On Saturday November 27, I placed a order online. I picked my food up around 4:00-4:30pm. My order was two wing combs with two drinks and instead of fries I got veggie sticks. As I went to get my drink, I noticed that it wasn't any straws so I asked the guy did they have any in the back and he loudly said NO WE DONT HAVE STRAWS. I didn't appreciate the way he was talking to me. Even when I was walking out the restaurant the guy that was hold the door for me said "he could've said that to you a better way". This week, I finally got around to visiting WINGSTOP. I would love to tell you that the wings were big, meaty and full of sublime flavors. I'd also love to tell you I woke up this morning to a bed-headed Winona Ryder in one of my old Descendants T-Shirts. Not the Strangers Things, Winona...a Girl Interrupted Winona, or maybe even a Mr. Deeds, Winona. Unfortunately, neither of these things occurred. What did occur, however, was a lackluster experience at an uninspired wing shack. My first problem with Wingstop is the menu. If you're a "WING-CENTRIC" restaurant, you should probably have at least as many sauce options as a booger joint like BW3. You see, BW3 "specializes" in wings, but also sells burgers, wraps, sandwiches, and salads, because they know their wings are middle of the road, at best. Hell, at least they serve beer. WINGSTOP offers the following flavors: Atomic Mango Habanero Cajun Original Hot Louisiana Rub Mild Hickory Smoked BBQ Lemon Pepper Garlic Parmesan Hawaiian Teriyaki I tried: Original Hot - Not Hot Louisiana Rub - BLAAAAAAAAND Lemon Pepper - Poop Mild - DUNG Although the restaurant was physically clean, I watched the cook prepare my lackluster dinner, without gloves, through a giant observation window. I sat, slack-jawed, as he dumped a large, clear plastic bag full of pathetically sized chicken wings and drumsticks into a pristine fryer basket. I have to admit, he had me wondering how he was gonna make gold out of tin foil. When I got my order, I figured it out. HE WASN'T! The wings had less meat on the bone than D.J. Qualls. He's that guy from that Movie ROAD TRIP. He was also in Breaking Bad, but just for a hot minute. These wings were so thin, Joe Buck's hair would've been comfortable tossing a few insults in their direction. I was soooo unsatisfied! I would've only been less satisfied if I had to share a WINGSTOP table with Michael Moore. At the end of the day, they could have slathered my grandma's spaghetti sauce on these embarrassing little cluckers and it wouldn't have made them enjoyable. Average, on their best day. No napkins on the table, no silverware, and no chance I'll ever set foot in this place again. I gave the place 2 stars, simply because they don't serve green vegetables or cauliflower. I will concede that the Highland WINGSTOP location has a great parking lot, but only because it allows you access to Potbelly's. read more

I visit this wing stop often and I've never had an issue before today. The host, Alexander, African American with dred locs was so unprofessional and rude. My order was incorrect and when I approached him about it in a respectful manner his response was, "aye you gone come talk to her cause I don't have time." The manger did come speak with me and corrected things but as I waited Alexander continuously said foul statements such as, "20 more mins and I'm out this bitch." His manner to those walking in and on the phone we're disgusting and I'm so surprised this establishment would allow anyone greeting and servicing their customers to behave the way he did and slow this to happen. He needs training etiquette if he will remain an employee at this establishment. When customers spend their hard earned money, we would like it be respected and treated with dignity. After 6 months of avoiding this location after continuous horrible service I came back hoping the location was restaffed and it was but I still got the worst service possible. Ordered and left very late because I knew it would be an hour plus wait. Got there after an hour and they were just finishing my order. Tried to give me 3 other peoples food after I told them my name every time. My order was wrong as well they gave me the wrong sizes on my fries. Asked for the correct size and they told me itll be up in less than 2 minutes and I'll get the first ones. That was a lie. I watched her grab the fries and pack 4 large fries into another order. I waited around 20 minutes and they asked me what I needed multiple times again while I waited. I just left because I didn't want the rest of my order to go cold. But I went all the way home to notice my sandwiches also had almost no seasoning/sauce. This place is a mess read more

So a couple months ago I gave this place probably the best review I've ever given any restaurant. Management then was going in the right direction, I noticed the district manager was hanging out a lot which seem like he was causing more stress than actually making the restaurant successful. The last several months there has been new management and I've noticed the quality and efficiency has gone down. This is my favorite place for hot original wings so as far as flavor goes I can't bash it at all. The last two times I have gone here I have had cold wings, with one time barely any sauce on my wings. I said I would probably not go back in my mind but I figure give them one more chance the second time I order an eight piece I only get a six piece. The place wasn't busy I don't know how you can make that mistake but it's fine I didn't want to even bother because the wings were cold and I was kind of annoyed. I really hope this place is successful but I probably won't be going back for quite a while now. read more

The garlic Parmesan taste is just too much, don't like butter sauce at all. Blue cheese dipping sauce is not blue cheese at all. Lemon pepper flavor is enough to make my husband feel nauseous. He said he cannot taste lemon pepper at all because so much salty. I have cooked with lemon pepper. It's not that salty! Wing experts? More like amateurs read more

UPDATE: Just came back to try again since someone else wanted to try them (for the first time too) LOL and nothing has changed! Still the shitty attitude at the register. Place seems understaffed too possibly. Terrible location. My first visit here the customer service wasn't very good. I was rushed through my order after explaining it was my first time. They gave me the wrong flavor wings so I waited another 15 minutes for the right flavor. My second time here I ordered ahead of time thinking it would be a quick pick up. I arrived a couple minutes early so I could get my drink and pay. Ten minutes had passed since I paid and then I checked the time my order was supposed to be finished and it was almost 15 minutes passed. I then asked about my order at the counter and they said it had just been sitting there, nobody was notified about my arrival. So much for ordering ahead of time. Establishment wasn't even busy. Placed my order on line to be ready for pickup a good hour and a half beforehand. Wasn't ready when I arrived at said time. Then when I got it home it was short 6 wings. I had called to complain about the 5 I knew were missing and Amber was very apologetic and offered to give me a credit for 10 wings on my next visit. We have eaten here three times. The food here is so good. That's the only reason we have come back. The service is awful. The woman who takes the orders couldn't be less friendly. Her name is Christa. Her employment is really doing this restaurant a disservice. She's completely rude and looks like she would rather die than be working here. Everyone working here is unfriendly. We won't be coming back, again. It's really unfortunate. A couple of suggestions would be to put napkins on the tables and get a garbage can in the eating area. read more

Wings were small, but good. I didn't like how you get no napkins, there is a roll off papers towels on the counter if you want to wipe your hands... Wings are messy, you shouldn't have to leave your meal go to tear off paper towels. read more

My first time ever trying wing stop, waited forever, Amber Marie was not friendly at all, then other customers who placed their orders after got their food first, my order was just sitting there not even bagged up, if I wouldn't have said anything I don't know how mich longer I would've been waiting. This is the one of the worst fast food places I have ever been let alone a "wings" place. Burger King has better service than this place, plus they have napkins and a garbage! If they want to clean up after you fine, than do it. There are not a lot of tables there to begin with. Clean the tables so people can sit.
