I had an outstanding dining experience at Mt. Olive Mediterranean Grill. I've eaten at many high‑end restaurants across the country, and this place has quickly risen to the top of my list. The flavors, freshness, and quality of the food truly impressed me. The lentil soup was rich and comforting, the beef and chicken shawarma were perfectly seasoned and tender, and the hummus--which I normally never enjoy--won me over completely. I'm officially a fan now. What made the experience even more memorable was the chef himself. He came out to greet us, took our order and was one of the nicest, most genuine people I've met in a restaurant setting. His pride in the food and care for his customers really shows. Mt Olive Mediterranean provides an excellent flavorful experience for a customer's tastebuds. The customer service is above par with the personnel attempting to meet the needs of the customer. Just ask and they are willing to meet the desires of the customer. I greatly appreciated the customer service as customer service feels to be in decline in the last five years. A model to emulate. The interior is cozy and developing, clean and cozy. My visit was in August 2025 but I could not ignore providing a rating of my experience as it was exceptional. Absolutely Fantastic. Came in for the chicken and rice. Was served with a little salad. The flavors of the chicken were great. Slight citrus flavor, juicy and tender. The rice was cooked to perfection. The mini salad was very refreshing. The cucumber sauce has just a hint of mint. I liked it. Could see it on lamb. I believe the owner took care of my order. Very friendly man. Gave me a free sample of the Falafel. So yummy. & So very kind of him. I look forward to dining in & trying other menu items. Food was Affordable too. After looking over their very well pictured menu i choose two Kabobs with rice it exceeded my expectations. I had such an incredible experience here! The owner was unbelievably kind and went above and beyond, he even added extra food items for me to try, which was such a sweet surprise. The customer service alone deserves five stars, but the food made it even better. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and honestly some of the best I've had in a while. Just finished our first take out from here. The food is fantastic, the owner is a great host! He gave us a sample of the beef, I had one bite, blinked and my daughter (a extremely picky eater) finished it. FINALLY, we found a solid Mediterranean take out spot since we moved here from Chicago in 2019. My girls loved the burgers, my wife and I loved the gyro plates. A fantastic gem of a restaurant! I found this place on a Yelp! review and was immediately impressed. My partner and I shared orders of falafel and stuffed grape leaves, and we each enjoyed portions of their rich lentil soup. The owner always greets with a smile. The portions are generous and made fresh -- no hot table here. I got the beef kebab, my wife got the chicken shawarma bowl and we could not be happier with our meals. The meat, rice, veggies, garlic sauce and pickles were all top notch. My husband discovered this restaurant about a month ago and it's now our favorite Mediterranean place. My favorite in general. The food is so good and the portions are unbelievable.
