 2 1/2 star place. The wings were actually pretty good and the original hot sauce was one of the better sauces that I have had. However, the wings are way too small. These wings are considerably smaller than any other place that I have eaten at. They really need to make the wings bigger in size. I also feel that the extra upgrade to a large drink wasn't worth it. Their large size seems like it is the regular/medium size of other restaurants. The restaurant itself was kind of a mess and several tables needed to be bussed and cleaned. They did give me a lot of fries although I did upgrade to a large size. The fries were a little soggy but not overly so. Based on the size of the wings, I probably wouldn't order from here again. I can go to other restaurants and pay the same price and get much larger and meatier wings. read more

This location is a joke. Thought when I ordered the were very cordial and said wow great service. I was wrong. I order a regular large combo like I've ordered many times at my usual location. I get there the total was like 6 dollar difference. I asked why? I was offered a cheese sauce. I said sure I'll try. Cheese sauce $2.70.... wow. I said never mind. Total still seemed different. I paid because I don't like to hassle over food. I notice I'm being charged for large fries and blue cheese. The combo includes it in the price. Manager is right beside the cashier and not one peep out of her mouth. Frustrated I rather just get scammed and take my food. So extra $2.00 for just trying this location. The money is not the big deal. It's the practice of this location. People chose to spend their hard earned money and you cheat them out of more. Do yourself a favor go to another location and don't run the risk of paying more for less. Won't be back. Sad part from this location. read more

Staff is very friendly and very clean place. The food is another story... not impressed. If you have a craving for some wings this is the place but if you really want to enjoy some good wings this isn't the spot. Keep looking. I ordered the Lemmon pepper and some bbq, extra crispy (well done option). Lemmon pepper were too salty and way to oily. The bbq were okay. Their blue cheese dressing leaves a bad (greasy and bitter) aftertaste kind of like eating crisco. The fries are another sad story! Some were burnt others were soggy (saturated with oil) and others were okay but I wouldn't get them again. Over all if you have time to look for another wing spot I recommend you do that. Food is not impressive and I wouldn't buy it again. read more

Very good place, i loved the wings and specially the tenders. awesome service. ill go again never missed a Monday for the 70 cent boneless.

The manager is so rude & unprofessional! Leave it to the real people to run wingstop if you know what i mean

Awesome service.Best wings ever. I Highly recommend this restaurant , I ordered the Korean bbq wings sooo delicious

Food was cold and the order was wrong and the only thing I was offered was to bring the food back, nothing for my inconvenience and the fact I drove over 10 minutes and it was my lunch hour. read more

Ordered the Taft Street Special which is wings, fries and 1 soda. The past 5 orders have been very small wings which are mostly dryed up and not edible unless you like tiny dryed up wings. Only good thing in the sauce on them. Sad I'll have to go elsewhere I've wasted too much money here. The employees are super friendly but the wings aren't worth buying read more

Wingstop should not allow this franchisee to continue operating. Apparently you can't order just wings do you have to order wings and french fries and a drink I was told I would not be allowed to order just chicken next time what kind of scam place is this. No worries happy to take my business elsewhere. read more

I don't eat Wingstop often but when I do, I order through Uber Eats and they are always amazing! Everything I ask for it correct, even if it's complicated. They go above and beyond every time, are super fast with making the food, and the food is always delicious. I 100% recommend! read more

good servies and great food it's a great family place and the food is always hot and fresh

When you're craving those wings, obey the words of Rick Ross: "Wingstop, fatboy need a 10 piece." The location was good. Seating area was ample. Parking was plentiful. Drinks are done behind the register, which I'm not used to. Iced tea had a weird flavor - not bad though - just maybe extra lemon or the brand they used. Fries were good - 4/5. Wings were flavored well and piping hot. 5/5 Only issue is I got shorted on the order (10 instead of 15), but the staff fixed it ASAP - definitely pleased with that. Staff was friendly. Update: Since the original review I've gotten takeout several times and each time it's been a great experience. Food is great and the wings are on point. read more

I used to LOVE Wingstop but haven't gotten an order right the past 4 times I've ordered and picked it up. It's sad that you need to unpack your order before you leave to make sure they got it right. I asked for the wings to be crispy and WET in lemon pepper sauce and the last 3 times they were dry as a bone. Maybe I need to order the wet lemon pepper sauce in a jar on the side so they get it right? Also, this was a first but the blue cheese dip was like water and it's usually thick. You guys need to get back to doing things right or you'll lose a lot of customers. read more

I don't know why I keep going here. I am rarely happy with my order. But yesterday was the final straw. I placed a simple order of fries well done with extra seasoning and a large coke. How difficult can that be, right??? I get to the location a bit sooner than the time they said it would be ready, no big deal. My order was $10.12 (USD), I hand the girl $50.25. She entered it as $10.25 and couldn't figure out that she needed to give me $40.13 in change. Then she gives me my drink, and gives me a small. Finally my order comes and I look, and the fries are not seasoned! They take the fries back and just toss some seasoning on top. I get home to discover, the fries are FAR from being well done with several barely even cooked. Wasted money because the whole thing went straight to the trash!!!! read more

Another great experience at our favorite WingStop in Hollywood, FL on Taft St. The staff are always attentive and always cleaning. Nydia and Maria hosted a special event for our sports club with color matching balloons and extra staff available for the increased work load while still taking care of walk-ins. This WingStop supports its community and the youth sports programs surrounding it. Thank you again for great wings, great service, and support of our kids staying in sports and working, instead of on the streets. read more

This is the worst Wing stop I've ever been to. Last night I thought I would give it one more try. I arrived at about 5 minutes before 10pm. They close at 11. I ordered boneless wings French fries and a soda. I was the only customer in the restaurant dining in. I ask the cashier if I could have the World Series game 7 on while I was eating. She asked one of the cooks if he could put the game on and he said he didn't want to. She replied to him you don't want to? And he said no I don't want to .as I was sitting there eating around 10 minutes after 10, chairs are going up around me. Making me feel like how dare me interrupt their closing process. And forcing me out. I will never go back to another Wing stop. The manager did not have control of that location. read more

Hadn't been in here since it opened, but wife wanted wings, so we ordered online, half traditional, half boneless. Order was ready when I arrived, just needed to get my sodas (Coke freestyle machine). WOW, those were great. Boneless wings lightly breaded, hot, not greasy. Traditional were an even mix of drums and flats, hot sauce (level 8 out of 15) was hot, spicy, and tasty, and most important, wings were cooked through. Lots of places char the outside and leave the inside raw and slimy, Wingstop got them perfect. Only minus was my fault; I ordered the 15 piece pack for two of us, should have ordered more. Great job, Wingstop! read more

They were soggy.... Overall the this place isn't horrible but it's not anything mind blowing either. read more

OK so my rating here is going to need some explanation. I used to love this place. I even had a couple of events celebrated here (birthdays, work-related). At that time, the food was pretty decent. Wing flavors were awesome. The wings themselves were a little on the small side (not much meat) but they were passable. I'd usually go for the boneless wings instead, all meat and pretty tasty. But then something weird happened. Not sure if it was new management, new business policies or what. But the quality of the food dropped drastically. It started with expired bleu cheese sauces (the bleu cheese was rotten) and then the soda was old and not carbonated. Then they were hiring new employees constantly that didn't know their menu or lunch specials, which caused orders to take forever and often would get overcharged and mixed up. Then one day the chicken wasn't cooked. Like I literally bit into completely uncooked, raw chicken, with buffalo coated on it. And on top of that the bleu cheese was bad too, AND the fried were cold and stale. That was the last straw. Not only would I never recommend this place to anyone, but I will never attempt to go back here again myself. read more

My love affair with Wingstop began a couple of years ago. Thank you Troy Aikman for introducing me to this awesome wing joint! I'm really into aviation so I immediately fell in love with wingstop and it's nostalgic aviation decor. I always call ahead to order my food with the notion that I'll be taking it home. I don't think I've ever made it home with the food. Once I get a whiff of the tasty wings and fries I can't help myself and I have to indulge then and there. I've been through many favorite wing flavor phases at Wingstop. At first I started out with Hickory Smoked Barbecue and then I moved on to Cajun...I've finally settle on Garlic Parmesan as my favorite. You haven't lived until you've tried the Garlic Parmesan dipped in some ranch dressing. Also, the fries...simply amazing! Hand cut daily and sprinkled with some seasoning I will call awesome stuff. I love Wingstop and if you ever find yourself in West Hollywood definitely give it a try. You won't be disappointed. read more
